I have been to this Starbucks a million times and love it! It's my first choice of coffee shops in the area. The workers are always very friendly. The shop is a little cold but with so many people walking in and out, that's to be expected. This place gets very busy but it's always welcoming and has a good amount of seating. I'll sit here all day, sometimes several days in a row while my husband is at work - he works in the area. So it's a lovely hang out spot. It can get a little loud with the music and people talking but it's not too loud. The internet works great and there's plenty of plugs so you never have to hunt for one. Lol I'd recommend this place any day of the week! They're great. Never had an issue. read more

I went through the drive thru this evening to grab a tall iced peach green tea lemonade and a pup cup. This was my first time visiting this location and it was probably my favorite! I've been by there a total of 5 times and every time I'm left unsatisfied... today, the manager (I'm assuming) was trying to correct the drive-tru woman (who was extremely nice) and he we wrong! Not to micromanage because I get it but it seemed to cause stress on the woman who was 'front line' serving... unnecessary. I also ordered a tea latte, ya know with steamed milk and I was given a tea bag.. what a disappointment, bitter overpriced tea. Ugh. In previous times I've gotten cold tea when it was suppose to be hot.. not an iced tea just a tea bag in a cup with cool water... I got the meat and cheese "tray" and it was melty? Ya know that feeling and visual when cheese or lunch meat has been sitting on the counter for an hour or two. I may not get covid from this place but I wouldn't be surprised if I got food poisoning. When I came in I said good morning got no response she just stared at me, we just looked at eachother because I wasn't sure if she was ready to take my order so I proceed to order she didn't say a word didn't verify it at all said nothing. I am a FREQUENT customer and the one star is for the service I just received. I literally just pulled off and I cannot believe the poor customer service I just received. I went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window to pay, I gave the young man a tip as I waited for my drinks. I didn't get a thank you or anything. He handed me each drink to which I said "thank you" after receiving each one and nothing. How rude. I should've asked for my tip back. I will be calling to speak to a manager AND contacting corporate. Unbelievable... The barista at the window was wearing a red t-shirt and was chubby. This Starbucks is pretty good - usually are relatively consistent in their drink quality and the staff is always really friendly on the drive thru. There are still some times where I get a drink that isn't very good, but they're always good about making a new one if I have an issue with it. I seem to be having worse and worse service every time I come to this location. Now I've been getting Starbucks faithfully from this location for about five years and I'm about to stop going. Last week I had a barista belittle me by talking down to me because I made a mistake when ordering on the app however she got my second drink messed up and was very rude. Today I go and politely ask this girl for some ice in my reusable cup, she looks at me grabs my cup puffs feels it with ice and slams it on the counter I look at her and say thank you and I appreciate it and she doesn't even respond. Did I really just ruined her day by asking for a cup of ice, why are you hiring such rude staff? I must note: morning shift is way Ruder than the afternoon. But they're both rude staff. If it wasn't for a bad experience 2 days in a row, I probably wouldn't be posting a review. Yesterday I went to the drive thru and ordered a trenta dragon drink with half the mango juice (drinks are way too sweet). My order total was $5.78 (which is absolutely ridiculous) so I handed her $7 so they could keep the change as a tip. She handed me back $0.22 and when I gave her a confused look she said "oh dont spend it all in one place." With the most attitude possible. I informed her that I gave her $7 and we argued over it. I had enough of her shitty attitude so I told her "its fine" and left. Once i got on the road, my drink was made incorrectly. Today I went again and ordered the same drink and my cup is literally full of ice with all of maybe 6oz of actual drink and my cup wasn't even full. If it wasn't for the guy watching my drink being made (which was wrong again) I would have been missing a good quarter of my drink because he didn't make enough to fill the cup. I dont visit terribly often but I do expect better especially when my tea costs nearly $6. read more

I love drive thru Starbucks! I wish they made more of these. Great service too. The employee I ordered from was friendly and funny, and then at the window there was also a very sweet employee. I get coffee and coffee drinks to go five days a week - and that's a conservative estimate. As far as drinks at this location go, they always turn out how I order / expect. Customer service however is often lacking. Today I went through the drive thru and there was a torrential down pour outside. The girl who rang me up refused to throw away an empty can I had in my cup holder so that I could make space to fit my multiple drink order. Ok you won't throw my can away? The empty Starbucks coffee can I was trying to get rid of is 100x cleaner than the money I had just handed over - which she had no problem touching. I then basically pleaded with her due to the weather and she informed me I could drive around to the front of the store, park, and then walk through the down pour to their closest outdoor trash can. Which I ended up doing and got soaked head to toe. She didn't even offer me a cardboard drink holder or a plastic bag for the can... Nothing. I have worked customer service before so I just can't wrap my head around this one. If you're going to have rude employees at least put a trash can curb side to the drive thru so I may throw away my empty Starbucks doubleshot expresso can. I spend at least $30.00 at this location every week yet my simple request could not be met? Outrageous. Luckily there are a million other Starbucks and other coffee places to pick from on my way to work everyday. read more

I decided after a meal at the Sonic up the road that my favorite White Chocolate Mocha beverage would be a good choice of dessert and that turned out to be a good choice. White Chocolate Mochas are the perfect coffee drink for those who don't like the normal flavor of Starbuck coffee. Since I was visiting on a Sunday night around 8:20 (the sign said they closed at 9), all the desserts and cakes were put away for the night but I also would recommend the marshmallow dream bars which are basically giant rice krispie treat squares. They are much closer to the taste of the homemade kind rather than the premade kelloggs rice krispie treats. They weren't busy when I went in so I was easily in and out in three minutes, perhaps even less. The staff was very friendly (and patient as I fished out my three starbucks gift cars to find the one with the proper balance on it). I would gladly visit this location again. read more

2nd poor review after numerous service errors. I use mobile ordering all the time since the pandemic. I frequent this location in my scrubs every week. I place my order well ahead of my arrival. For the third time, my order is not ready when I arrive. Besides receiving the wrong drink from this location ( prior review) I always have to wait to be acknowledged when I walk-in and some days I'm the only one walking through the door. I'm really surprised that no one seems to remember me. I look the same everyday and have the same drink most of the time. I've never asked for anything free- ever. Today, was the last straw, my drink wasn't even started when I got there so I waited and waited. I finally said... donate my drink because I can't wait any longer. I received a "sorry 'bout that". Period. Nothing else. No, can I refund you? Can I give you an IOU? Nothing. I'm just amazed with the poor service here. I promptly went next door to a competitor and ordered my coffee. In and out in 90 seconds with a line! One last note.. the baristas here must turn over frequently because the barista at the Harbour Center always gets my order correct and made well. I usually only get on Yelp to write positive reviews when I'm wowed. But this Starbucks has been so disappointing consistently. The last few times I've been here I've either gotten the wrong order completely OR they've messed it up. Today I went inside (after buying through the drive thru) and I told the worker I got the wrong drink. She rolled her eyes and asked me if I wanted it remade...."yes?" i replied. And she went off in a huff. It was very uncomfortable. Then when she slammed my new drink down and walked away I tasted it and it was barely warm. My sister and I went through the drive thru and I said "hello!" when pulling up to the window. The women on the headset then answered "just one moment please" and I work in customer service and have previously worked with the fast food business so I said "oh no worries i was just kidding" because i didn't want to come off as rude. As soon as we pulled up to the window, the women was EXTREMELY rude. Didn't catch a name because she wasn't wearing a name tag (ironic) .. but she being sassy saying we shouldn't have said what we said at the window and giving us dirty looks like a child. We live nearby and use the drive-thru frequently--it's fast and friendly. Today we went for a very sad reason--we were on our way to an appointment to put our 15.5 year-old dog to sleep. He always loved to ride shotgun and he loved drive-thrus--people would always tell him how cute he is and talk sweet to him. When we pulled up to the window, the barista was so kind to us and our dog, and offered him a cup full of whipped cream. That meant so much at that moment. He loved it, of course, and it's a final happy memory we have with our dog--sitting by the river with our coffee and whipped cream on a beautiful, sunny day. There's no way the barista could have known--it was just something a very kind person did that had great impact. This is the loudest Starbucks I've ever been to. It's run by teenagers who never shut the hell up. Wear noise cancelling headphones if you're working remotely, otherwise you'll hear them singing lines of songs, laughing about nothing and over excited about whatever they did last wknd. They have Google Starbucks WiFi which is the only location in the area, that's good! The Starbucks at the harbour center still has the slow as a turtle Internet and I doubt they want to fix that. read more

My first time going here. There was one worker in drive thru, one making drinks, and one taking order. I ordered three venti drinks, and when they were done, the guy didn't even call our names. That's fine he's busy and is all by himself. Two of my drinks were not sweet at all, so I called him. Ignored me. I called him again, got ignored again. I'm so sure he was able to hear me but ignored me. I called him the third time and still got ignored. I think I waited for like fifteen minutes just to get his attention which is ridiculous. All he did is complain to the manager about how the workers in the morning didn't refill anything. I went to the front and told them that I got ignored three times, and I understand that you guys are busy but at least answer your customers. That's when she apologized and helped me and that was really kind of her. His name was Mike. Mike, next time you have customers right in front of you that calls you for help, don't ignore.
