I love Mike when he's at the drive thru. He is witty and always remembers something I forgot like whipped cream and this is at 5 o'clock in the morning! Now he isn't around anymore, which is a real disappointment. Extremely good worker. read more

My first time going here. There was one worker in drive thru, one making drinks, and one taking order. I ordered three venti drinks, and when they were done, the guy didn't even call our names. That's fine he's busy and is all by himself. Two of my drinks were not sweet at all, so I called him. Ignored me. I called him again, got ignored again. I'm so sure he was able to hear me but ignored me. I called him the third time and still got ignored. I think I waited for like fifteen minutes just to get his attention which is ridiculous. All he did is complain to the manager about how the workers in the morning didn't refill anything. I went to the front and told them that I got ignored three times, and I understand that you guys are busy but at least answer your customers. That's when she apologized and helped me and that was really kind of her. His name was Mike. Mike, next time you have customers right in front of you that calls you for help, don't ignore. Very rude customer service from Mike. He needs to take customer service 101, even if he did already. read more

(Tongue in cheek) This Starbucks is awful. Don't go there. Because if you do you will keep coming back and I love it there and don't want it crowded. The Baristas are very friendly and the space is pleasant. You can sit outside in good weather. In any weather really as they don't take the tables away. I am very fond of this Starbucks indeed. read more

Came to meet a friend at this location and was happy to find it a comfortable place to chat. There is plenty of outdoor seating that we took advantage of, though we did move inside as it got a bit warmer. Didn't seem to be too busy on a Saturday afternoon. Ended up staying to talk for about 4 hours, and no one bothered us even though we each only made one drink/food purchase. Standard Starbucks fare, though I can't comment much on barista abilities because I only ordered a green iced tea. I also love the Starbucks protein boxes (not sue why they are called this because they only contain 13 grams of protein). I will return to this location if I find myself in the area again. read more

Clean, fast, and easy to get to for all my caffeine needs. Never had any problems as a customer.

This Starbucks is very convenient going to Annapolis but also not that hard to get to even coming from Annapolis. Whenever I go to this Starbucks (Which is Pretty Often) it is not busy whatsoever, the staff is really friendly and professional, and my drink is always made quick and delicious. read more

This location is always hit or miss. A few of the staff are great, however there are couple of people who have very poor customer service skills and can't seem to ever get my order correct. The most infuriating offenders are a middle age woman with brown hair and a kid with glasses that resembles Neville Longbottom. read more

This location is going downhill fast. Staff is rude and the comments they make right in front of you are unbelievable. The coffee has been tasting burnt and the drinks are definitely not made right. But when asked about the issue (which multiple people had) about the taste the response was "All Starbucks taste like that" . No No , they do not. Will be going to another location or giving Dublin right next door my business from now on. read more

we have been coming to this starbucks since it's opening vut ever since there was a change in management the place has gone down hill. the employees are rude. I personally witnessed one employee mess a women's order up pour it out with having a major attitude all while mumbling ' I F@#$king hate people" loud enough I heard it.. I'm done with that place.. read more

Just left this location I ordered the serious strawberry frappe and when it was given to me I commented that it wasn't like the one I had yesterday. I was given a lame excuse. It appeared that all the berries were blended into the drink. I was in a rush so I took his word that the taste was the same. Well it wasn't. The drink was watery and only a slight hint of strawberry. Chris made the perfect frappe for me on June 7 and I will only get this if he makes it. read more

The atmosphere inside is a bit unsettling. The mood set by the employees is something evocative of Animal House. I hear them yacking incessantly about beer bongs, getting loaded, etc. It's a very unprofessional environment. read more

This is the last time we will go to this Starbuck's. The coffee was great but the atmosphere was terrible. A couple was there with their two children. The little girl ran around the perimeter of the store the entire time the family was there. the socialization that was going on between one of the baristas and some relation of another barista was also loud and annoying. I prefer to go to somewhere that knows it is a restaurant and not a day care center for all ages. read more

I drive past this starbucks every day and usually go through the drive through when I decide to come here instead of Dunkin Donuts. I decided to go inside, and to my initial surprise, there was no one inside. I stood and waited to be greeted. I was not. And then the lady standing at the counter decided to yell to her co workers about a customer who was in before me (who was not there anymore) who hadn't been back in for his drink. This transpired for a minute in a half. And she asked "What do you want?". Against my boyfriend and I's morals, I stayed and placed my order. I payed, and stood and waited for my receipt, that she did not hand to me. I said "Can I have my receipt please?" She replies, we don't have receipt paper. Interesting considering she never said that, and just walked away expecting me not to ask. Then says "Your total was 4.72" (Which she didn't say either.) I would not advise going inside this establishment. Absolutely terrible customer service read more

Mobile ordered two drinks, they forgot to put extra caramel drizzle, and extra whipped cream on my iced white mocha (which I specifically ordered) and they didn't mix the white mocha in it was all at the bottom. Also I ordered a tall double chocolatey chip frappuccino with extra chips and extra drizzle and they didn't put in any java chips or any mocha drizzle on top! Never coming back here again because I paid extra for the drinks I obviously specified and the barista TYLER ignored read more

I used to come to this Starbucks location everyday and especially loved that it has a drive through. The past few weeks/months they've had a lot of new employees I've never seen before. A lot of my drink orders were messed up or tasted burnt so I started coming less often. Today was my last straw, went inside to grab a drink and overheard a lady in front of me saying something about the display case and the employee telling her they knew what was going on but got food from the fridge. I looked closer at the case out of curiosity and saw a maggot crawling around on the bottom, I looked more and saw a bunch more climbing on the food, bottom of the case. I was so grossed out I just left and called Starbucks corporate. I am appalled that they wouldn't have noticed this and fixed it before opening the store and even more shocked that they were aware of what was going on but didn't immediately clean out the case. People are supposed to be appetized by the display case!!! Now I'm hesitant to go to any Starbucks again because of what I saw and it'll be a few days before I can even think about eating out anywhere now :-/ read more

I was at this location this past Friday when they advertised the free reuseable cups. A friend and I went in probably around 5:30-6pm and when we asked about the cups they said they had run out around noon and began to tell us that it was our fault we didn't come earlier and that people have been complaining all day. We hadn't complained but we said like oh yeah well we have school so that's not really an option and she told us that people have jobs too but they still made it in. Not sure how that's the same thing but I didn't care that much. I had a question after that about the stars on the app and she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and walked away and yelled back "just swipe the card". I always come to this starbucks so it was annoying to see all new people in there at once and no one seemed to care to help. Stephanie at the time was making drinks all by herself and she was doing everything as quick as she could as no one else working would help her when she asked. Hope they either train their staff better or not schedule all the new people during the same shift. read more

I had a horrible experience with this starbucks location on a couple of occasions, but my experience this morning was completely unacceptable. This is not a location I frequent with any consistency what so ever. I happened to have gone into this starbucks once last week, yesterday and today. I basically have ordered the same thing each time. The drive thru is usually really packed, so I tend to go inside the store. This morning at 8:13Am I placed an order for oatmeal and a bagel (inside the store). . When I placed the order, I observed the cashier take my money and order to the drive thru cash register to ring it up the transaction. I still did not have my order, at 8:30AM, I still did not have my order. After placing the initial order, I sat at a table and waited about15 minutes, decided to order a hot chocolate, sat back down at the table and literally finished the hot chocolate before asking one of the workers if my order was ready. I informed her i had been sitting here a while and watched all the cars clear the drive thru as well as a few rushes of customers come on the inside and leave. The manager, Mary, walked over and asked me, what is your problem, and told me to come to the end of the counter; which I did. When I was explaining to her about my order, she become very unprofessional, and told me I was a problem, and am always a problem when I come into their store. This is not true by any means. She then accused me of attacking every member of her staff, told me I have called all of them racist, and said I cause problem every time I walk into their store. I told the lady she was telling a falsehood, and asked to speak to her manager when she informed me she was the store manager. I then asked her if she would just give me a refund for the order and she told me NO, I will not. I then told her I did not have my food. She then told me the order was at the end of the counter waiting on me. When I walked down to the end of the counter, my order was not there. I even asked fellow patrons standing there if they saw an order for oatmeal and bagel sitting there, and they said no. One of the customers looked at me and whispered, I am so sorry. I told her, she did not have anything to be sorry about. I told the "manager" I was going to call the police since she refused to give me a refund. She then starting saying, she was going to call the police on me, and I asked her why. I called the police and at 8:32M, Mary walked over to the drive thru and bought my order and slammed it down on the counter, and said, here's your order. I at that point told her, I want a refund....unfortunately, the police were already on their way. I received a refund at 8:37AM. After the police came and I explained what occurred, they talked with the store Manager, Mary, and informed me, she was formally having me band coming to their starbucks location, and I could no longer place orders for food there. I am APPALLED! read more
