    Nice cafè touch !!!

I've been visiting this Starbucks twice a month since October 2020 and I think I like it. It's not the friendliest Starbucks but they always get my order right. I love the shopping center that this Starbucks is located. There are plenty other shopping businesses as well as plenty of parking. I enjoy how festive this Starbucks was during the holidays. They have a real fireplace that heats up lovely. During the holidays they had all their Christmas decorations up and it looked very beautiful throughout the cafe. I look forward to many more visits to this location and hopefully more friendly staff. Starbucks baristas are typically cheerful and welcoming. Once that trait is added, this place will be the total package. An updated review shall follow once warranted.

Probably the best one in the District. So far, they've consistently prepared my mocha praf with extra shot decently, which is all I could ask for. The staff at this location seem to care about standard and falling below that. Even with a long line you never feel like you are waiting too long for your coffee maybe this location has a bigger space and strategically located seatings and corners. It feels like they care about how I want my coffee especially now that they automatically write JC on my cup and a check on extra shot or two! Oops, this was not the one in DC by Dupont Circle.,this is the one near my primary Doc's office was. Because they prepared my mocha just right and I go typically each morning, I've mistaken this location for my go to when i'm in my office. Ahh, I must have been dense that day... nevertheless, the coffee was good so i'd go back next time i'm in the area.

I came here on a Wednesday morning around 7:30 AM while working in the area. The Starbucks is located in a strip mall; there is plenty of parking nearby. It wasn't too busy when I got there; there was a short line but it moved quickly. Some of the customers there were obviously regulars, as the baristas greeted them by name and vice versa. There is a generous amount of seating inside, including small and large tables, some high top tables, and couches near the fireplace. The couches were basically all taken when I got there, but there were multiple tables still open. There are 2 large unisex bathrooms; I went to use them twice that morning and never had to wait in a line. My drink was made properly and quickly, the staff I encountered were friendly, and I found the noise level to be ok. The wifi seemed good; I was able to connect quickly and didn't experience any issues when I activated my VPN. This was definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I've been to, and is a great place to get some work done during the week.

    Cinnamon Dolce Latte....HOLD THE COFFEE!!!

Typical Starbucks. Nothing special really. I would avoid it on Saturday mornings though. The barista, Mark, seems a little unhappy to be there. Also, if you order your coffee, be ready to fight for it at the pick up area if someone behind you orders the same thing. They just assume it's theirs. That is why the name system works... Not sure if this is the direction Starbucks is going or not, but coffee normally has coffee in it. It seems like more and more drinks are moving away from coffee and more into just flavored water. My Cinnamon Dolce Latte seemed to be missing something....oh...the coffee.

I've been going to this location for a long time. It's in a nice, quiet strip mall with plenty of parking. The store is well laid out, with plenty of tables, chairs, and comfortable seats. They have a large and roaring fireplace. The baristas are friendly and competent and provided my friend and I with free coffees today for simply having to wait a few minutes while they brewed a fresh pot. Kick ass!

Do not waste your time mobile ordering here. You will end up waiting an extra 10 minutes every single time.

I actually came Thursday morning and ended up leaving because the line was long. I didn't have time to wait just to order and then wait again for food. On Friday, I did it the smarter way and ordered ahead online, then picked up from the Mad Eggs food truck in the rear, which worked out way better. I went for breakfast and ordered a scrapple, egg, and cheese biscuit ($10) and breakfast tots ($4.25). The order took about 20 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad considering how packed it was around 9:00 a.m. I even noticed people waiting in their cars before heading up to the truck, so the timing felt realistic given the volume. If I had more time, I would've waited without an issue. Food-wise, everything was good, but I had mixed feelings. The biscuit sandwich tasted fine, but for $10, I expected more. It wasn't loaded, and at that price point it just didn't quite make sense to me--I know that sounds sarcastic, but it's hard not to compare when it's a simple scrapple, egg, and cheese. The breakfast tots, on the other hand, were the better deal. I liked these a lot. The portion made more sense for the price, and I really liked that you're encouraged to customize them. That part was right up my alley. With all the topping options, I do wish they offered a sauce or gravy option (like sausage or country gravy), but even without that, this is something I'd order again and again. The coffeehouse itself is small but clean and quaint, with a few tables. Parking out front is very limited--maybe five cars--but there's more space in the back near the food truck, and there's a rear entrance, which is probably the best move. Staff was friendly and efficient, and even from inside you can tell things are run pretty smoothly. I don't drink coffee, so I can't speak to that side much, but I've had food brought home from here before by my wife and really enjoyed the matcha tea smoothie in the past. Overall, I'd definitely return. I think Rise Up does a good job in general, and I've enjoyed their Severna Park and downtown Annapolis locations before. I just expected more out of a $10 biscuit sandwich--but I'd happily come back for the tots and other menu items.

Yes it's not just coffee it's a bookstore with a real live mascot in Ferguson the friendly Bernice Mountain dog. Check out the drink specials it will be worth your while to order one because can't get them year around. The pasties or good as well, just ask them to heat them up because they are cold! My only complaint is they didn't heat up our pastries and by time I sat down I don't want to get back in the long line to ask them to heat them up. Of course I could just skip the line but did I mention it's small and cramped to navigate. There is a downstairs so be sure to check it out. My tips is to order what you want, say hi to Ferguson and stay a while.
