Very poor customer service by both workers, a young man and young woman. I went to the end and waited patiently for my order, over 5 minutes past the "pick up" time. The workers were busy which I understand, but completely failed to even look at me or acknowledge I was there. Eventually I ended up walking up and interrupting to finally get their attention (I try not to be rude) and turns out my order was sitting there ready the whole time! I tell them my name, they respond with a single "yes" and push the order at me with an attitude. Just completely horrible attitude and experience with this complete lack of customer service, and I'll definitely avoid this location from now on. read more

Literally been coming here since place opened. Baristas know me by name and what I order. New guy on floor, Diego, wanted to argue with me about no sweetener in a Coffee Frappuccino. I get my usual Coffee Frappuccino, double shot. It was bitter. Was going to ask him to remake the drink but he got pissy with me and wanted to argue there is no sweetener in a coffee Frappuccino. I have been coming here everyday to get coffee now for three months straight and at least three times a week my coffee is either not ready when they say it is, it's made wrong, or they can't find the order. I am Not ordering anything complex here, it's a just straight coffee with extra cream and sugar, you would think they could handle that simple order?. The management appears to have been revamped as well because they used to be very nice about fixing my order or apologies given if they forgot to make it but now it is just straight rudeness. It's Time to look at your employees and give them some more customer service training about how to speak both verbally and non verbally to your customers. This is my all-time favorite Starbucks. All of the staff are so nice and cheery. They are very efficient. I get the same drink every time and it always come out tasting very delicious (and the same). I have come in to do work multiple times here and everytime the staff greets me and makes me feel at home. read more

What has happened to my favorite Starbucks? Today I ordered a grande sweet cream cold brew with 3/4 cream (extra amount) and two shots. It's my go-to drink; I know what it tastes like! I ordered ahead, went to the window, and drove away. Took one sip and knew something was wrong. It not only tasted bitter, but it also tasted "off." I took the top off and saw that the creamer was floating in little dots on the top of the drink. That's a sign that your creamer is going BAD. I drove back to the store, went in, and was met with a bearded man who whose tone and demeanor with me was so dismissive. I explained the taste, and he responded by looking at the label on the cup and saying, "There's two shots in here." Honey, I know; I ordered it! The only other words he need to say were that he make me another. I then tried to explain about the cream and how it was floating and I couldn't taste it, and, I kid you not, he looked sideways and said, "The cream goes out tomorrow." Then he repeated it. When I told him I didn't understand, he said he was talking to himself. No, you weren't; you wanted me to know that your cream is good for one more day. I don't care about that. I just know my coffee tastes terrible. He then offered to make me another. It was done in less than a minute (I guess they didn't pull those two shots) which surprised me, and given to me by a woman wearing a mask and glasses. Well, damn this time she dumped so much cream I couldn't taste the coffee. And the kicker: of course, I took the top when I got to my car. They used the same damn cream! It was floating in little specks on the top of the coffee just like the first one. I poured it out and threw the cup away. Beautiful new Starbucks WITH DRIVE THROUGH in the Annapolis Neck! This is located next to the CVS and Ebb Tide, across from the Giant Food. You most likely already know what Starbucks is, so I won't bore you with the details of how you can get coffee, tea, food, frozen drinks, etc... This is a high-end store with a environmentally friendly parking lot (rainwater permeable) - which is awesome since it is within a mile from the Back Creek and Bay. There is plenty of seating inside for people working on computers, or imagine this, drinking coffee and eating. They are fast with their drive-through service and very friendly. The place is very light and open inside, with the full windows facing away from the afternoon sun. SMART. The two areas of outside seating will be a hit when the weather is nice. read more

Ahhh. Annapolis Yelpers, this new Starbucks drive through location just saved my whole day! It is located on Bay Ridge at Edgewood Rd, across from the shopping center with Giant, and tucked in next to the new CVS. You can get all of your favorite beverages, and you can also order bakery items from the drive in line. The staff is new and enthusiastic. This is a super convenient location and promises to be a busy one! read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! It seems like a new location. Their interior design is remarkable! This is definitely the perfect spot to sit down with a delicious cup of coffee and do homework if you're a student like myself. The staff maintains the cleanliness of the cafe. This location is gorgeous. I don't know if it's new but it was empty at 8pm on a Saturday. We were traveling through and I had to wait for someone and there's almost never a better place than a Starbucks for that so I ended up here. The baristas were very nice and my drinks came out quickly. Other than the beautiful interior, there are two very nice outdoor seating areas. If I lived near here this would be my go-to. read more

Solid two star location for Starbucks. The exterior of the store is consistently dirty the signs are not lit and the cashier seems not to be able to hear. Coffee and food are fine and normal. The white girl with the pink hair is rude and unhelpful. Conversely the African American gentleman (possibly the manager? Not sure) is extremely helpful and good at his job. Usually this location forgets to put my food with the order but they're good about asking what I'm waiting for and making it quickly. This is a Starbucks to avoid. Repeatedly make drinks wrong and/or out of order. For example, I ordered my drink and food ten minutes before I arrived. A walk-in customer received their order several minutes ahead of mine. DO NOT TRY THIS STARBUCKS BEFORE 11AM. Literally have never received my order in less than a half an hour. Drive thru, mobile, in store. Doesn't matter, it's all a mess. I work only 10 minutes away from this location. I can arrive here 1hr-45min in advance to when I need to be in and like clock work, I will never arrive to work on time. If you're like most people and prefer your coffee and breakfast sandwich in, you know, the morning.... I would avoid this location like the plague. read more

I live for my Starbucks order via the drive thru, especially in the time of Covid and having a new born. Dan MAKES the experience I have at this Starbucks so enjoyable each and every time I visit it. I look forward to his bubbly voice on the other end of the speaker, and for the KACHOW at the end of placing my order. Dan is such a kind and uplifting human being, and he's exactly who I want to hand my coffee to me. I drink my Starbucks coffee so that I can be on his level. This is the most beautiful store EVER!! This location has a fresh, mid century design that makes it feel as if you're sitting in someone's large, fancy kitchen. The staff are all so friendly and most of them sport "Bienvenidos" puns to let patrons know that they're bilingual! The best part about this store is the drive thru! So convenient and quick! Dogs are welcome here, too. There are water bowls located on both patios to quench your pups thirst and, if you ever go through the drive thru with your furry companion, the baristas will offer you a "Puppaccino" on the house. This Starbucks is amazing. The other weekend I did a mobile order but accidental did it to the Harbor Center one while in line at the Bay Ridge location. When it was out turn in line we told the baristas that'd we'd messed up and we would pull through to head to the right Starbucks. I'm rating a person not the location. I've never had a problem with this Starbucks. But when I have to wait 40 minutes for my mobile order I had to write a review for Jay. Jay was told not once but a customer that saw me waiting for a long time but TWICE by a coworker to make my drink. He kept making others drinks that kept coming in. I cannot say how much I adore this location! The coffee is usually spot on -- and if it's not, they always make it right. But, aside from that, the employees are my favorite. We usually stop by on our way to work, cranky and not ready for our day. But the employees are usually happy, and ask how you are. They quickly put a smile on our faces and get us ready for our day. I went through the drive-thru around 2p and that went quickly. I ordered the iced egg-nog latte, breve vanilla latte, and an almond milk latte with sugarless vanilla and agave. All drinks were watered down. I took my vanilla latte back and was given another watered down version-- even after asking for an extra shot of espresso. Never again! If you are going to pay $4.51 for a cup of coffee, it would be nice to have a little customer service. I walked in with no line, nobody inside waiting. 3 baristas working. I stood at the register, nobody acknowledged me for several minutes, walking back and forth...no eye contact. They got my drink wrong. At least she said sorry about that.
