Although it doesn't have the luxury of being a drive thru or having a large parking lot, the service is amazing and they always make my drink right :) Sierra is a great barista, and I don't know how she does it, my BTLs always taste amazing here. Maybe because they actually shake the teas here? Only downside to this place is that the parking lot is crazy small and the parking spaces are even smaller. Such nice baristas work here. It gets crowded and the parking lot is really bad, but park in the street instead and you're all good. Even with the crowds, it's such a large space inside, I've never had difficulties getting a place to sit to enjoy my coffee. It seems like the clientele here in the work mornings are those who need their caffeine to go, rather than sit and socialize for a while. So that makes it great for me who came here to sit for a bit, as my car was in the shop across the street. Did I say the baristas were nice? When we received our hot teas from the drive through, they were scorching hot! We couldn't even drink them because they were so hot. My daughter's tea also had a defective lid or cup and it was dripping small drops of liquid. Thankfully, the lid didn't come off all together and burn my daughter. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until we had already left the drive through and actually tried to drink them. At that point it was too late to try and return them. Plus, I had an important phone call right as I left, so I just waited to drink mine afterwards and even then it was really hot. My daughter waited until she got back home to drink hers and put it in a thermos with some ice in it. This Starbucks needs to check how hot their dispenser is and the cups and lids before serving hot drinks! read more

They gave me good Boba but the pineapple refresher didn't have any lemonade and we barely got Boba in the summer Berry lemonade they made it in 2 seconds and didn't think about making it taste good then they didn't give me a normal coffee it tasted like shit. Today was the first time I had an experienced barista made a mistake - he talked down on me and wanted to argue that what he made was what I had ordered - anyway, I had to show him my phone so he could see they had got it wrong. My family came to this location for the "Starbucks Pop-up Party" special event. I was very impressed at how well they had prepared for the crowd. They had staff managing the outdoor line/door, two managing the line inside, 2 cashiers, 2 baristas, and 2 expeditors. There were balloon decorations, taped out arrows to direct the line, and printed out menus with drink selection options. It was a fun and friendly atmosphere and staff made sure to help guests with any questions and to ensure we had our drink selections ready when we went up to order. The party ran from 1-2p, as long as you were in line by 2p you would receive your free tall espresso drink (frappes not included). It took about 45 min from start to finish to get your drink, and they allowed us to customize our drink too! And they even had water ready if you wanted a glass. Location was clean, staff was friendly- I will definitely be back. Parking lot is small, but there are multiple larger lots adjacent to this location. Visited this store today and purchased 2 salted caramel cold brews. They both taste like the Cinnamon. I took them back in the store and said there is something not right, maybe the wrong syrup as they taste like cinnamon. The barista, TK, said "no, no cinnamon" and walked away no offer to remake. Either the wrong syrup or they didn't clean the blender where the foam is made. I have had this drink for years and no what it is suppose to taste like. I frequent this place because it's close by my sons school. After dropping him off, i swing by to get my usual SB fix. I need my dose of caffeine or mommy will not function well. This place is busy!!! Specially in the morning. If you're in a hurry and just need to just grab and go, you might want to check other locations because this one usually has long line. Parking is the biggest problem for this particular SB. There are at least 5 establishments sharing a very few parking spot so you will usually end up parking across the street where Marshalls, Michaels, and Burger King are located. The inside is really big though with a lot of sitting area. I never had problem finding a spot for me, myself, and I :) Crew are friendly here. Oh well, it's Starbucks anyway. Good for a Starbucks. It is a decent location, right off the freeway and easy to find. I came in the morning and they were quite busy, but I had no problem parking. I can see this being an issue as the parking lot is small. The place itself is a good size. Plenty of tables. Only came because of a business meeting. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee although I drink it all day at work (because it's free lol). At the time I went, they were trying out a drip coffee thing. I tried that and the coffee was definitely better than usual Starbuck's. Service was friendly. No complaints. Still would go to Peet's any day (and I do) over Starbuck's. Other than on our trip, this was the last Starbuck's I've been to in the last 4 months. read more

Hit or miss with service here. I have had excellent service with the male baristas here--friendly and offer excellent customer service. The women, on the other had, are rude. One instance I had a mobile order, two women were working the bar, and I was trying to grab their attention, but they were ignoring me. It wasn't until their male coworker, noticed me and got me my order right away. Today, April 13 at around 12:30 pm, an Asian woman made my drinks, one hot and one cold. The hot drink came out first, and she just threw me my cup sleeve. Please retrain your staff. Not all members are rude, thankfully. But there are a handful that ruin it for everyone! read more

Went to this Starbucks on Sunday 12/12. Pretty busy location. Asked the cashier if I could order a Salted Caramel Mocha. His response was, 'and how would you like me to make that? Did you just want me to add a packet of salt into the coffee?" I was so confused by what he asked and just told him to give me a regular Caramel Mochiatto, which ended up tasting horrible. The place was filthy. The floor was dirty like it hadn't been swept in a few days, the trash was full at the drink fixing station, same in the bathrooms. Even the toilet had a brown ring like no one has scrubbed it in weeks. I feel like that is a sign of poor management -- one of the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen. The drink maker called drinks out by what they were rather than a person name, example "Americano." This made people walk up and have to touch other peoples beverages to see if their name was on it. I'll drive the extra couple of blocks to go to the one down the street where they are nothing but nice and I never have a issue with getting the correct drink. This Starbucks doesn't honor it's stated operational hours. I show up long before closing only to see two teenagers behind the counter cleaning, chairs stacked on tables as if it was past closing hour. Both entrances doors locked. To be certain I'm at the correct location for the posted hours, I return to my car and call the phone number on their website. I watch the guy inside answer and when I asked what time they close, I was told they indeed close at the posted hour but since they weren't busy, they close early. What is the point of posting your hours of operation if you're letting teenagers decide? This place has lots of stores surrounding it with later hours and aa lot of foot traffic. read more
