Stopped by on a Friday morning around 8am, and picked up an order of the bacon and gruyère egg bites and an iced mocha with extra mocha. Service was standard. They didn't call my name very loud, but I went up to check on it about ten minutes after ordering and found it sitting on the counter. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was tasty and made perfectly. I especially appreciate that Starbucks never fails to put enough mocha in my beverage. read more

As of lately, this is one of the two locations I like in the area. Came here the other day. Decorated like any other Starbucks. The cashier was attentive and patient. The barista made my drink as ordered and completed in a timely manner. Better experience here than other locations in a five mile radius. read more

**Extremely Unprofessional Management** This manager is extremely unprofessional and does a terrible job leading the store. Don't count on her to help with transfers or anything else you need. She does whatever she wants and doesn't take accountability when asked to fix things. She constantly curses and uses crude language around employees, which is completely inappropriate for a manager. Someone seriously needs to replace her. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if her management is the reason this is one of the most hated stores in the district. Never again. read more

I can definitely tell you how not to start your day--by coming here. This place is extremely disorganized and way too busy for how poorly it's managed. I tried to be understanding at first because I know how hectic things can get, but this was beyond frustrating. I even compromised my order just to get out faster. Instead of what I actually wanted, I settled for a simple drip coffee thinking it would be quick. It took over 20 minutes to come out... after already waiting 15 minutes just to order. That's unacceptable for something that should take seconds. When I finally asked for a refund, the staff acted like I was the inconvenience. Meanwhile, someone who ordered well after me somehow got their coffee almost immediately. Overall, this experience was chaotic, frustrating, and honestly pretty disappointing. - what's even crazier as I came in with a $10 bill and left with 975 tell me how that is when I walked out with nothing. I absolutely am over Starbucks. read more

I always come here, today there was the longest piece of hair embedded in my wrap and they were very rude about the refund. I tried to catch them a break but they were just being so rude about it. Never coming here again. read more

I go here every Friday with my daughter before school and we love it! My daughter loves the refreshers and matcha. The service lately has been wonderful. For my birthday they even wrote a little message on my cup. The ambiance is so peaceful. My daughter went on a field trip and they stopped at the Starbucks. She said it was lovely because there are games anyone can play. Her and her friends played games with their drinks and warmed croissants. Its always a fun time. read more

We started going to this location after we had so much issues with the Fallon location. The service was decent until recently. The drive thru lines are always very time consuming. The employees here are not friendly. I had two recent incidents. My iced expresso was made with so much milk. I couldn't even taste the coffee, after asking to fix it, the barista had a horrible attitude and stated that's how iced expressos are made and not any other way. Second incident was today, my partner ordered the blackberry sage drink and there was a fruit fly in the cup dead on top. Very disgusting! We returned with the drink and they apologized but definitely treated it like it wasn't a big deal at all. Not coming back to this location, unfortunately. read more

Love this location! New building a few years ago and it has everything. Drive thru where one wasn't before. Easier to get in/out with this location that is a half a block from the old one. Spacious seating inside with variety of styles. Love the cozy chairs to read books (and write reviews). Staff is super busy every time I visit but always friendly and don't rush a person. Today I bought the new Mermaid bottle. Perfect for water when I have my backpack and am out and about. Mango Dragonfruit without Lemonade. A nice change today from my usual. read more

Today is moving day for me, and I don't know anyone who likes moving. We started the day off early, with a great attitude, and went to Starbucks first thing at 7am. My son and I arrived at the Dublin & San Ramon location, collected our items, and went on our way. As soon as I got in my car, I broke the #1 rule with hot drinks.. do not hold them by the lid! In a rush to get back home and start our move, I attempted to place my cup in the holder but instead of landing safely, the drink immediately went everywhere all over my car. NO WAY did this just happen! I rushed inside frantically and asked whoever I saw first if they had any towels to use. That person I asked happened to be Patty. She was very calm and asked another associate to bring out dry rags, then asked me if my drink was sweet because then it would leave my car sticky. She grabbed some wipes and said they were good to use on leather and car interior. I was so extremely grateful for her at this point, and started to run back out, but then she proceeded to ask me what my drink was and that she would make another. I asked, are you sure?? She didn't hesitate to immediately start on another, REMEMBERED MY ORDER and said it back to, and then I ran off to clean up my car. After I was done and came back in, she had my drink waiting for me and was genuinely asking if everything was ok. Almost in tears (happy tears) I thanked her because this already stressful day could have been so much worse but her kindness and willingness to help me was amazing. I'm sad that this will no longer be my local Starbucks because they always keep it clean, they're quick, and always friendly. This visit today, though, was the cherry on top. Thank you, team! read more

My experience at this starbucks was horrible, i pulled into the drive thru and didnt even get greeted by the employee. She was rude, and demeaning when i asked for an item that was sold out. My drink was watered down, and i was too angry to say anything. The drive thru took a very long time, so i expected there to be some conversation between the employees and customers. All i got was, "6.25." Nothing else. How am i supposed to enjoy my drink when it was made by a mean person. This location is fairly good for a Starbucks. The new place is definitely better than the old one down the block. The parking is slightly better, and if the lot is full, you can find extra spaces behind the building. Staff - Great, 5 stars. Drinks - Large (Venti) has the same amount of coffee as a medium (Grande) but they charge you so much more for the extra foam. 3 stars. Food - Tasty and overpriced, 4 stars. Aw man the newly remodeled Starbucks inherited its predecessor's Yelp page. I like this new location, probably 3 times bigger than what it used to be. A lot of seating inside, mix of high tables and 2 seater/4 seater. Everything is new, organized, and clean! I had great service here, it looks like they rotate for the drive-thru window so all bases are always covered. There's a bathroom too! I recently saw a drink idea called iced strawberry chai latte. The specific order is to ask for an iced chai latte with strawberry purée blended into the vanilla sweet cream cold foam. The barista didn't even blink or ask me to repeat it haha! This drink was so good. read more

I have gotten two drinks through the drive-through. When I went it was not crowded and my drinks were delivered quickly. Today I went into the store. They had eight or nine people behind the counter. I didn't order anything unusual but it took much longer than I expected. Additionally, people who came in after me received their drinks before I did. I don't know if this is the same staff that worked Starbucks on the corner of Regional and Dublin Boulevard but if it is, they don't work well in the new space. read more

I miss when this spot used to be Hooters! I loved the wings and tots there haha. This has now become a Starbucks that was moved down from a block over. The Starbucks that was on the corner of Regional Street and Dublin Blvd was never that packed whenever I went there, but this new store had an extremely long drive-thru line when I came around 3pm on a weekday. I ended parking near the offices and just walked inside to order. I got a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino to perk me up. The drink was just what I needed. Not a bad Starbucks, just wish that the drive-thru line wasn't so long. Also, I wish Hooters never left haha. read more

This location's employees are thefts. Multiple people called and confirmed that they have quite a few of the Bear cups the night before. People lined up since 3am. Ended up with 30-40 people outside the store. The employee even held up her phone filming all these people walked in at 4am. And they dare to tell everyone that they didn't have any!!!?!? NOT EVEN ONE?!? Hate this place. Now hate this brand. read more

So this Morning I go in on my way to work, I realize I needed to do a review for this place. I come here every morning for my morning cup of coffee... everyone here is super friendly and super responsive. I would 100% recommend this location read more

Came to this location for the first time on red cup day! I did a mobile pick up for the drive thru with the app. I chose the Gingerbread Chai hot with oat milk, it was pretty good. It tasted like a regular chai with a hint of gingerbread flavor. I think I'd just get the regular chai or pumpkin chai in the future personally but it was still a good drink! The drive through line was pretty long and it took an extra 15-20 mins waiting in the drive through for my drink. But I know it was red cup day which I've heard is supposed to be a busy day for Starbucks. This was my first time doing red cup day cause I had saw the offer in the app when I was going to order something that day anyways! Once I got to the window the guy working there gave me my drink quickly, it wasn't in the red cup so I asked if there was any left. Luckily there was and he was able to give me one! Most times I've drove by this location the line doesn't seem as long as it was, my guess was just cause of the red cup event. Would definitely order drinks here again cause it was convenient to use the drive through and they made the drink well. read more

This review is strictly for the Asian girl with blue short hair.....that was at the drive through....super RUDE! Looks like she hates her job. If you're gonna be rude you shouldn't be working at the drive through where you're interacting with people. I pull up and say good morning she looks at me no smile, no good morning back, no hello NOTHING. Just looks at me with a nasty look, making me feel uncomfortable and giving me a why are you here look. She continued to stare at me with out telling my total and just scan my phone looking annoyed and proceeded to give me my food with no words, No "here is your croissant we are just waiting in your drink". Just hands me my croissant and walks away.....The gentleman who gave me my drink was nicer than her and had better customer service than her! The lack of customer service and friendliness from this employee really puts a nasty taste in your mouth. It doesn't kill to show some friendly customer service unless it's overrated for her. read more

Barista dude with the dimples gave me my drink for free because I looked like I was having a bad day. I appreciated the kindness.

My six-year old and I go to this Starbucks a lot, especially on Saturday morning after her dance class nearby. It's the usual standard I've come to expect from Starbucks. Service is fast, there are lots of food and seating options, bathrooms are clean, and the atmosphere is airy and comfortable. But the reason I like this particular location is the family atmosphere and because this is where we invented the "coffee game." After we order our food, my daughter and I play what she calls the "coffee game" - this involves me transferring my short Pikes Place coffee from one cup to another, followed by her guessing which cup, or cups, have coffee in them. Over the years she's become excellent at this, watching not just my actions but also how much steam comes off and the angle of the cups. She also does not get distracted - "look, there's a poodle," no longer works on her! We are playing this game even as I write this review. It's our thing, and it makes this SBUX that much more special for us. read more

Starbucks, you think coffee right? Well they have a variety of drinks for very palate. Sister likes caffeine so, Coffeys with a triple shot of espresso. Daughter doesn't like caffeine, so strawberry smoothie. I like fruit drinks, so mango dragon fruit drink for me. Like I said, Starbucks has something for every pallet. Each and every drink was made to satisfy and they were ice cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. Come in and have you favorites or try something new. This Starbucks has got to be one of the biggest I've been to in terms of space and seating. The only other Starbucks bigger than this was in Tokyo's Ginza Six Shopping Center. They got it all - wooden tables and chairs, leather seats in the center, and leather benches with round tables all along the wall complete with outlets. They also have two clean unisex restrooms and a good-sized shared parking lot. Baristas here seem very friendly, though they got my drink order wrong - I ordered an Americano and got an iced coffee. They corrected the order though and offered me the iced coffee anyways. I passed - as that would have been way too much caffeine! read more
