This location is unlike no other...there's no indoor or outdoor seating. It's mainly for quick pick up orders or drive thru orders. It's a cute little spot on pch right near the Dana Point Harbor. I personally like to order ahead, pull up near the window and then take my drink/snack over to the harbor and enjoy the views. It's good to note that there's limited parking and the spots are 10 minutes only. This is definitely made for a quick experience! But, staff are always super friendly! read more

They do not fill your drink up. I ordered two medium hot drinks. What I received were two small drinks in medium cups. There was at least 2.5 inches of space in the cup left, even with whip! It's a rip off!! read more

This Starbucks location is by far the one with the best customer service. Generally, most of the Starbucks locations I've visited have good customer service but this morning's drive-up experience was far superior. The young lady welcomed us on the drive-up speakers with a cheery, "Good morning!" It was genuine and sweet but not overdone! While placing my orders, she made short remarks such as, "Oh, that's really good!" And that made me smile. Once I drove up to the window, there she was with her enthusiastic spirit and positive energy at 5:30 am! While waiting for our drinks and hot breakfast items, she even flashed us a smile by bringing down her mask. It may offend others to be maskless but, for me, I appreciated the gesture in showing a smile even for a brief moment! She even asked what our day plans would be and she gave the right response. Her customer service went above and beyond and I wish I got her name. She was excellent and I would love if other Starbucks employees would model after her. This location is questionable. I have gone in the past to order my favorite drink, the cinnamon dolce latte, when it first came out for the holidays and they told me they were out of this drink for the season. Then my partner goes back about a week later (not knowing they told me they were out of my fav drink) and they made it for him. So im assuming they were too lazy to make it or they didn't know how to. Today my partner went to go get a venti caramel macchiato upside down , and it was more like a grande . When they handed him the drink he could tell it felt like it was emptier than usual and when he asked them if they made it a venti because it felt like less, the girl gave him attitude! read more

Worst service ever! Waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive through because the employees were catching up with their friend. The line was incredibly long and backed up. Two of the employees were literally hanging out the window just laughing and catching up. When we asked out the window if they could speed it along the workers were incredibly rude and the lady in the car just laughed and said "oh just blame me". Have no idea why a manager would think this is ok behavior when the line is wrapped around the building down to PCH. read more

I love this Starbucks! It's newer and has the best employees that are friendly and personable. The drive thru line goes way faster than you think!
