The service was not good, I walked in and I was the only person in there, a middle aged man with hopefully a good amount of experience or potentially the manager rushed me through my order and I changed my mind about what I wanted 10 -30 seconds after I ordered. I worked at an açaí bowl place and it's totally normal for indecision. He immediately and quickly said he already started my order like I didn't have an option to change it. He did not even have all the ingredients in the blender, just one or two. TOSS IT and get the order I wanted. Instead he forced me to get the drink I didn't want and wasted 10$ because it was not even good. The smoothie had TAJIN (a lot) and it was disgraceful to call it a smoothie. Didn't even get a quarter of it finished. Never coming back. Absolutely appalled by the man working there. I hope he reads this. You know who you are read more

Thought we grab some drinks on our way out of City of San Clemente. Found Juice It Up! located in the Gateway Village Plaza. My eldest daughter and I walked in. No greeting whatsoever. They weren't even busy. Finally we got attention and service. Barely any smile from the staff. It was just meh. Anyway, we ordered 1 Medium Strawberry Lemonade Twist and 1 Medium Acai Berry Smoothie. Both drinks were good. I would get the acai smoothie again. Not sure if I would come back to this Juice It Up! to get it though. If you don't care about service and just want some juice drinks, then this is the juice place for you. read more

Smoothie was fine but oh my god they basically yell in your face, the experience was honestly uncomfortable. One girl was loudly shouting questions at customers in line instead of having normal conversations, which made the whole environment feel chaotic and impersonal. I get it, blenders are loud but it was over the top obnoxious. There was no warmth, just a lot of noise and pressure. It felt more like being rushed through a system than being welcomed into a business. The smoothie itself was fine, but the overall experience made me so stressed out. I'd come back if the customer interaction felt more relaxed. It's a smoothie not heart surgery read more

Apparently they can't make juice 20 min before closing might as well close the the doors to do cleanup.

They prioritize DoorDash orders over walkins. I waited ten minutes and I was the only one there.

Worst smoothie I had in my life. On top of that, the service was horrible. These two losers working in there need some training.

Great service and acai bowls! I order an extra side of granola. Perfect post workout treat :) read more

Horrible experience. The staff were kind enough, but there was a girl there working whilst clearly very sick. Either their understaffed or simply not giving their employees sick hours. Never coming here again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Husband said smoothie was good but the idea of getting a random girls sickness in my drink. read more

A perfect refreshment place for South Californian weather. We were on our way to San Diego and stopped by the near Albertsons. Noticed this small juice shop near by. Raw Juices, Classic Smoothies, Specialty Smoothies, Bowls... a rich menu. It was a sunny hot day and this place busy. We almost waited for 10 mins to place our order and waited for another 15 to get our drinks. Strawberry Wave, Mango Mania, Lava Flow and Chili Lime Tart. We loved all of them. chili lime tart was a surprise package! Bind blowing! Staffs were friendly and awesome. I can really sense why people like this place. Great choices and wonderful service! Way to go! read more

While waiting for my son to finish his work out at a near by gym, I stopped by Juice It Up for a smoothie for him and a Acai bowl for myself (I had finished by workout earlier). The gentleman who owns the place was so helpful in advising me on the choices I made and service was fast and very friendly. My bowl was full of goodies and I enjoyed each spoonful. My son said his "The Zone" smoothie was one of the best he has had in a long time. We will for sure be returning to Juice It Up for a post workout smoothie or juice. read more

The juice is goods there, but the customer service is not, this girl was giving me weird looks and was being mean to my friend and me when she gave it to us she gave us a side eye and then walked away and kept staring at us weird super and then she was talking to her partner that was also working there and I heard her talking bad about us, rude, would not go here. read more

This is your every day Juice It Up, they have all the classic drinks, fruit bowls, shots, and nutritional drinks that you get in all the locations. it is a small store, but they get the job done. Service is good, they make their drinks fast and properly, and the workers here seem friendly. My usual go-to for protein drinks is "The Zone". I love the peanut butter, and banana along with the thick texture to it. They sometimes have check-in offers thru Yelp, so make sure to check those out. read more

This location is very efficient. Normally I place my order over the app for "ASAP" pick up, and its ready when I get there! Great customer service and they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door

First time trying this location and definitely the last after receiving my money worth of açaí bowls with plenty slices of fruit and a large amount of the açaí on my large smoothie bowl in other locations to come and experience these location and the amount of disappointment of a açaí bowl ordering 3 large açaí bowls and getting not only a poorly amount of toppings but getting the small portion of açai in a large bowl, to add on top of that, it was like eating a overly sweet melted smoothie on a bowl !! Don't recommend!! Trust me the drive somewhere else is worth it !!! read more

I placed an order online and picked up within the first 10 mins. I have never been more unsatisfied with a purchase here than today. I always receive perfect products and always happy with them but today my products were completely melted when I picked up. It's as if I ordered juice instead of smoothies. I called because I was just not happy, the asst manager picked up the phone her name was Marisa she said she couldn't do anything about it, so I spoke to the owner who was first of all rude (Jim? Tim?) and told me to bring everything back for a refund. I am pregnant and was simply craving their amazing bowls, I am unfortunately sad with the service and products I received. All I ask is that they improve their customer service and learn how to speak to customers. read more

Lucky for me I found this place, hidden in the back of a strip mall in San Clemente. I had recently arrived at LAX from JFK and after the obligatory double double animal style from in-n-out burger, I knew I would need some cleansing. Once again, Yelp came to the rescue! I simply typed in "green juice" and voila! Juice it Up became my favorite juice joint away from home. They have a wide selection of both juices and smoothies. Along with a modest food menu. Vegan, Gluten free, raw, this is the place to go for that quick fix. read more

Absolutely the worst store I have ever been too! Used to my Tustin store. Went in and ordered the new smoothie made with Tajin and I told the cashier 4 times, please no Tajin. She never relayed the message to the person who made it, who was rude! He made the drink and put Tajin all over the top. I mentioned to him no tajin was mentioned to her multiple times. I made him made me another one and he stood right there and put in the top again! I said no Tajin and he said well most people like it and handed it to me and said have a nice day. IDIOT read more

I Guess Business hours don't apply anymore showed up 7 Minutes before closing and the Employees were both sitting on the Counter Door was locked they both looked at me and said were closed. Yeah sure looks like it ! I really don't like seeing a business owner being taken advantage of by its employees in this way. If they only knew how much risk liability and money it took to get a business up and running not to mention how much effort and money it takes to keep it going. Sorry to say but I will not be going here anymore. I Love supporting Local businesses but not ones that operate like this. read more

Really friendly staff, they didn't mind that I just stood there for a good while trying to figure out what I wanted from their menu. Their portions are really generous, their large reminding me of an x-large drink from mcdonalds or somewhere along those lines.
