    Avocado toast gluten free
    Elisa G.

They have hands-down, the best soft chewy molasses gingerbread cookies and they are gluten-free! I never get here early enough to score more than two or three at a time which is probably good because I would've eaten them all , they're so delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's fun to sit outside on a warm day like today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I absolutely love Organic Tree Juice Bar! #1, they are certified organic. Many of their ingredients come straight from the Dana Point Ecology Center. [[HIGHLIGHT]]#2, it's a fantastic location right across from the harbor, great views and easy parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] #3, the service is fantastic. Everyone who works there are always so friendly and helpful. I also love their glass jars for juices...if you clean yours and bring it back to use for your next order, they'll give you $1 off in hopes of minimizing waste! They also have delicious slow fermented sourdough bread and plenty of other items to buy. I highly recommend the Farm Toast! It may potentially be the BEST avocado toast I've ever tried. I love the dehydrated onions!! Mouth wateringly delicious!!

Can I give this place more than just 5 stars??? What a truly hidden gem! This place is known for their healthy food and drink selections, but I love how they also incorporate sustainability into their store. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Right when you walk in, you're greeted by the most earthy-looking shop with apothecary to your left and a gorgeous art to the right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As you head to their register to place your order, you'll pass by their "farmacy" filled with tons of local and organic goodies for purchase. I wanted to try some of their popular items so I got myself their classic avocado toast and the Oz juice. Yelpers are right, their avocado toast is delicious! The bread was just the right amount of chewy where it doesn't hurt your teeth to bite on the crust. There was plenty of beautifully sliced avocado drizzled with some sort of balsamic vinegar sauce. The tanginess blended so well with the toast. The juice was also very delicious. I couldn't believe it tasted so good considering there were things like kale, ginger, and celery in it. Yes, it may seem a bit expensive for some juice and avocado toast, but I felt like it was 100% worth it! This cute little shop is nestled among a plaza filled with many other unique shops. While there is a lot designated for the plaza's parking, it is sort of limited and during busy hours, might make it hard to find parking. So glad I got the chance to visit them before they close for the holidays.

Followed the reviewers and they were not wrong. Great avocado toast with so much extra salad that I had to take some home. Great chocolate latte drink, too.

Friendly staff and amazing food. I had the oc toast and emerald juice. Seasonal fruit on the toast was blueberries which paired so well with the vegan ricotta. Will definitely be back!

Fresh and healthy ingredients without compromising taste or presentation. Their Golden Milk is like a loving hug in a mug!

The farm toast and iced matcha latte

With a busy work schedule, stopping by Organic Tree is my daily boost. As someone passionate about nutrition and plant-based diets, I'm so grateful to have a place like Organic Tree accessible to me. The food isn't just delicious--it genuinely feels like nourishment for both the body and soul. For me, Organic Tree is more than just a place to eat. I've met wonderful employees and connected with like-minded people who share a love for healthy living. I'm almost embarrassed to admit I'm here nearly every day (to the staff reading this--apologies if I'm "that one customer"!). Many of the staff know my name and order by heart, which makes each visit feel so personal and welcoming. My go-to is the farm toast with an iced matcha latte. But EVERYTHING is good - I promise! Due to food sensitivities, I customize my toast by skipping the onions and adding their turmeric kraut. I love that almost everything is made in-house--from the vegan cheese and sauerkraut to the plant milks and sauces. Thank you, Organic Tree, for serving food that not only tastes amazing but also supports our health, energy, and strength.

Yes, you will dream about the sandwiches here. Expensive but you're worth it. The salads look great. Juices also good. Coming back.!

I went to their Dana Point location (newly opened) and it was packed with college kids home for summer so there was a line but they moved it quickly. Everyone was respectful and friendly. A sweet young woman helped me so I showed her my email and she made me a yummy, refreshing açai bowl. The blueberries, pineapple, strawberries and flakey coconut topped with honey, all fresh and the granola was good too, it was all delicious! This spot is compact so most people were sitting by the window bar or the few seats/tables that were there, or outside. They really expedited my order quickly because the gal who took my order ran it outside to me! I had my grandchildren with me so I stepped outside and that was very kind of her to do that! I wish I could remember her name but it was a really nice experience, especially for this 'vintage' gal!

Alohana was close by, so we drove up the road and were there within 5 minutes. There's a few parking spots out front and we were able to get one at 2:50 pm on a Saturday. Inside it's cute, clean and there's seating, but they also have a few tables and chairs outside so we ate out there. I went with the Campground which has both Pitaya and Acai base, some granola and berries and banana slices. They were busy at the time making orders and we didn't wait too long for ours to come out. I will say, the bases were a little frost bitten or more icy when I got it, but it did melt down a bit more once I started eating it and then everything started to blend and it tasted good. I'm a huge fan of Blue Bowl and feel like nothing compares to theirs, but Alohana is on par with that. It's good if you want to take it to go and let it melt down a little to have that smooth consistency instead of fighitng with it and getting chunks at a time of the base. Definitely would recommend coming here after a long day at the beach or picking one up before heading to the beach to enjoy there. They also sell coffee and other random, but very cool, tchotchkes, clothes, art, that you wouldn't find at any other Acai bowl shop and it's very Dana Point. Great place to pick-up a unique souvenir if you're visiting from out of town.

The line was about 10 people deep, so I decided to place the order online for my two smoothies and sit and wait. My order said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I figured it may be a little longer given the line. So I sat down and watched about ten people order and get their bowls. After about 20 minutes I went up to the pick up counter and asked if I could check on my order. The young lady asked what I had ordered. I said smoothies and she said "I don't know I'm doing bowls", turned her back and started doing....well bowls I guess. After that super helpful interaction, I sat back down and waited some more. 30 minutes after I ordered I approached the counter again. The bowl person looked at me, walked away and started petting a dog in the shop. Her enthusiastically helpful nature is certainly something to be studied (that's sarcasm for those who missed it). Finally, an older gentleman approached and asked what I had ordered. A few minutes later I finally had my smoothies. Were they worth the 30+ minute wait and the parking lot game of Tetris? Not especially. Will I go back? Not likely. Had the Bowl Baroness been more helpful perhaps I would have left feeling differently.
