Really disappointed by the inconsistency. The exact same wrap I ordered on 6/20 was warm, grilled, generously filled, and delicious. I have ordered this multiple times previously and usually enjoy it. However, only four days later, on 6/24 around 2:30pm I was served a cold wrap in a stale tortilla with barely any peanut butter, and the employee wasn't even sure what item I was ordering at first. Decided to stop in for a refreshing smoothie after a hot beach day. We ordered basic fruit smoothies but as the employee was ringing up our order on the screen I noticed there were additional charges for protein powder that we did not ask for. When I questioned the employee about the charges she seemed surprised and claimed she removed them. However, those charges still showed on our receipt and added towards the final amount paid. What makes it even worse is that we gave this employee a tip AND the smoothies had very little flavor. They tasted more like lemon water than actual fruit smoothies. Unethical business practice by said employee mixed with unsatisfactory product equals bad business. read more

My family and I are very excited about this new Juice shop. We went to the special events announcing its opening and saw it was advertising on Mondays a kid smoothie was free with a regular smoothie order. So we were looking forward to this special when my daughter was out of school.
