Really disappointed by the inconsistency. The exact same wrap I ordered on 6/20 was warm, grilled, generously filled, and delicious. I have ordered this multiple times previously and usually enjoy it. However, only four days later, on 6/24 around 2:30pm I was served a cold wrap in a stale tortilla with barely any peanut butter, and the employee wasn't even sure what item I was ordering at first. When this item is made properly, it's excellent. Unfortunately, today's experience was nowhere close to what I received just a few days ago. Consistency seems to be a major issue. read more

Clean Juice in Dana Point has become a regular stop for me. Everything is so fresh and ripe, and you can really taste the difference--the açaí was some of the best I've ever had, and everything always tastes incredibly fresh, clean, and delicious. The fresh pressed juices are my personal favorite, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Decided to stop in for a refreshing smoothie after a hot beach day. We ordered basic fruit smoothies but as the employee was ringing up our order on the screen I noticed there were additional charges for protein powder that we did not ask for. When I questioned the employee about the charges she seemed surprised and claimed she removed them. However, those charges still showed on our receipt and added towards the final amount paid. What makes it even worse is that we gave this employee a tip AND the smoothies had very little flavor. They tasted more like lemon water than actual fruit smoothies. Unethical business practice by said employee mixed with unsatisfactory product equals bad business. read more

Clean juice added a bunch of new menu items and I'm ALL about it. Today I tried the pesto, mozzarella and tomato toast with balsamic drizzle and dang was it good. 1 star Tried this spot twice now and both times were a huge letdown. The prices are wild -- over $14 for a 16 oz smoothie?! And to make it worse, the smoothie was actually bad. I ordered a peanut butter one and it had huge, unblended chunks...not just one, but several. It was honestly gross. I've never had a smoothie I did not like. Their whole "organic ingredients" thing does not justify the price or the flavor. You're way better off going to Nékter or pretty much any other juice place. Super overpriced and underwhelming. I got the Berry Açaí Bowl and my son the Peanut Butter Smoothie. It was honestly the worst bowl and smoothie we have ever had. We spend $31. My family and I are very excited about this new Juice shop. We went to the special events announcing its opening and saw it was advertising on Mondays a kid smoothie was free with a regular smoothie order. So we were looking forward to this special when my daughter was out of school. Well we went today and the employee had no idea about that deal and said it was probably just during the grand opening, so we were a bit bummed since that wasn't how we remembered the special but c'est la vie, we all still enjoyed our smoothies. I tried a coffee cold brew based one and really enjoyed it. We got a juice that was blue that was very lovely, and my daughter tried the strawberry banana kid smoothie. She drank the whole thing, she liked it so much! This says a lot since she usually just drinks 1/2 a smoothie. Anyways, overall the drinks were good and we'll be back to try more. read more
