Really disappointed by the inconsistency. The exact same wrap I ordered on 6/20 was warm, grilled, generously filled, and delicious. I have ordered this multiple times previously and usually enjoy it. However, only four days later, on 6/24 around 2:30pm I was served a cold wrap in a stale tortilla with barely any peanut butter, and the employee wasn't even sure what item I was ordering at first. 1 star Tried this spot twice now and both times were a huge letdown. The prices are wild -- over $14 for a 16 oz smoothie?! And to make it worse, the smoothie was actually bad. I ordered a peanut butter one and it had huge, unblended chunks...not just one, but several. It was honestly gross. I've never had a smoothie I did not like. Their whole "organic ingredients" thing does not justify the price or the flavor. You're way better off going to Nékter or pretty much any other juice place. Super overpriced and underwhelming. My family and I are very excited about this new Juice shop. We went to the special events announcing its opening and saw it was advertising on Mondays a kid smoothie was free with a regular smoothie order. So we were looking forward to this special when my daughter was out of school. Well we went today and the employee had no idea about that deal and said it was probably just during the grand opening, so we were a bit bummed since that wasn't how we remembered the special but c'est la vie, we all still enjoyed our smoothies. I tried a coffee cold brew based one and really enjoyed it. We got a juice that was blue that was very lovely, and my daughter tried the strawberry banana kid smoothie. She drank the whole thing, she liked it so much! This says a lot since she usually just drinks 1/2 a smoothie. Anyways, overall the drinks were good and we'll be back to try more. read more
