No complaints but nothing stood out either. The nutty açaí bowl was good cuz it was more smoothie like and not sorbet. The ocean breeze smoothie was also good and refreshing. The ambiance is mid af super boring and white. The lady working was rlly nice tho!

All I can say is yummy yummy yummy! I had the immune booster and boy does it really pack a punch lots of good ginger in there one of my favorites. We can't wait to come back and enjoy one of their bowls or some of their avocado toast. It all looks so delicious. I'm so happy that this is now in Dana point this is going to be my go to healthy spot.

This is just 1 of the chunks that were in here not even blended

1 star Tried this spot twice now and both times were a huge letdown. The prices are wild -- over $14 for a 16 oz smoothie?! And to make it worse, the smoothie was actually bad. I ordered a peanut butter one and it had huge, unblended chunks...not just one, but several. It was honestly gross. I've never had a smoothie I did not like. Their whole "organic ingredients" thing does not justify the price or the flavor. You're way better off going to Nékter or pretty much any other juice place. Super overpriced and underwhelming. Save your money. 06/17 UPDATE - THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT. Finnalllly. Let's see how it goes, best of luck to the new management :)

Service was amazing! Great nice workers Everything tastes super refreshing! I got the ocean waves!

Delicious smoothie! Not overly sweet, but still refreshing. Great portion and quality. Will definitely be ordering this again.

Delicious smoothie. Great quality and feels very clean versus other smoothie places that just feel like sugar bombs. Great portions and presentation will definitely be ordering this again.

I got the Berry Açaí Bowl and my son the Peanut Butter Smoothie. It was honestly the worst bowl and smoothie we have ever had. We spend $31. The supervisor, who left a really sweet 16 year old to run the place by herself on a Sunday, told her we can't be refunded but gave us 3 cards to get free smoothies/bowls. We will probably never go again to use them.

I'm excited to be one of the first Yelpies to come here and review Clean Juice. It's very exciting to have a new healthy organic restaurant in Dana Point. They have cute tee shirts and hats too. I ordered the watermelon bowl with gluten free granola and honey drizzle. I also ordered the gluten free avocado toast to go. It's very cute in here!! The girl who helped me forgot to tell me about the app and the free juice with purchase. I came back in to get a salad to go and I met the owner and her name is Mindy. She's so cute! She gets five stars!

    I drank it fast

Fire orange juice. I drank it really fast cause it was so good ! So healthy, love!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I stopped in while visiting family in Dana Point. The owner was so kind and even helped me find their Yelp profile. The cashier was also sweet and welcoming. It's so cute inside; I loved the decor, and the place was super clean. They have juices, smoothies, sandwiches, and açaí bowls! I had the green juice and it was really refreshing. I would definitely visit again

Love the fresh organic vibe of Clean Juice in Dana Point. One of my favorite smoothies is the peanut butter. Loaded with lots of peanut butter goodness. I also tried the cherry chocolate smoothie. The cherry and chocolate really work well together. They do have a cool little BOGO from 4-545pm on their smoothies Monday through Friday only.

me and my family of turtles slowly crawled to this establishment for our servings of açaí bowls. parking was easy. we were able to park our tiny turtle car for free along the street. it is located in this cute neighborhood with nearby apartments, a coffee shop and food places. very turtle-friendly. nobody stepped on our shells on our way over. upon entering, the menu was FATTT. mayhaps? they should reconsider their name, as they serve more than juice! sandwiches and the like. it was very overwhelming to make our menu selections, not only because it is so high up from our height. alas, our turtle family was determined to sink our beaks into nice refreshing cool açaí bowls. the names of the bowls made it painful to keep track of the flavors and decide on our order. "don't worry bowl"? WHAT is in that? how about "berry bowl"? "strawberry banana bowl"? SHELLO??? quality of the bowl was ok. not very filling. I am still faithful to my LOVE earth bowls! I did not mind the long wait, as I am very slow myself. I crawl everywhere. they also had a sign for slow service to set expectations. clean bathroom for my turtle butt

Such a cute area to grab a drink! Parking can be hard if you don't get a spot close by. There's three right in front and some further down the street. Service was outstanding she was so kind and helpful. We changed our minds a couple times and helped us to decide what we would like to drink. The service was so fast too! The drink itself was okay I did not think the cherry was as strong as it should be. The bananas in the drink were too chunky for my liking. But overall I would try other drinks because the service was so great!

The Chocolate One, 24oz. First half was super icey... tasted a lot better when it thawed some.

I'll be back to Coffee Importers soon--it's a great place in DP for a morning coffee and pastry and hopefully the "regulars" don't ruin it for everyone else. Original review: I want to love this place and it bums me out to have to write this, but this is one of the least welcoming places in DP. Not because the staff is rude. But because they allow this clique of regulars to take over the outside patio and harass people who aren't in their group. I've watched it happen a few times now, but today was the worst. A woman with a little kid sat down at an unoccupied table and started having their food. A couple of minutes later an older gentleman walked up and began verbally accosting her, getting in her space and demanding that she leave because he's been coming here for 35 years and this is his table. He kept accosting her until she was crying and took her child and moved tables. A few people tried to comfort this poor woman and her little kid. This guy was 1000% in the wrong. But staff didn't do anything. Instead, they walked up to the guy, said hi to him (of course, in a first name basis) and were friendly as anything. But not a word to the woman crying and trying to distract her toddler. Gross. It's not just this one guy either. There are at least a dozen of these "regulars" and Coffee Importers doesn't appear to do anything to stop them from harassing people, and actually seems to be fostering this environment.

There is plenty of parking both in a lot, an extended lot and also the street. You can also take one of the many foot paths to the location as well. There are two ways to order. One sign says pastries and coffee and the other side towards the back or the Marina side says food and beverages. If you only want a coffee with a croissant or cinnamon roll or the delicious biscuits, then step into the pastries and coffee line. If you want breakfast sandwiches or any of the toasts plus coffee and other beverages, then go to the other line. It can get very busy, especially on the weekends after 9 AM. But bring your patience and be nice to everyone. Once you have ordered, step aside. Most likely your drinks will be called out first. It does take time to make freshly prepared food so either take a seat with your number and wait for it to be delivered or listen if it's going to be a to go order for your name It is dog friendly out on the patio. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves as the wind can blow any debris into the marina and we want to make sure everything is clean and safe for our underwater friends. Very cool nautical vibes. They decorate for the holidays. Reasonably priced. Support local. If you're gonna spend 6 to 7 dollars on a pastry or coffee, you should come here. Incredible vibes you could park at the other end of the marina and walk on over for a great scenic walk. My favorite is the iced harbor latte which is like a caramel vanilla latte similar to what I would describe as the golden eagle from Dutch Bros. The biscuits are incredible. I always get them. Stupid me drank the drink and ate the biscuits before I took a picture. Just trust me.

The line was about 10 people deep, so I decided to place the order online for my two smoothies and sit and wait. My order said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I figured it may be a little longer given the line. So I sat down and watched about ten people order and get their bowls. After about 20 minutes I went up to the pick up counter and asked if I could check on my order. The young lady asked what I had ordered. I said smoothies and she said "I don't know I'm doing bowls", turned her back and started doing....well bowls I guess. After that super helpful interaction, I sat back down and waited some more. 30 minutes after I ordered I approached the counter again. The bowl person looked at me, walked away and started petting a dog in the shop. Her enthusiastically helpful nature is certainly something to be studied (that's sarcasm for those who missed it). Finally, an older gentleman approached and asked what I had ordered. A few minutes later I finally had my smoothies. Were they worth the 30+ minute wait and the parking lot game of Tetris? Not especially. Will I go back? Not likely. Had the Bowl Baroness been more helpful perhaps I would have left feeling differently.

We…read morespecifically look for places with ambiance and character rather than chain hotels like Marriott or Hilton. Some boutique hotels are hits, others... not so much. This one absolutely surprised us in the best way. El Caminante Bar & Bungalows is right across the street from the beach and instantly stands out. The interior design is exquisite - thoughtful, warm, and stylish without feeling pretentious. Our room had half doors on both sides that open up so you can enjoy the ocean view and fresh air, which was such a unique and relaxing touch. There's also an in-room record player that even connects to your phone via Bluetooth (such a fun detail). The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had piping hot water with great pressure, and the Le Labo shower products were a luxe bonus. The on-site bar and food were super convenient, the staff was genuinely kind, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Dana Point and a short drive to San Clemente. We also loved lounging on the outdoor daybeds outside our room and hanging out on the patio with the chimineas at night. The rooms are on the smaller side (mainly because of the massive king bed), but it honestly didn't feel unbearably cramped. There's plenty of storage with space under the bed for luggage, drawers built into the bed frame, and wall-mounted hangers, which made everything work well. As for the cons: it is close to the train tracks, so it can get a bit noisy, but earplugs are provided and we personally slept just fine without them. There's no fan, so the room can get a little warm, we just kept the windows open. Unfortunately, during our stay the internet wasn't cooperating, so we couldn't screen-cast to the TV, which made it pretty useless, but that was a minor inconvenience overall. We also really loved that this is a small, family-owned property. We will 100% be back. This is officially our new favorite spot in Dana Point--full of charm, comfortably close to the ocean, and reasonably priced without sacrificing style or comfort.
