The service was great and this isn't location specific but if I'm paying OVER 10 DOLLARS FOR A MEDIUM SMOOTHIE, I expect the lid to stay on my cup and not come off while I'm driving. So over corporations. Gross.

Your drink will be a mystery amount of liquid, not based on the size of cup selected. Bathrooms disgusting

I came here on National Smoothie Day and was greeted with super friendly workers. They were advertising their Belgian Waffle and giving out free waffle coupons with a purchase of a drink. I have been back after that and unfortunately, they didn't have the waffle that day. I can't wait to come back to redeem my coupon.

This place was empty at the time I went, but the service was excellent Gavin was so patient taking the order since it was for a child's friend. He is very good attending. Also the place is clean and organized. There's plenty of parking because of the shopping center. Definitely is a good place to get your juices and you can sit inside the place and outside.

I have had several bad experiences here and have not taken the time to write a review but today is the day. First, they had samples of oatmeal and the girl Working said it was $1.99, the sign said $2.99 and I still ordered and then it rang up for $3.99. I said something about the price discrepancy and the person ringing me up said the price on the sign had not yet been updated. Most reputable establishments would honor the advertised price. Today I placed my order for four medium smoothies. My drinks were prepared and there was a good amount still left in the blender. I asked for the reminder and Alexander told me no that I could not have it unless I paid for protein powder as an add in. I asked her if she was going to just throw it away and she said yes! I then asked her to at least fill my smoothies up to the top and her response was, "are you serious right now it's going to burst." She was extremely rude. If this is how this Jamba Juice is being run and this is what the owners of this location are telling their employees to do then shame on them! We have been to this location several times, we live in Brea and go to the Anaheim Hills and Brea location weekly and they always give us any extra smoothie that is made. I paid $37 for four smoothies and to turn around and throw away the remainder is simply wasteful and rude. My son plays baseball at the school near by and we come here weekly. This location has lost our business and I will be sure to make their poor customer service known to every person that I cross at every establishment, school and baseball field.

This one sounds like a decadent chocolatey treat with mocha flavors. I am not a huge coffee fan but wanted to try the mushroom blend and the chocolate protein that comes in this one. The coffee flavor is quite strong and there is a significant punch of caffeine so if you need something to wake you up the get this. My favorite part was the chocolate drizzle on top. The smoothie itself was very icy. I got multiple chunks of ice as I was scooping through the bowl. I am not sure if that is a one off occurrence or because of the nature of the ingredients. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes but I would get one of the fruitier bowls rather than this one.

The menus are on the wall to the right. Below the menus are a table for napkins, spoons and straws. Service felt a little cold when I ordered, the cashier walked away before I finished paying on the screen, which was a bit awkward. I ordered the Seaside Bowl it comes with an açaí base, granola, banana, pineapple and strawberries. The price of the regular size bowl was $11. It came out quickly since there weren't many people there at the time. The bowl was good overall; the açaí wasn't especially standout, but the fruit was sweet and balanced nicely with the tartness. Inside, there are several tables of varying sizes, along with a small side room that offers additional seating. The side room features plant décor, giving the space a relaxed, chill atmosphere. Outdoor seating is limited to a few small tables, best suited for parties of one or two. Parking was in a moderately sized lot. I didn't have any trouble finding a spot even on the weekend.

I love custard so ordered 2 custard rolls. I'm used to the French versions so I have to say, do not expect the same. The dough is the same for everything here, it's a light slightly sweet sponge cake. Not chewy not dry. The custard was warm and I was not expecting that, I was expecting chilled. Not rich and not pudding but a different type of custard. The cinnamon roll same dough they just added the cinnamon and wound ot up instead of filled with custard. When I walked in, it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me--no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I arrived about 35 minutes before closing, which is more than enough time to make a juice and still close by 7, but the blenders and juicers were already "done for the night." The frustrating part is that the business itself is actually spacious, clean, and has plenty of seating for customers. They also offer a decent selection of grab‑and‑go items, which makes the experience even more surprising because the setup clearly supports people coming in up until closing. They're generally accommodating with substitutions, but they can be a bit stingy with higher‑value ingredients, which doesn't help justify the price point. As someone who previously worked in and supervised the Whole Foods Market juice bar down the street, we would never deny a customer a beverage during business hours. Cleaning a blender takes about 30 seconds, and it's part of the job until the doors are actually closed. It was disappointing to be turned away when the store was still open. For feedback, the team could have at least offered an alternative option instead of shutting down the interaction entirely. I understand most of the staff are likely high school or college‑aged and eager to clock out, but a little courtesy and effort go a long way. I haven't been back since, which is a shame because the space itself has potential.
