I go into this Jamba at least five nights a week and I am never disappointed. The employees in this store are awesome and take great care of their customers. They're fast and don't leave anybody waiting. This Jamba Juice totally rocks and it will remain my store forever. read more

I like green juices so Jamba is one of the location that i stop by. This location has patio sitting area and i loved how the walls were filled with pictures...The ambiance was cozy and warm...The store smells weird and im not sure why and for me it was too dark...When we hear freshness the first thing that comes to mind is the place where is super clean, smells green and bright...This is me and Im not sure how other folks thing but its something that it comes to my mind and for this place it didnt...The workers were ok but not the welcoming or sharp ones...So service was ok but nothing Wow... There is also plenty of parking outside. Also, I want add there was brown seed in my drink and it was so gross that i spat it out... read more

I came here on National Smoothie Day and was greeted with super friendly workers. They were advertising their Belgian Waffle and giving out free waffle coupons with a purchase of a drink. I have been back after that and unfortunately, they didn't have the waffle that day. I can't wait to come back to redeem my coupon. read more

This is for the management to see : I am the biggest Jamba Juice fan but refuse to go to this location due to how bad the air ventilation is inside, it is hot and stuffy and stinks. Leaves to imagination if other things are properly cleaned I felt sorry for the staff sitting in a stuffy shop. Not their fault, out of their control- management needs to sell their share and hand over the business to someone who can value Jamba Juice read more

The service was great and this isn't location specific but if I'm paying OVER 10 DOLLARS FOR A MEDIUM SMOOTHIE, I expect the lid to stay on my cup and not come off while I'm driving. So over corporations. Gross. read more

This place was empty at the time I went, but the service was excellent Gavin was so patient taking the order since it was for a child's friend. He is very good attending. Also the place is clean and organized. There's plenty of parking because of the shopping center. Definitely is a good place to get your juices and you can sit inside the place and outside. read more

Service was awful. Only one lady working there with a bad attitude and aggressive rudeness. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to go immediately if this location is going to survive. Message to GM: Clean house. read more

This location is dirty, the floors are sticky, the menus are outdated and the everything is run down. The employees don't really have that great of service skills and don't seem to even want to help with anything. I think this location just needs a fresh owner and an upgrade to the interior. It would probably do a lot better. read more

I walked in to loud rap music with "FUCK" as every other word. I told the girl behind the counter that the music was very offputting because of all the cuss words she ignored me. What the heck?! People bring their children in here! read more

Store hours are incorrect on yelp, google, and the website. Closes at 7pm not 8pm. And was not a result of holiday hours. Waste of time and gas. Went to two different locations that both said 8pm closing and both were wrong. read more

This locations employees are brain dead. They never have anything in stock and then refuse to refund you.

I was headed from San Diego to L.A., and I took a little detour so I could get a smoothie. I first looked for a Jamba Juice on Apple Maps, and this store said it closed at 8am. I arrived at 7:40pm and walked in. (The door was unlocked.) The clerk said the store was closed, and they closed at 7:30pm. I then told her that both my maps app and the sign on the front door stated that they closed at 8am. She still said they were closed. Do not ever go to this poorly-managed store. read more

I entered the location and stood at the register. I saw that a boy was waiting for his smoothie. It was already done in the blender, but the employee was busy wiping down the counters rather than pouring the drink. The boy's mother came into the store and asked why her son was waiting. The employee answered with "because I was busy" and did a few more swipes with the towel before he poured the drink. I thought he would then come and take my order. Instead he took the blender into the back and I could hear him washing it. I left. He should be fired. read more

Should get negative 20 stars Absolutely the dirtiest, most unsanitary place I've ever been to. There are a bunch of kids running the place. While I was waiting for my drink, one of the two young ladies dropped a cup on the floor, picked it up and put it back on top of the clean ones... and guess who got their drink in that cup? Yes, me. I also saw them not using any gloves at all and pulling the carrots, etc for my juice out of the water with their hands. Absolutely disgusting. I did not create a hoopla as there were so many people in the store waiting at the mission viejo mall. I just got what I bought, and threw them both away. This place should be shut down. Absolutely revolting. Take your business to a place like Nektar where the employees wear gloves , don't handle money and proceed to make your drink and have at least a sense of cleanliness. read more

I was very disappointed to see that the "açai super antioxidant" has absolutely no acai in it, but it has some kind of grape concentrate. That makes it neither açai nor antitoxin, which means that this is completely false advertising. I have had several bad experiences here and have not taken the time to write a review but today is the day. First, they had samples of oatmeal and the girl Working said it was $1.99, the sign said $2.99 and I still ordered and then it rang up for $3.99. I said something about the price discrepancy and the person ringing me up said the price on the sign had not yet been updated. Most reputable establishments would honor the advertised price. Today I placed my order for four medium smoothies. My drinks were prepared and there was a good amount still left in the blender. I asked for the reminder and Alexander told me no that I could not have it unless I paid for protein powder as an add in. I asked her if she was going to just throw it away and she said yes! I then asked her to at least fill my smoothies up to the top and her response was, "are you serious right now it's going to burst." She was extremely rude. If this is how this Jamba Juice is being run and this is what the owners of this location are telling their employees to do then shame on them! We have been to this location several times, we live in Brea and go to the Anaheim Hills and Brea location weekly and they always give us any extra smoothie that is made. I paid $37 for four smoothies and to turn around and throw away the remainder is simply wasteful and rude. My son plays baseball at the school near by and we come here weekly. This location has lost our business and I will be sure to make their poor customer service known to every person that I cross at every establishment, school and baseball field. read more

Came here 45 mins before closing and the young gentlemen working was really nice. As my husband and I wanted to treat ourselves after a long day of work to start the weekend. I got the wild strawberry and he ordered the Caribbean passion both delicious and the right amount of sweetness. Ordered two antioxidant smoothies but they came out very watery and sour. Tasted very bad !

I came in here and ordered the sugar-free drink. I got sick because it had sugar in it. I was told it was natural sugar and it wasn't. I'm only supposed to have certain amount of sugar so I called in and the store said , I'm so sorry come in we're gonna give you a free drink and then when I came in to get the free drink, the girl, (Lilly) the counter said that she would not give me the free drink so she called the manager ( Annette, )and the manager said no, so kind of upsetting. I think they need to be more careful on making drinks. Sometimes it's a health issue and not a diet. Also, they're extremely slow. They have no help. I was there 30 minutes waiting for something. read more

I don't come here often but when I do, there's excellent customer service, & my smoothies are always great.

Disgusting. I came in this morning. I drove up from capo beach and the whole way in I was daydreaming about a nice refreshing Acai smoothie and some wheat grass shots. As I opened the door I was hit by a super fowl raw sewage smell. I walked in and the girl working said.. " really? I must be used to it." Red Flags!! Sounds like an ongoing issue that is never addressed. Could be rotten fruit in your drains, could be a sewage backup, could be this place is never cleaned properly.. whatever it is, you lost me as a customer. read more

This review is for Marvin the manger. He really cares about his customers and making them happy. We had a incident this morning that we resolved on our own. And he was very understanding about where I was coming from with my concerns and addressed them. I was upset and he made sure I left the store pleased. I really appreciate all the hard work the employees put in here. It's not a easy job. And I absolutely understand. Thank you Marvin for better me and my sons experience here. And making our day better then it started. Marvin really cares about this store and better the employees in it. I will most definitely return. Remember everyone how it is to work customer service. It's not a easy job. But also don't be afraid to let them know if something is wrong. Don't let it boil up. read more

I had the worst experience here today. I typically order through the Jamba app, and pick my drink up roughly ten minutes later. Today I walked in and the girl working the counter said she didn't have my order. I asked her if she could make it now then, and I'll pay in store. Then she asked for me to show proof of my order. I literally never bring in my wallet or phone bc I already settle all that on the app. Anyway, I went to my car to get payment but noticed my order didn't go through on the app. I resent the order immediately, and when I came back, my order was still not made and she in fact took three other people ahead of me. So I had to wait for three smoothies to be made before mine. She handled it poorly, and was very argumentative. With the amount of smoothies I regularly order via app from this location, it's unacceptable customer service. I will be rethinking where I order my smoothies from now on. read more

i don't recommend this location at all, even though its the closest location I would rather drive further for better customer service because this is the third time its happened where they treat me like this. It was 25 min before closing they had their lights turned off & i can tell when i walked in they just wanted to throw me out by their energy. They couldn't even give me a fake smile, spoons, napkins or my receipt. if i could give 0 stars i would but sadly i can't. read more

How do you run out of protein in your business. Embarrassing. Not worth the time. Bad management

Went to a different smoothie/juice place every day for spring break fun. Was surprised that Jamba Juice literally has nothing on their menu with just whole ingredients. Everything has "fruit juice blend" or something thats a typical allergen like dairy. I asked the lady if they had any greens drink with just like spinach, kale, apple etc. and she was like nope. Sorry. Next. If you're looking for a place where you can get something actually healthy- try Nektar, juice it up or tropical smoothie. read more

Store was clean and decorated cute for summer. The young people working are polite and fast. My smoothie was delicious.

If you want oatmeal don't bother stopping. The last 4 times they didn't have it. First excuse was "I'm not even supposed to be here so I didn't make it." Second was "we don't have any" I said "oh so you're out?" "no we just don't have oatmeal". Clearly it''s listed on menu board. Third, "we don't have any cups to put it in." "So you have oatmeal, but no cups?", "Yes." Fourth was just a flat NO!! read more

Had zero problems at this location. Employees were nice, and they even let me use a coupon from the app they weren't 100% sure about because it was confusing and unclear. Normally employees at Jamba in general don't like coupons from the app because they don't get much training on them and they are confusing! I appreciated the understanding and helpfulness.
