They barely filled up the cup, ignored me the entire time I was ordering and laughed at me as soon as I came in. Short, mediocre looking girls showing jealousy. One of them was named Roxanne or something like that. Don't engage or acknowledge you whatsoever. Not to mention, their job takes zero skill. The most incompetent person in the world can work behind that counter, which is exactly why those girls were hired. It's been a while since I've been to any Pressed shop, so I was surprised that my information was still in their system. I came in to purchase low-sugar to no sugar juices, and I was happy to know that they have a small selection to choose from. It's been that long since I've walked into a shop, I didn't know what has really changed, besides their name. The shop was clean and nicely maintained. They don't sell those insulated bags, that I used to have, but I still like their simplicity of a concept. I purchased 12 juices from them, and I drank them all within a week. We buy our juices from here almost weekly , the cashiers are mostly pleasant unless you go near closing time then they are a bit rushed. I was told last night that before I order I should let them know I'm a VIP member so they don't have to cancel and re-enter the order after the fact. She tried to say it in the nicest way possible she knew how and I didn't mind but someone else could have taken offense by the way she said it as it came off annoyed with having to re-enter everything. Most of the cashiers are young and inexperienced in customer service which is understandable. I would suggest the manager train the employees to ask clients if they are a VIP member before taking their order and entering the information in the system. This would avoid the delays in having to delete and re-enter orders and become more efficient as well as possibly sell more VIP memberships. Seems like a win win for all. read more

Well today I went in for a few bottles of green juice to help kick start my new year and wow am I impressed. Their prepackaged juices are so fresh and delicious!!! I joined their rewards program to save a few bucks and I'm so glad I did because I'll be going back next week for more juices. They are pretty low in calories but more importantly they are tasty! It is a vegan combination of dates, almonds, and (depending on the flavor) other natural ingredients like greens, matcha, vanilla and chocolate with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I got the smaller of two sizes and tried the chocolate and matcha flavors drizzled with their chocolate sauce that hardens when it is poured. At first I was not sure if I cared for the flavors (they are ultra healthy tasting) but after a few bites realized that the taste was growing on me and that I actually did like it. I do think that the chocolate sauce is a must as it makes the freeze much more palatable. A bit pricey but as it is filled with ingredients they are good for you I would not knock them on the price.
