This business has been in Laguna Niguel for over 5 years and is still the worst service ever. More than that it is still filthy. I went in today to see if after 3 years of not visiting it had changed. Nope, I waited for 5 min for anyone to come out of the back. Overall my juice was good, but I was really disappointed in the fact that the juice wasn't made fresh. If you are a juice bar I feel like the juice should be made to order. You could still offer prepackaged juices for convenience, but really juice should be made to order. My daughters both got the açaí bowels, which they enjoyed. I was also not impressed with the fact that the açaí came out of a soft serve dispenser. Maybe you sell a ton of açaí so it's necessary? It turns out to be a dairy free, gluten free treat. I tried Citrus 2: pineapple, apple, lemon and mint. The 16 oz bottle is 240 calories. I think it tastes good and is refreshing on a hot day. There is no pulp in the juice. There is no place for seating inside so be prepared to take your order to go. If you want a sample, they give samples. I also got a size 1 with the strawberry and chocolate freeze with coconut, fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries. The chocolate flavor is my favorite. What drew me here was that their freeze is dairy-free, gluten-free and no added sugars. My family has gone primal so this is a perfect way to indulge without the guilt. If you're not use to dairy-free milk, you may not like it because it doesn't have the same "creaminess" of an ice cream. But my kids loved it so we're fans. If you have a sweet tooth and want to satisfy it with something healthy, I suggest coming here! I love their chocolate freeze with sea salt and almond butter. It's made with dates so it's not overly sweet or high in calories. I've also tried their pressed green juices which are great as well. I was so excited for a new location to open, as I love this store! Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the result of my order. I ordered a size 2 and was given a very small amount of freeze. I asked if it was the correct size and the employee proceeded to explain that they had to cut back on the amount given in their freezes. I have been in love with Pressed freeze for almost a year now, unfortunately, their prices have gone up and sizes have gone down. Now, they weigh the freeze and toppings are also more skimpy than before. While I still love Pressed, I don't go as frequently because it's less affordable. I also tried a one day juice cleanse. In the cleanse I really enjoyed matcha and hemp, chocolate almond and citrus 2. These were totally palatable, and I actually enjoyed them. I also tried greens 3 and 5, but I really did not enjoy these two. Greens 3 is a bit spicy from the ginger in it, and greens 5 has a weird after taste from the fennel and cilantro. I probably wouldn't do a juice cleanse again, and if I did, it would be a 3 day cleanse since I didn't notice any difference from the one day cleanse. read more

Update- After eating the chocolate chips i started having an allergic reaction. They are in fact not dairy free! I advised the employee of my dairy and gluten allergies and she said i was good to eat them. So disappointed that they would even carry the chocolate chips with dairy when it's so easy to carry ones without. I called back and talked to the manager and she advised me that the chocolate chips do have dairy and they she doesn't understand why they have them. I was covered in hives for days For anyone with food allergies this place is perfect! I have gluten, dairy, soy and corn allergies so finding desserts are hard to find. I have been coming to pressed for years and the staff recently has been the best by far. Omar especially is knowledgeable, kind, curtious, and makes the best freezes! I don't usually rate things but he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are not only happy, but also educated on what ingredients are in things and their healing properties. Good product however they seem to operate at different hours on different days? This is incredibly inconvenient when you try to pick up Juice right before work. Online is says open at 9am. The quality of their juices has declined. They are adding much more water now, making them thinner and not as tasteful. Their freezes are really good, especially the vanilla with vegan m&m's. Some of their juices are good, and others don't have much flavor. I agree with other reviewers about being skeptical as to why their drinks don't have expiration dates. I order the same juices whenever I go, and they sometimes taste differently, probably due to freshness. I think they sometimes don't switch old juices out with fresh ones as often as they should, so will stop going there. So I just walked out of pressed and I've got to say this is the worse experience I have had at a pressed. The staff did not seem prepared with having toppings or drizzles ready. My granola butter was water butter because she ran out and needed to get more in the back. The next batch was clearly not ready and I did not enjoy eating watery granola butter. I could tell the workers did not even want to help me as if they were allergic to me. I'm honestly just not sure why someone would hire them and they totally jip on toppings too.
