If you like booze and golf, this is your kind of afternoon day drinking hang!! Lots of fun on a Friday and there's a lot of cute dogs! The food is pretty basic but the tacos are tasty! If you buy 6 seltzers you get one free!

This is their peanut butter honey granola wrap. Delicious!

I jog by here all the time but decided to stop in and look at the breakfast menu. They had some nice food items To choose from. I chose a peanut butter honey banana wrap. Unusual! Never saw this on a menu but it was absolutely delicious! They also provided water for my dog, and were super nice all around. Plus the view of the of the golf course and pond is stunning. I will definitely come here again.

Been here before and they have fantastic drinks and service. However I really would like to recommend drinks and service from Chris C! They were closed and even though he directed me up to another bar area (I preferred to not go up there because I was in workout clothing). He's like did you just want a drink I'll take care of it. He then proceeded to make me just a simply fantastic beverage! Service to the nines! Definitely going to come back here and I highly recommend anyone To stop by that is heading back from the beach or on their way! The manager is also very sweet when I complemented his fantastic service. I wish more places had this kind of welcoming environment.

View of the Golf Course without the membership fee!! Like eating at your home bbq. Not too expensive and right off the hiking path.

We LOVE the cafe nestled right in the heart of the Monarch Beach Golf links course. The food is delish & they do super yummy drinks as well. The staff is magical and so incredibly polite & sweet. We will be returning !

It is on the smaller side with no indoor seating, but there are tables available outside which is nice if you're enjoying the weather. They had a selection of pastries that looked delicious, including pistachio croissants, danishes, and other pastries, although we didn't end up trying any of them. The drinks menu had a lot of unique options that all sounded great, which made it difficult to choose. Unfortunately, the service took away from the experience. We were the only customers ordering at the time, and since there were five of us trying to decide on our drinks, it naturally took a few minutes. The employee taking our order repeatedly asked if we were ready and seemed very rushed, which made us feel pressured to hurry up instead of enjoying the ordering process. I've worked in fast food and restaurants before, so I understand that customer service can be challenging, but being welcoming and patient goes a long way. A little more friendliness would have made a big difference. As for the drinks, they were good overall. I ordered the honey latte and really enjoyed the flavor. My only note is that I got it with whole milk, and the milk had a slightly funky, almost cheesy aftertaste that I wasn't expecting. I'm not sure what caused it, but it was noticeable. Overall, Coco Bloom has a great location, cute drinks, and pastries that look promising. I would gladly return, but I do think the customer service could use some improvement. With a more welcoming experience, this easily could have been a 5-star visit.

It's ok i can be embarrassing. He wont read this lol Okay but this is what I mean when I say "local coffee shop energy." J.C. Beans is adorable. Not in a corporate "we ordered our personality from a catalog" way. In a real, slightly chaotic, neighbor-knows-your-name way. Small parking lot? Yes. But that just means you've found something worth gatekeeping. Also there are outdoor seating by the street AND the parking lot, in case you want to hide yourself from the rest of the world. (I'm team parking lot, hiding.) The staff? So nice. So friendly. Like genuinely warm humans. They even offered my dog treats without me awkwardly hovering and hinting. Immediate loyalty secured. And the WiFi? Slapped. Hord. Like, I could actually open PDFs, upload things, and pretend I was writing something groundbreaking instead of rearranging paragraphs for 40 minutes. Patio productivity with dog present = elite setup. Coffee was solid, vibes were solid, humans were solid. This is the kind of place you accidentally turn into your personality. Would return. With dog. With laptop.

I'll be back to Coffee Importers soon--it's a great place in DP for a morning coffee and pastry and hopefully the "regulars" don't ruin it for everyone else. Original review: I want to love this place and it bums me out to have to write this, but this is one of the least welcoming places in DP. Not because the staff is rude. But because they allow this clique of regulars to take over the outside patio and harass people who aren't in their group. I've watched it happen a few times now, but today was the worst. A woman with a little kid sat down at an unoccupied table and started having their food. A couple of minutes later an older gentleman walked up and began verbally accosting her, getting in her space and demanding that she leave because he's been coming here for 35 years and this is his table. He kept accosting her until she was crying and took her child and moved tables. A few people tried to comfort this poor woman and her little kid. This guy was 1000% in the wrong. But staff didn't do anything. Instead, they walked up to the guy, said hi to him (of course, in a first name basis) and were friendly as anything. But not a word to the woman crying and trying to distract her toddler. Gross. It's not just this one guy either. There are at least a dozen of these "regulars" and Coffee Importers doesn't appear to do anything to stop them from harassing people, and actually seems to be fostering this environment.

First of all the line is out the door and it takes about 30 minutes to order your coffee. There aren't any menus throughout along the way and it's really hard to determine what is actually on their menu until you get inside of the coffee shop because most of their drinks on Yelp and Instagram are seasonal. When I was finally able to order, I ordered two different coffees because I wasn't sure what I was going to like given the coffee shop states all of their syrups are made in house. I think that's why the coffee didn't have any flavor and I didn't like it. The staff was nice enough to remake my drink, but even the second drink tasted like it didn't have any syrup in it and tasted like a regular latte. There is very limited seating inside of the coffee shop, merch is $30+ and you should be prepared for long waits.
