Came in here for few hours to enjoy a nice cup of hot Earl Grey Tea and catch up on work. While staying here, I noticed that baristas are not only friendly with customers, but with each other. They got really busy at some point in the morning, during my stay. They had it covered with 10+ baristas multitasking and getting orders done efficiently. Great group of guys and gals taking care of customers at this location. When I went up to the counter and asked for a refill in my Venti For-Here Mug, "Can I get a refill, but you can keep refill in same mug, so you guys don't have to wash multiple mugs." Manny, ended up refilling it in a new mug. Small gesture, lasting impression. It has good atmosphere here. You have good amount of seating to relax or get work done. Music is kept quiet so it's easy to talk to each other. As you enter, to the right, you will find two large round tables with eight chairs. To the left, against large windows, you have a large leather seating with six white tables and additional, seven leather chairs. Outside, patio has more seating. You'll find four tables with eight chairs under covered roof, by the entrance. In a non covered space, you can find four tables and ten chairs. This location is easy to get in & out of and has a large parking area. Staff is very friendly fast and very efficient. Place is clean and was crowded but not loud so could easily talk if you stay inside. There are outside tables but we're in the sun when we were there so chose to stay inside in ac. read more

We've found our new favorite Starbucks, at Frankford and the Bush Turnpike. We had business in the neighborhood and stopped in for the celebration of National Coffee Day. The staff at our local Starbucks haven't been showing customer appreciation for some time and we must have accepted it as part of the "new normal". Our barista at the Frankford & Bush location, however, made us feel most welcome. I'm sorry that I didn't get our barista's name, but you'll recognize the super friendly blonde gal with the long hair. As this was National Coffee Day, Starbucks was offering free coffee if you bring your own cups. Our gal made a fresh pot and fully filled our 16 oz cups. I don't get it, I've started going to this Starbucks after my spin classes at Lifetime fitness. It has ton's of people working in it. My order is very simple. Iced Coffee no cream no sugar, (Coffee on Ice in a Cup) which they have managed to get wrong 7 out of the last 10 times. Today was no exception. I walk in, I order it in person, and please explain to me why or how this is so difficult. It is not the easiest location to get to after you have started to George Bush, and this is just stupid. DRINKS (cause I never eat from Starbucks)// I've ordered multiple drinks from here. I think my review remains the same regarding to the quality and taste of the drinks. SERVICE// I've been only using drive-thru except one time in recent months. I don't know if it's meant to be or he just works there everyday, but I've been helped by John. Honestly, bless this location for recruiting/hiring John as he is a fantastic helper. His tone through drive-thru order and through whole conversations is very friendly and professional-manner that I rarely experienced at drive-thru places. Also, thanks to those baristas in the back always making drinks fast! ATMOSPHERE// I can't give comments regarding to indoor as I've been using drive-thru recently. However, regarding to drive-thru, I think it's good. There were only few (2) times when I would smell odor from garbage; other than that, my other visits were fine with odor. This is my go to Starbucks pretty much every other day. The staff is always so nice always greeting the guests and smiling. The food is always fresh my go to is the beyond breakfast sandwich,oatmeal or the egg white bites. I ordered a frozen refresher and I got a hot drink half blended that was warm and separating because it was not done correctly. I had to throw it away! On my first visit I didn't go inside because it was 100°, no biggie I enjoyed taking the outdoor tour. Plus, virtual drive thru locations get me every time. This Addison location is super chic...from drive-thru to dining room the décor rocks! Lots of artwork, leather sofa chairs, large working tables, patio seating, bistro tables and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. I'm not sure where this Starbucks has gone wrong in the past year, this used to be my go to location for years, but if I can now avoid coming here even though it's close to my house, I do. My drinks are almost always gross now, customer service skills are not adapted into majority of the employees now and they seem like they don't want to be there or would rather be chatting with their coworkers. I will now not be coming back to this location after today. I got handed a drink that was completely slit in the side of the cup, since it was frozen obviously the contents were not pouring out, but when I grabbed the cup I touched the contents of the cup after the employee had just finished cleaning his hands from also touching it but he didn't realize it was slit he just thought it was spilling. He handed it to the girl behind him and instead of her remaking the drink she just put the cup inside another cup and handed it back to him. I had to go inside and ask for the drink to be remade and overhear her really ask him "why". It's gross to now how many people's hands could've touched the inside of the drink without them even noticing and her really asking why it needed to be remade. Rarely do i have any problems here. This is my go to shop on the way to work. The mobile app makes my life 10 times easier. My drink is always ready when i arrive so it's a quick in and out. The drive thru line does get very busy and can make navigating the parking lot difficult but no biggie. The Pink Drink is my absolute favorite thing on the menu. So refreshing and perfectly sweet. They do not carry decaf coffee anymore, and the next option is to order a decaf Americano at $4.50. How do they even justify that price? I had stopped visiting Starbucks due to always requesting coconut milk, and some how always ending up with regular milk- despite paying for the upcharge. I am so over Starbucks. Being the Starbucks guru that I am, I love trying out different locations especially when I'm in a different city. On my most trip to Dallas I was with a friend of mine and had been complaining that I hadn't had Starbucks since I had been there and he brought me to this one which is like a 2 minute drive from his house. This location appeared to be new just by looking at the layout and how the inside looked. The line was a bit long so I decided to do the drive thru. With my luck sometimes I've been able to get faster service by just driving thru. I was right! Placed my order on one of my favorite Hot Teavana tea's. Greeted immediately and had a pretty friendly barista who took my order. Without even asking he offered the honey for my tea and proceeded to chat a bit about how this too was his favorite tea. Lovely to have found a Starbucks with wonderful customer service! They did make my drink hot and I wanted it cold BUT I got two drinks out of the deal. I really appreciated that, and gave it to my driver. They simply made my day seeing such happy faces. They are forever messing up drinks! I have had more bad experiences than good at this location but unfortunately, recently moved nearby so this is now the closest to my home. I've avoided them in the past due to always being disappointed whenever I visited. Well, they messed up royally once again. The customer service is good, they are sweet but the drink quality is not. I've ordered here twice and the first time they got my drink size wrong, tell me to pull around and wait for the correct drink but never came out. Second time I mobile ordered and they messed up two of my drinks, one didn't add cold foam, and the other didn't add the correct milk. The drinks are supposed to be quality made as they are so expensive, don't recommend this Starbucks. read more

The drive thru is a little difficult to get inside of, I always hit my car on the curb because it's so difficult to turn your car on that sharp curb. Also it sometimes smells like sewage when you put your window down. But their staff is great and they help you out when you're confused about what to order. this location is the closest to my office and so i'll stop by if i'm in a desperate need for coffee....however it's not exactly the best location. it's on a busy intersection along I-90 and there's always a lot of people here. especially during lunch. almost every table/seat is occupied and lots of people waiting. drive thru always has a line too. because of this, service is usually slow. I give it to the baristas...they do their best, but during rush, I think they're understaffed. and it takes a while to get your drink. because of this I usually use the app to order ahead, with the hope that by the time I drive from work, park and go inside (about 5-7 minutes)...my drink is ready and waiting for me. however, there's been more than one occasion when I've had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes before they call my mobile order. read more
