Easy parking and great visibility from the main road. I had one situation where I was given the wrong food item and the manager had no issues rectifying the situation for when I would return and communicated that with the staff so even when they weren't present the message was received so other employees could fix it for me. It's Starbucks so consistency is their win compared to other chain places. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Crown Point, Indiana

Tables are really sticky like nobody uses anything but water to give them a quick wipe-down. You will literally hear the sticky sound every time you lift your book or computer off the table. I witnessed a pair of customers had to switch tables because too many yellow jackets had entered the cafe through a crack-in-the-walls and were flying in the window-area (poor maintenance management, I guess). Elder ladies (managers possibly) will come out and question you if you are the only non-employee seated in the cafe. One elder employee suggested I go use the Starbucks WiFi out in my car while no other customers were in the cafe, citing it is what customers used-to-do during COVID. I actually considered this for a second to not be such a bad idea with the yellow-jackets being permitted entry through a crack in the walls & sticky tables provided for the customers. She stated one of her co-workers had seen me before and disliked the amount of time I spent working at a cafe table after having ordered so little. I never had come across a Starbucks like this before...and I've visited a lot of them throughout Chicagoland and the suburbs. Do these Crown Point Starbuck's managers dislike their job so much they focus more on rushing the customers out versus making them feel welcome? The manager even approached straight away with a "Were you going to order anything?" rather than a "How are you doing today?"...And take note, this was Labor Day with an empty (or practically empty) cafe. Aren't we supposed to be focusing more on respecting the labor each fellow citizen puts towards their work rather than creating complaints to place upon others? Maybe this Crown Point location is one of the few with grumpy managers? Very few customers used the seats like I normally see in other local Starbucks locations. Amount of foods/snacks availabe inside the glass display area was the lowest I have seen in any Starbucks and did not appear fresh. I had not eaten breakfast that morning, and while being super-hungry still couldn't curb my appetite towards their 4-day old food. Maybe regional managers who are supposed to be monitoring the local managers can explain this? Considering the rapid growth of houses and neighborhoods in Crown Point, I hope the corporates can clean the mess the grumpy managers can't before losing a large population of potential customers. This Crown Point Starbucks being the only Starbucks I have visited with yellow-jackets sneaking in through cracks nearby the windows, sticky-tables which apparently are not washed with soap, and inconsiderate staff on governmental holidays makes a statement to the Crown Point public the amount of respect Starbucks has for its local citizens. read more

My pistachio latte was so good today. Seating is not ideal here. Seems like all the Starbucks are trying to eliminate or modify their seating. Service was speedy. read more

This Starbucks is great. My drinks are always spot on. Friendly service. Clean place. My impossible breakfast sandwich was so good. Restrooms are well maintained. This is my go to location. read more

I love this location and all, it tell the guys smoking by the drive thru order spot that not everyone wants smoke in their car.

When a customer orders a "Shaken Black Iced Tea", SHAKE IT. Not a tough concept. It's right in the name. It has two ingredients, tea and water. Then shake. PLEASE! read more

Went to Starbucks on Main St. today and they got my drink order wrong. And the lady working the drive-thru was not personable at all. Doesn't seem like you would want that person being the face of your business if you want repeat customers, but since it's Starbucks, it doesn't really matter because people will continue to buy from them but maybe just choose a different location. read more

I have never had issues with this Starbucks. They always get my beverage order correct, and the baristas are a joy to talk to. I appreciate their speedy service. read more

Screw up again. Asked for large cafe latte with 1 shot cinnamon syrup and cinnamon topping. No topping but 5 shots syrup. I just don't understand why they don't listen read more

Customer service has been very poor multiple times that I have come here. Staff are very rude when they don't listen and get an order wrong. I understand it is stressful when shifts are busy, but staff should not taking it on the customer read more

ive been sitting in line and already ordered for 20mins!!! im late bc of these people!!! and no way to get out of the line!

Honestly disappointed in our drinks this morning. All we wanted was a regular brew but the coffee tasted burnt and not how it's supposed to taste. They also didnt put ice in my iced water...that one kinda baffled me read more

I submitted an online order to avoid the crazy long drive-through line. Good idea! My drinks were ready for me in no time. Everything was delicious! read more

I understand they are short staffed but my sister and mother ordered online 10 minutes after me and they got their orders. I asked about my order just to make sure they didn't lose it or give it to the wrong person, and I was immediately hit with rudeness. The lady working talked to me like I was a complete idiot. I've been waiting for 30 minutes now for one drink. A hot peppermint mocha. Why are we even open if we're short staffed? read more

I stopped coming to this location because whoever is in charge in the mornings always has mobile order pickup turned off.

This Starbucks is amazing and delicious but the problem is they're always busy! Literally we go there and they're line is to the street and it goes SOOO slow. Since my family and I don't have forever, we go somewhere else. Maybe they need two lanes? It just needs to be faster but other than that it's good. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a while. They have to have the worst customer service. I understand there is a labor shortage but that should not affect the quality of the service. They are incredibly slow and get my order wrong more often than not. I think I will drive a little further for better coffee and service from another store that is not Starbucks. read more

I was hoping to get the nice lady who's always greeting everyone. But instead I went in and the cashier i got looked so mean I felt rushed when it came to ordering. They weren't busy inside at all and I really wanted to take the second to figure out what drink i wanted but she just rushed me through, didn't even smile, or say anything else. Didn't get her name, but her eyebrows said it all. First time I've ever had a "ehhh" experience with this establishment. read more

I visited this location twice this week on my way to meetings in Crown Point and was pleasantly surprised that the barista at the register remembered me on the second day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the new menu. read more

I can't say enough how much I LOVE this Starbucks! The Baristas are superb... they always go out of their way to create the perfect drink- with a smile! The atmosphere here is great for working and visiting with friends :) They are busy, so you might have to wait but it is SO worth it! read more

I've gone to this Starbucks three times and each time I've placed a mobile order and Had to wait fifteen+ minutes for it. I've never really had an issue with mobile orders at a Starbucks before, so I have to assume it's a staffing issue. Regardless, I will not go to this one again because I can't chance being late to work due to the unpredictable wait time with this location. read more

I was told today that manager Sandy instructed employees to no longer give out pup cups. I was told I could not even purchase the small sized whipped cream that my pup loves. I spend a lot of money at this establishment on a weekly basis but will no longer be going to Starbucks. Can they get any cheaper than trying to save a penny on whipped cream. read more

The staff are always friendly, the place is clean. I cannot find a bad thing to say about this Starbucks, I have gone inside for coffee and through the drive thru. Very happy. read more

Very slow. And rude. I've been through quite a few times since being employed here a few years ago and I understand that there's a lot to being a barista But waiting 20 min in the lines outside and in is insane. They're more concerned with complaining to one another about others. They may think they're being quite and that customers can't hear them.....think again. read more

I love this one and my favorite barista Sarah is always amazing and friendly! Every time I get a drink there it is really good, coffee tastes fresh and the time I wait for it to be done isn't long at all, they are very quick in the drive thru. People working are so friendly and are awesome. one time I was in there and an older couple came in drunk and started yelling that the girl did not greet them correctly and they wanted to speak to the manager and started up a big fight. Quickest most efficient Starbucks I've been to. And I travel to Illinois and back quite often. In 5 years of coffe coffee coffee they have Never let me down. Love the baristas and hate that they raised the prices! Over all, this Starbucks is the most enjoyable to go to because they are SO NICE! Love them all! read more

I've never had a problem with quality from this site, only speed and I don't know if I can even blame the baristas when this is the only Starbucks nearby to hit. I don't even bother going here anymore though, there is never a point in time when the drive-through isn't backed up and a line out the door. I can swing through the Dunkin Donuts down the street in a third of the time. read more

I've gone through the drive thru three times in the last two weeks, along with a coffee I would order a sandwich. First was a BBQ Brisket I get to work and find a $7.00 grill cheese, no brisket in sight. Second time I ordered bacon turkey egg breakfast sandwich I get to work no bacon and a half slice of turkey tucked one edge of my meal. Third time I ordered another BBQ brisket thinking the first time was a mistake get to work maybe a teaspoon brisket. So I guess what they say about the drive thru is true don't go to the drive thru. read more

The slowest Starbucks ever! Staff seems more concerned about complaining to each other than servicing the customer. It's too bad because I love Starbucks, but this location is just WAY too slow. read more

Let me start by saying I do not usually write reviews and starbucks is not my normal morning coffee stop. The other day my sister had a gift card for Starbucks and we decided to get morning coffee. we were in the drive through and she asked what I wanted and I made an offhand joking comment about ordering just a large cream and sugar being inadequate and that somehow the sugar had to be some special variety only found in certain parts of the world. To my surprise when I received my drink, handwritten on the side of my cup it read "cream and special sugar". We all got a good laugh and the coffee was great. The girl who waited on us name was Bliss and her customer service skills were excellent. Thanks for the great service and a good laugh I'll be back for more. read more

All I can say is RUDE! I stop often after work to get my daughter the Pink Drink with a seperate cup of ice. You would think I just asked them for all the money in the drawer. Happy tone quickly changes. I'm sure they think I do this to get more which you do, but honestly the ice melts on the way home. I will go out of my way to the one by the mall. Much better customer service. Oh and pray they don't get your order wrong because they are never wrong. Pink Drink and Acai berry tea not close read more

Very slow drive through; it has to be since it is one of the only ones in the area but drink was good. Service was just too slow
