Such a gem! They roast their own coffee & it's so good. You can purchase bags here also. I've only tried lattes & they have all been so good. Today I got the pumpkin oatmilk latte & it was amazing. Pumpkin loaf was delicious. Firm & moist, not too sweet. The place has indoor & outdoor seating. Exposed brick & cute clean decor. They staff is friendly & knowledgeable.

Coffee is great here. Light breakfast bites available. Friendly staff. Cool coffee shop vibe. This will be one of my regular coffee shops that I frequent.

I was in the area and noticed this cool spot. My significant other and I went inside to check it out. I looked at the menu they had on the wall behind the counter. From the Drip Coffee section, I went with a Medium 12oz for 3.50. It was ready fast and served in a mug. We sat down for a bit. The Drip Coffee was excellent and packed with flavor. I didn't even have to add anything to it. I enjoyed it until the mug was empty. The service was swift. I didn't have any issues. Overall, I had a good experience and I won't hesitate to return in the future. Date of visit: Dec 12, 2024

This was an amazing little coffee shop! I got a dirty iced honey matcha and it was the best matcha I have ever had. The vibe was super cute and modern boho. The service was really good and they were very kind. If I lived here this would be my go to coffee shop. I definitely recommend going here and would totally go again!

I found Smalltown when I was looking for someplace to kill a little time while my son was at an event at the Sparta Dome. I'm so glad I came in. The space is open, charming and friendly. There was a steady stream of customers coming through and everyone was served efficiently with plenty of room for seating. I had a caramel latte and toffee chocolate scone, both were delicious. They have cookies and other scones, as well as some substantive breakfast options. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular!

This little neighborhood shop lives up to its name! Unassuming exterior with crisp, clean, modern interior. Folks hanging out enjoying various brews while conversing or using the internet. Friendly staff ready to brew your drinks. Wish I lived closer.

My boyfriend and I just visited for our first time! The barista was super friendly (I didn't catch his name but had black glasses and blonde hair) - and all I can say is OMG IT IS AMAZING!!!!! I got a drink off the seasonal menu (something with honey and cinnamon) and was BLOWN AWAY! My boyfriend got some whole beans that we are excited to grind up! We will 10/10 be back!!!!! My ONLY bit of recommendation that does not take away from my overall score is that the front step is VERY tall (like a double step)- luckily it was well salted but I was very nervous to go both up and down it. Again, doesn't take away from the building, atmosphere, the friendly staff, or the delicious coffee.

The best coffee roaster I've been in. And I find them every chance I get. The blend is amazing! The people working there are even better. Definitely a solid foundation for a good franchise Keep it up guy! If I'll be in town I'm definitely coming back

Today I made an exception and what a surprise I got. I sat outside with my dog Zeke, not knowing that friendly dogs are allowed inside (and they aren't required to drink coffee!). I ordered my usual cappuccino with hazelnut and stayed outside with Zeke, enjoying the sights and sounds of downtown Crown Point. My coffee was flavored with just the right amount of hazelnut and sweetness. I googled Ms Zolfo and found out she made national news for the goodness she spreads. Inspirational words are written on each coffee sleeve and she encourages people to spread it forward. She had a steady stream of customers while I was there. Most order their coffee to go. I chatted with her during a pause in customers and she revealed that she was hit hard during the covid pandemic and just recently re-opened the dining area, although she still hasn't brought back her food menu. The back wall is now full of cards and letters from customers who have thanked her for helping them. The little coffee shop truly is an uplifting place to start one's day.
