Just called to order a drink as the mobile app says that every drink I try to order is unavailable. The snotty teenager answering the phone called me a liar, which is always wonderful to hear as a customer and get customers to return. AVOID this location at all costs and drive the quarter mile to go and get your drinks at the location inside target. I am still in total disbelief on how I was just treated. Must be nice to have so much business every day that you can tell customers off like that. read more

Im so thankful for this Starbucks. Very conveniently located at 29 & 92 frws. Very busy drivethru but always moves fast. Very consistent in quality. The best in Omaha area. The only negative is a 16oz hot latte isn't always 16oz. On day it was a 10oz. It's usually between 14-16. But this is a common problem at Starbucks in general. read more

Pretty standard SB location. Free wifi, lots of parking, and ample seating if you plan to stay and get some work done. All the drinks I have received here have been made correctly, and I can order up a pretty complicated iced tea! :D I also like the location, as it is near to a few businesses in the same shopping center (Target, Kohls, Petsmart, Ulta) that I have frequented. With the ongoing expansions and improvements that is part of the constructions on 1-29, sometimes traffic dust can be a nuisance. The onramps and offramps have been changed recently too. I went into Starbucks this morning to grab my free birthday treat and the service was extremely friendly and my drink was ready in about two minutes, which is crazy fast. I got the caramel crunch frappaccino and it was terrific. I've had this before and this one was made perfectly. Just from this one experience at this particular location, I will definitely be going back to get some great coffee. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the whole Omaha/Council Bluffs area! They stay consistent with their drinks. I've been to so many various locations, and the drinks are all made different, depending on who makes them, when you go, etc. NOT the case at this location, I can always depend on them when I am craving a Starbucks drink that it's going to taste exactly what I imagine it's going to taste like, if not better and it doesn't even matter who is making my drink. I go out of my way now just to go to this location, lol. They must be doing something right during training. Oh, and customer service is always great. read more

Located in a strip mall off the interstate, this location seems to always have a lot of activity. I've been in here multiple times on the weekends as my daughter has had a number of swim meets nearby. The staff has always been friendly, and the coffee delicious. Overall I am a fan of Starbucks, and this location is no different. It offers a drive-through, and like all of the other locations, there is plenty of space to find a place to sit, connect to Wi-Fi and get some work done if you want. read more

Well, thinking that it would not take long but we waited for almost 25 minutes to get 2 coffees and an hot chocolate. The lady who took our order made the person's behind me in line and the next two people hot coffee and still did not get ours until an employee asked " what are you waiting for?". Coffee was not bad mine was delicious but my husband said his tasted burnt ( meaning that they steamed the milk to hot and scolded it) we were in a rush and could not wait another how ever many minutes for them to remake his. On a cross-country trip and made a rest stop in Council Bluffs. This is a standard Starbucks franchise with one exception: they have the standard patio out front but with a "non standard" and very cool outdoor sectional sofa. Like most folks, I've been to umpteen Starbucks locations, but I have never been to one that had a sectional sofa. I come to the CB location often to work the nightshift. As an aspiring screenwriter, sometimes I need to get away from home and just focus on my writing. This location is great because it's mostly frequented by folks hitting the road on I-29, so there's a lot of drive-thru traffic. Sure some students study now and again, but I'm always able to get a table and hunker down to get some real work done. Outlets at the base of the benches are a huge plus for those long stretches where my laptop battery can't make it all the way. Staff is always friendly and attentive -- the crew working weeknights has even remembered my drink order on occasion and had it punched up before I get to the register. Very nice. My beverage of choice is always perfectly made and never too hot to drink after just a few minutes of cooling time. Nice atmosphere, out of the way location, and friendly employees makes it my favorite place to go to just get some work done. read more

Starbucks could potentially be addicting. They've been my favorite chain for coffee for a very long time. Ive bounced around from drink to drink throughout the years, but settled for a skinny iced carmel latte. I like it because it's not strong and i can actually taste the espresso. Very happy with my experience. I was traveling past Coucil Bluffs on a business trip, and I was already a little late. I saw the drive-thru for Starbucks pulling off the interstate, and I counted 9 cars, so I was a little nervous how long it would take. I decided to go inside the store. Most tables were full, but luckily only one person in line. I ordered my macha tea latte, extra hot, 1 pump vanilla and shot of espresso, and gluten free sandwhich. The female at the counter got my order right on the first try :) She didn't need me to go through it again. I have been to many Starbucks in my day but this is by far my favorite location. It is almost so good that it should be kept a secret. The store is located in a small strip of shops close to a new shopping development. The staff is always very friendly and also speedy. I have never had to wait for my drink which is impressive. The store is cozy and quite with a variety of seating options that allow for both a coffee date with a friend or a quiet study session. The last time I was there I had a festive peppermint mocha latte and it was delicious. I have never been disappointed when I visit this Starbucks location! read more

My husband and I were some of the very first customers at this location. We loved it. It was a clean friendly place for a great cup of coffee. In the last few months we've noticed a change. Bad Starbucks. I sat there for 10 mins waiting on an americano while one barista made 7 drinks for the drive thru line while I stood inside w no one in line. Two baristas were eating and there was one cashier who apparently only was in charge of the drive thru cashier. They apologized for my wait by blaming it on the color of my mug. I have visited this starbucks twice. I have never received rude or horrible service until I came to this store. I ordered an item off menu and was happy to tell the lady how to make this drink (since I always get it at the other locations without any problems). I was interrupted multiple times on the order and explaining how to make the drink. When I received my drink it was not the drink I ordered. And let them know. I was not happy and told them they made the wrong drink. The dirty looks and mumbles under their breaths. I point to the sticker that says " if you are not happy with your drink, we'll make you a new one" (something to that effect). I refuse to visit this site due to lack of friendliness. You know I love Starbucks but this one is the worst. I order the same thing every day and usually its only half right and they started cutting back on the whipped cream.
