The cinnamon is warm and comforting, the orange blossom is bright and fragrant, and every bite is perfectly balanced in sweetness and texture. The matcha flavor is always on point -- rich, smooth, and just the right amount of earthy goodness. I'd love to see even more matcha-forward flavors pop up in their lineup! I went through the drive thru here on a Saturday around 3pm. It wasn't too busy, but the car in front of us had a large order so this took a few minutes. The barista was very pleasant when we got to the window, and was patient with us as the barcode to pay took us a few seconds to load--she was clearly working quickly as she took a drive thru order while checking us out. Impressive multi tasking! The drinks we got were an iced brown sugar shaken espresso, and an iced PSL. Both tasted good, but I was a bit thrown off as they seemed far less sweet than what I'm used to. I've had the brown sugar espresso a few times at several different locations, and this one was definitely not as sweet as the others which all tasted the same to me, so I assumed every location created an identical product. I don't drink PSLs but took a sip of this one, and I also expected this to be sweeter--although I haven't ordered one so maybe my expectation was wrong. The drinks were still good, and I appreciated that they served mine stirred vs. layered so I didn't have to try to stir it myself in the full cup. Went to Starbucks for an impromptu with the hubs. This location is clean and the staff is always friendly. Have always thought that they were overpriced, hence the one star ding. This Starbucks has gradually gotten worse every time i go. I was excited to get the peppermint mocha for the first time this season. I went through the drive through and waited to drink it until I got home (a 5 min drive). It was not filled all the way to the top and it was cold. I LOVE going to Starbucks and this location does not disappoint ! Staff is helpful and friendly and the drinks are great ! I almost always order through my App and go pick it up , this way I know that I ordered it exactly the way I wanted . If the drink is not ready yet I will look around at the merchandise to see what lovely mug I want to buy next . They have outlets to plug in our devices at some ox the tables if your one to want to sit and relax. Almost ever time I go in there is at least one or two tables holding a business meeting which seems comfortable and relaxed . The only thing that holds me back from giving it a 5 is the parking sometimes suck because there is only one way in and out and it gets so busy if you go inside you might be stuck a while since the drive thru is backed up . I am rating this Starbucks location a "2" because it definitely "could've been better". There was a line at the drive-thru with about 5 cars in front of us and we were getting a gift card for a friends birthday. It took 25 minutes waiting in line to get a gift card!! We figured the person at the drive thru must be there alone so we figured we would give them some grace and it seemed busier than usual. I often stop here on my way to work and the drive thru line is always long in the mornings. The location is a bit cumbersome because it's on it's own little area with only one way in and one way out, which I believe causes the traffic. The parking lot is just before the drive thru and when there's a long line it blocks guests who have parked there. I think it would have been great if they opened up another drive way as a one way out opposite the entrance. It might help with congestion. Other than that, anytime I've gotten a coffee here it's been pretty good. I usually choose another coffee shop over Starbucks, but it's the only one on my way to work when I head to work so I'm happy with what I got!! They make Green tea frappuccino with Java chips and no whip just the way they make at Starbucks in Japan where I come from, which makes me feel like I'm at home (Japan.) This is my favorite bucks in the area. I started picking up a hot cocoa in the morning, and the whip cream would melt before I could get it home. This Starbucks is one with which I have a love/hate relationship. I love the people who work here. They are always friendly, efficient, and I have no complaints. The problem with this Starbuck's is that there is one way in and out and the parking lot can get a bit hectic during busy times. Often, the line to the drive thru runs back into the parking lot and if you are parked in a spot that puts your car near the line, you aren't getting out. It's messy. I am honestly not sure what one can do to avoid that, other than maybe park in the Target parking lot during busy times and walk over. I was there this morning at 6:30 am and there was no problem. So, get there super early or just come with your patience. It's a good location, once you navigate the maze. read more

My favorite Starbucks location! They never mess up my order and always serve with a smile. Also I have asked for suggestions on several occasions and always have had a good outcome. They're efficient and accurate. The building is clean which I also appreciate and the staff is friendly. The only thing that is a bugger is the way the parking lot is set up. People come flying in from the Target next door or just in general and rarely are concerned if someone is trying to back out. This Starbucks is located on a weird little island in the middle of like six giant parking lots. There are cars everywhere. And they don't know how to deal with pedestrians in any way, shape or form. I guess the pedestrian crosswalks are there for cuteness and not to be actually used. Once I dodged a few Camrys and managed a duck-and-cover roll to the patio door, I entered the world's most average Starbucks. This location was bustling with customers on a Wednesday afternoon. Having a suburban teenage girl, I know the frustration with regard to daily dealings with these creatures. However, when you work in a customer service industry, where service can actually trump the product itself, the male employee with the bleached, spikey hair, the ear ring and the perpetual look of disdain might rethink his current career endeavor. Evidently there was some concern over her money not "spending" the same as the older gentleman who arrived shortly after my daughter. However, the older gentleman was kind enough to point out the fact that, "...she was here first." Yes, this will set the tone of our LAST visit to THIS Starbucks. Her request for the new "Unicorn" drink (which is scheduled for release tomorrow...HOWEVER, the super AWESOME Starbucks employee named Alex at the Family Fare on 144th & Center made one for her YESTERDAY), was met with a scowl and a fast quip that, "We DON'T serve that until tomorrow. (Could you possibly add, "I'm sorry but..."? Maybe even a smile might have made that news a bit easier to accept...but a scowl, not so much.) Ever the optimist, thinking she will win him over with an extended order, my daughter added a couple of cake pops to her order with a beaming smile. It seemed she was in the way as he then stated, "I need you to move"...so he could access the cake pops in the pastry case. Where has common courtesy gone? Could we have at least tried a simple "Please"? As a consumer, I will gladly pay MORE for a product that includes superior service. I know I have passed on this same respect for customer service to my daughter as she makes a point to frequent places that provide good customer service and to OVER tip for said service. (I always assumed she was just bad at math, but NOPE. She generously tips based on her impression of a positive interaction and good customer service.) I had probably a million and one questions about there chai latte...(Classic & Oprah) (I've only had vanilla chai) They where patient and answered them. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to have coffee. Staff are hard working, friendly and will go the extra mile to get your order right because hey, they have our lives literally in a grande size cup! The down side: parking is tight right next to the building. I park in the Target lot and walk over, easier. Also the last 4 times I've been in, the thermostat was on super chill. I'm sure the workers are warm but for patrons, well everyone is wearing jackets, sweatshirts, coats! Maybe this is so people wont stay too long inside but I hope this isn't the case. I go to this Starbucks a lot, and a recent experience made me really sad. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a drink and 2 pastries. They had my coffee right away but they didn't grab the pastries, no biggie I wasn't in a rush. When the guy at the drive thru went to grab my pastries another barista came over to dump out her coffee grounds in the drive thru trashcan and she dumped them towards the window which was open and my window was open too and she spilled coffee grounds all over me and my car. I didn't say anything because I was really mad and I didn't want to cause a scene, but I think the workers should be more aware of what they're doing, even in a rush. I'll still keep coming back because I can't get enough of the salted caramel mocha latte, but I didn't appreciate that experience read more

I usually try to wait for awhile to leave reviews to give a fair judgment and I've been a barista recently for almost a year so I understand the day to day frustrations and mistakes that can be made and am usually a little easier on them, but for it to be this common to mess up when I order the same drink every time is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of training and/or care for their product exiting the window is unheard of. 8/10 times I go to this location my drink is wrong and the window is slammed shut before I can even get a word in. This recent visit I received my drink it had almost whole pieces of ice(not properly blended) with not the correct combination of syrup flavor and soy milk. On top of the ice chunk situation , the state they handed me my straw looked like it had been mangled and snapped in multiple areas (which again I understand the mishaps of damaged product coming in but the wrapper had also been ripped) so at that point wouldn't you think to hand the customer a better one? Even after finding a different bigger straw I had in my own car, the drink still couldn't come through the straw. Very disappointing the lack of care they are serving their product under and the standards held. Again, mistakes happen but it shouldn't be this common. read more

My two sons and I visit this Starbucks at least two Saturday mornings each month, and have done so since this location opened. We absolutely love the staff. They're super friendly. They know my boys by name, and they remember their "usuals" - which makes my boys feel pretty special. I've also spent several half days working from here.
