I love Starbucks and this one is not one of my favorite places because it's always very busy, but they make my coffee pretty well every right time. The staff here are super friendly, even when they're super busy! This store is big, with a decent amount of tables and chairs to dine in and patio space for outside seatinf, it does have plenty of space for a small or big group, and offers free WiFi. There's also plenty of parking next door if it's not peak hours, there's street parking available, and mobile ordering for order ahead. They also have a well stocked merchandise shelf, if you ever want their cups, mugs, coffee beans, etc. There are also plenty of places to go get food at nearby and hang out at around the mall. Sometimes their music is a bit loud, along with the sound of people talking and chatting, so be prepared for a busy atmosphere. It gets busy here during peak hours, but otherwise it's a nice place to sit and do work or hang out for a bit.

Drink made correctly
Hey L.

Usually I have no problem here since I come every morning before work which is inside the mall mind you but today not only was my drink messed up but the lady was rude when it came to fixing it and it's still wrong

Isn't worth the 6 bucks. Nope never again. Don't recommend the lousy drink for such an expensive price- tastes like black coffee...

This location was definitely having some technical difficulties when we were there. One of their printers stopped working, therefore half the place was getting their orders and the other half weren't which created confusion. The staff provided an update for those waiting and worked as fast as they could to correct the issue. Nothing would defer me from visiting this location again. Things happen and they did the best they could to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Who doesn't love stopping for a coffee during a shopping outing?!

Terrible service. And they can't even make a simple drink. I order a matcha latte. They didn't even mixed the powder and milk for me. It taste just like milk. I will never come back to this Starbucks again. I am not paying 4 bucks for milk, which I can get a gallon in giant eagle for 2 bucks. There is another Starbucks nearby, go to that one.

I love the Matcha that they use and they always have unique drinks for each season, especially currently they have a cardamom ginger Matcha latte which I am obsessed with and have been back for multiple times now! and what's nice is as long as you pay with a capital one or Discover card your drink is 50% off, which is such a good amount of savings when it adds up and you can take advantage of this discount every time you come in! Outside of that, they also have a deal running right now for a few hours on certain days of the week if you show your college/university ID you can get one drink free! And lastly, they have another deal on Wednesdays where your drink is only five dollars so lots of ways to take advantage of savings as well as being able to get some work done and the barista as well as the staff working are always incredibly nice and always make sure to say hello. Only thing I would change is if the secluded rooms were able to be reserved instead of first come first serve, and if someone was not to show up for some reason that they could open it up to be reserved by someone else or if someone was already there, they could use it and if they could only be reserved for a certain amount of hours because sometimes I would go in and they would all be taken and many people would stay there for several hours, and I wouldn't have the opportunity to take advantage of using them unless I came very early in the day.

It's gotten quite expensive as a small latte costs about $7 (compared to Starbucks that would have a large one for slightly less). I think it's cheaper with a Capitol One account but idk.

WELCOME TO EAST AFRICAN COFFEE HOUSE EAST AFRICAN COFFEE…read moreHOUSE Where Every Cup Tells a Story Stopped in this evening for Somali "Shaah" - a fragrant East African black tea infused with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and milk. While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!

Really well done. For dinner went with the steak and enchilada. Was a bit worried because they didn't ask for steak temp but wow, wow, wow great dish! Steak was fantastic and what a great combo with that cheesy enchilada. Had to get a cookie from what I over heard from others. Couldn't decide between praline peanut butter or the chocolate chip so got both, why not, I'm here a couple nights. Which one was better? Both were awesome, guess you will have to get both to decide.

Breakfast time!…read more Stopped by for breakfast on a Wednesday morning for the first time and I had no idea it was a order at the counter type of place. The restaurant was very nice and huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I decided on their ricotta banana pancakes with a side of sausage and coffee. The coffee is self serve which was nice and they just give you a mug after you pay. So unlimited refills! Yes! Our food was brought over by our nice waiter which made sure we were taken care of so that was nice. The pancakes were very fluffy and light and were topped off with banana slices. The sausage on a side plate was super tasty. I could taste the pepper and rosemary seasoning and it was very juicy. The coffee was very good and I served myself another hot cup! I would definitely come back!

Updating my last review…read more I'm part of the rewards program They have this one pastry that's under four dollars that has around 300 cal in it. It's called the very very pastry. It's a good value and it tastes really good. And as far as pastries go, I don't feel like it's excessively sweet or color. You don't feel guilty eating it. So when I got the bing on my phone showing they had a St. Patrick's Day special buy a drink at a pastry. I headed that way. The young lady that works there is always very kind She'll take good care of you She said I could pick out any pastry that you wanted from the case didn't matter really the price as long as it was in the sandwich or a piece of cake so without looking at the price, I ordered an Irish Creme. Latte I went to go pick up my pastry. I settled on a strawberry custard pastry Came back and when she told me my total of just under nine dollars, I nearly died because that meant my coffee was nine dollars. Again that's my fault. I didn't read the sign. I didn't look at the price. I just assumed that no coffee would be in nine dollars. Lol. Lesson learned read their signs.!!! Ha ha. She was very sweet. She offered to change it out, which I took two sips of it and took her up on it as I hated it bwhy? Personal preference. It was just too sweet (for me) and tasted like a mocha. I asked her to make me a regular latte with steam milk. I went over to the bar bar, added some cinnamon to the top of it. And honestly, it tasted great for coffee that comes from a machine where you just press the button. I went home and I ate my pastry, which was delicious I highly recommend any of the pastries that have that custard. Again it just is very light tasting and it's usually paired with fruit and the calories normally are under 400 cal for something like that. As a little occasional sweet treat, I guess I do like it they definitely have nailed the café vibe the black-and-white checkered floor they keep meticulously clean Their little chairs that they have our darling and again I already have stated that I love their patio I think it's a nice family that runs this Despite it being a chain, they are local family. They treat their customers really nicely I will keep occasionally coming back Thank you for changing out my coffee -That was very much appreciated
