I went through the drive-through to order a pumpkin spice latte hot. And I got a nutmeg coffee with whipped cream on top. The coffee was weak and where the heck was the pumpkin spice part. How much I paid for this grande size copy? If you can't follow the recipe for a specific kind of coffee then why bother making it when I went to pick up that order through the drive-through they offered me two drinks when I thought I was only buying one. Like most Starbucks they have many employees looking ultra busy. But they are not actually waiting on customers at the counter. After waiting fourth in line for 5 minutes I pulled out my phone and did a mobile order. Grabbing a seat at a table that multiple patrons had been at prior to us as evidenced my the crumbs and sticky surface. My wife's cold chai came first, then a few minutes later her sandwich a few Minutes later my sandwich. Like most Starbucks but with a friendly staff. I utilize the drive thru most the time which can get a bit busy and slow considering the layout with the gas station, but most the time it's pretty convenient and easy to get a coffee or snack before hopping on the 101. read more

I ordered a tall flat white, a tall americano with extra room as I like it strong and some warm food. food came out then maybe 8 minutes later the drinks which she made 3 coffees that I had been charged for but only ordered 2 drinks. she refunded me by which time I just wanted to get the hell out of the place. my americano was like a drip coffee, watery and no crème. bill was over $20. glad I didn't tip when I paid. They didn't confirm my order at drive thru speaker or window. Once at the window they handed me my drinks without asking for payment which was confusing. To top everything off they handed us someone else's coffee order. I understand it was their "morning rush" but simply confirming peoples orders and looking at the drinks to make sure they are handing out the right orders should be the easiest part of their jobs. I stopped in for a bathroom break and a protein drink while on a long trip on January 1. The store was very easy to find, right off the 101 freeway. They were prepared for travelers, greeting me at the door with the bathroom code! The bathroom was well stocked and clean. I paid for my drink and was quickly back on the road. Wow, masks are required, but how is it that both restrooms are not stocked with soap? How is it that the hand sanitizer mounted on the wall next to the pickup counter have no solution in it?? So sad to say this has been the worst Starbucks I have been to ! I don't go to Starbucks much given that I make the best coffee at home or go to blue bottle which is next to my house. I visited this location on my way to work and even though Starbucks is not wow is always consistent and customer service tends to be good or excellent in comparison to most places. The lady that took my order was so rude and literally mistreated me. I noticed her behavior was different towards me when she took the orders of the people behind me. That was very sad since as nurse I understand people have bad days and I tried to be kind to her regardless but that was not the issue. If I could leave a 0 star yelp review here, I would. I called this starbucks regarding my friend's missing wallet, and left me on hold for at least 15 minutes. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me that I would be on hold for "around two minutes," but this was simply an awful promise! How busy do you have to be to keep a damn customer on hold for that long? I heard names and drinks being called out in the background and even screamed for some help with the hope that somebody would hear me, but nobody answered. Eventually, somebody picked up the phone and simply hung up. I tried calling back multiple times, and I was left to leave a voicemail every time. My drink was made incorrectly the first time around and could have been fixed by pouring it into a bigger cup and steaming more milk; instead, the barista told me to keep it and remade my original order in addition to it. I thought that was nice kind of her! There's plenty of seating inside, lots of food and baked goods, and their bathrooms were clean, although one was missing soap. It is convenient and the staff is professional, friendly, efficient! there is always a nice array of food to eat and I highly recommend the hot breakfast sandwiches. Despite the place being totally packed on a Saturday morning, my drink was ready in a very reasonable amount of time and was delicious, and the staff was some of the most friendly I've ever encountered. Except they were ringing up another person who walked in a few seconds before me. It's kind of laughable that the employee bothered to apologize, because it's pretty clear that she wasn't sorry at all to turn me away but take the person before me. We typically pass this town on our way to do some vacationing in Mendocino to make a gas and bathroom pitt stop. After this encounter, I'll be sure to take my business for coffee elsewhere, since it's clear from the customer service and attitude that they don't really mind not being busy or having business to begin with (as each time I've been here it's always been slow).
