When I finished eating, I brought my tray, cup, and utensils back inside and up to the counter as a courtesy rather than leaving them outside. Instead of just taking them, the employee told me I needed to carry everything over to another area near the trash cans. Obviously, walking another 10 feet isn't a big deal. What bothered me was that after tipping $3 and then going out of my way to bring everything back inside, the staff essentially couldn't be bothered to take the tray the last few feet themselves. It's a small thing, but it left a disappointing impression about the level of service relative to the tipping expectation.

Sadly, there was only one female staff assisting Smoothie Customers . . . She was literally bogged down and the line was going out the front door. If, I could capture the female staff on film, she would be buzzing back and forth like a busy bumblebee! I waited for ten minutes while the female staff feverishly hustled making my smoothie as well as simultaneously making other Customers' smoothies. I finally received my smoothie and walked past a line of ten people! Whoa! The smoothie tasted great except, the Boba pearls were hard as a rock~OLD BOBA PEARLS! Waaaah!
