We stopped here on a Friday morning driving north to Fort Bragg. Sadly, nearly all the food is pre-packaged at a different location (salads 'n stuff). My bagel with cream cheese & raspberry jam was disappointing & i only ate half but my coffee was okay. There is lots of outdoor seating & the place is clean but if you're looking for food maybe try another place.

    Sooo good, fresh, tasty

Beautiful pastries. And a huge variety of things to eat/ drink. Friendly servers- and this place makes me smile. It's a light rainy day, a Friday , heading home, glad to find this coffee shop. Parking is easy.

BANG. The best coffee place in town hands down. Frankly some of the best pastries you can get - I am not a scone guy and their cherry brown sugar scone is dangerous. Open every day at 7, They close at 2. We went there every day we were in Cloverdale before hitting the wineries. Highly Recommend.

I was visiting from out of state with hopes of enjoying coffee in a very warm inviting atmosphere. I really enjoyed the coffee and their food selections. The service was quick and I was served with a smile, however, I am giving this place a 2 star review because of a book that was available for children to read in the seating area! The book was titled " How to raise your children so they do not grow up to be like Donald Trump!". To have a book like this to read in a public establishment where customers with a variety of views come to enjoy good coffee, is not all-inclusive. It excludes and creates an uncomfortable environment for those who may disagree with this mindset. I feel it is important that all types of people to feel respected and comfortable in a warm coffee shop. We can't get along if we have polarizing things like this to read where we like to enjoy a nice pastry or hot coffee.

Traveled to Cloverdale for a work meeting and had to stop and try a new coffee shop. Ordered the nitro cold brew with vanilla, toffee cookie, and blueberry muffin. Everything is incredible!! There are so many pastries to choose from and the cookies are HUGE!!! I love a sweet treat so I had too. I also collect stickers so I had to ask and they have so many to choose from. The barista actually designs a few and they're beautiful :) overall a cozy little place to sip coffee and hang out. Will be back the next time I come down.

Little Saint offers one of the best vegan dining experiences I've had in California. The ambiance…read moreis truly amazing, with beautiful, intentional décor that makes the space feel special and elevated from the moment you walk in. The food really shines. The lasagna is hands-down my favorite item on the menu, followed closely by the menudo, and the pecan pie is absolutely phenomenal. I used to love the chicken and waffles, though it seems the recipe has changed--while it's still good, it's not quite as magical as it once was. A couple of years ago, I had a seasonal tomato salad that I still dream about to this day. The menu rotates, so I've never seen it return, but it clearly left an impression. If you're stopping in before 3 p.m. to visit the café, the golden milk is excellent, and nearly every puff pastry in the glass case is worth trying. As much as I adore this place, I do wish the prices were more affordable--especially since the food isn't explicitly organic, which makes the cost feel a bit harder to justify. I also wish the upstairs area weren't limited to VIP pricing, as it would be wonderful for all guests to enjoy the full space. Lastly, every time I've sat at the bar to eat, my service has been less deliberate and much slower. I recommend sitting at a proper table to get the full dining experience as the service has typically been really great when I was seated at a table. Overall, this is an impressive and memorable vegan restaurant that I'd happily recommend, especially as a follow-up stop after visiting the local farmers market held on weekends in the parking lot across the way.

Fun vegan concept to visit if you are in Healdsburg…read more Don't missed the smoked carrot spread - it's super creamy, I don't know how they do it. (If you're not hungry, you can get it from the refrigerated section to-go.) The bibimbap bowl was surprisingly filling and I liked most of the elements (mushrooms were a bit too sweet for me but nice and juicy, the charred bok choy was excellent). It's one of those meals where you feel good about yourself after eating it. The rye brownie my friend was obsessed with, she loved how light it was while still delivering the satisfaction of a brownie. I thought it was not bad, especially considering it's gluten free, but not necessarily the best brownie I've had. It's not too sweet or rich/dense which is my usual gripe with brownies

Jyun Kang Vegetarian - A Meal That Quietly Resets You…read more Some meals speak in flavor. This one speaks in quiet. Jyun Kang is not modern plant-based cuisine. It isn't creative, trendy, or reinvented. This is the kind of vegetarian cooking that comes from older traditions - simple, steady, and designed to calm you more than impress you. And maybe that's why the dining room is always full. White, Black, Indian, Asian - everyone sits at the same wooden tables, eating the same humble dishes with an ease that feels rare these days. The Food: Old-School, Temple-Style, and Intentionally Quiet Nothing here tries to stand out. The dishes are: * lightly seasoned * clean and balanced * tofu, vegetables, and wheat gluten prepared the way temple kitchens have done for decades * no heavy oil, no aggressive spices, no sharp flavors It's not meant to overwhelm you. It's meant to lower the noise inside you. In a strange way, the quietness is the flavor. This is the type of meal where your nervous system shifts down a gear without you realizing it. The Atmosphere: A Dining Room Wrapped in Calm Steps away from the main courtyard of the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas, the restaurant feels like an extension of the grounds themselves. Light streams in softly. People speak gently. Even the clinking of dishes feels slower, more deliberate. Eating here isn't just eating - it's entering a different pace of life. A White Peacock After Lunch After the meal, a white peacock walked across the courtyard - unhurried, soft-footed, almost unreal in how quietly it moved. White peacocks are often considered auspicious, but even without any symbolism, the moment felt grounding - a small, unexpected pause that matched the tone of the meal. Not many restaurants offer you that. The Walk Afterward Part of the experience is what happens once you step outside: * walking past tall trees * seeing peacocks on rooftops * watching families stroll through the open grounds * letting your mind cool in the same way your body just did This isn't a restaurant visit. It's a reset. Verdict: A Place That Nourishes More Than Hunger Jyun Kang serves exactly what it intends to serve: pure, old-style temple vegetarian food, quietly and consistently. It won't dazzle you, but it will steady you. And sometimes, that is worth more than flavor. If you want boldness, go elsewhere. If you want a meal that lowers the volume of your day - come here. There was no way we were getting the kids out of the pool and into dry clothes before 8 when most restaurants in this town closed. So we decided to try Raven Vegan restaurant to-go eaten poolside. We ordered what I considered safe choices for kids (Flatbread and Ravioli) and they were great! The vegan cheese worked, kids got their fill and I was a happy mom because they were eating their vegetables. My husband got the crabless crab cakes and while the texture was different, I tasted crab in there. The highlight for me was the Pad Thai. Pad Thai is on my list of last meals and I've tried it everywhere. This version did not disappoint. In fact, it was THE tastiest Pad Thai I've ever had. Sweet, tangy, crunchy, slurpy, and umami. I could eat it everyday. Our stay at the Stanford Inn came with breakfast here also. My kiddos split a savory crepe and pancakes. They ate it all up. My husband had the Ranchero which was delicious! Who knew tofu scramble was so tasty?! I had the Portebello Benedict which was equally delicious, though next time I'd skip the tomato. It made things extra soggy. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered a few dishes to sample. The fried "fish" was a bit overcooked and came out pretty dry. The Pad Thai was good but I don't think I would order it again. The portions were huge, so we had plenty of leftovers. The chrysanthemum tea was very refreshing! Highly recommend trying it.
