This is a good place for coffee and goodies. We stopped here recently for a donut and some lattes. They make tasty lattes and have a nice selection of flavors, including sugar-free ones. The prices are very reasonable. My wife had a medium Mexican Mocha ($4.25), which she enjoyed. I had a very good medium latte ($4.50) with sugar-free flavoring added. We also had a large apple fritter ($1.75) that even though it was disclosed to be a day old, was very tasty. The service is quick and friendly. read more

This place is filthy. Trash in the parking lot, dust everywhere, dirty ceiling fans, and counters that haven't been wiped in ages. The Christmas lights are still up year-round, falling down, and it just comes across as lazy. The whole place looks and feels neglected. Definitely not somewhere I'd come back to. read more

Best coffee place in the area! Better than Starbucks for sure. Wish there was a grinders in the Bay Area. I stop by here when I go to visit my family in Hidden Valley Lake. I've made a large order here over the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes. The staff is always nice even though I know they were a little irritated with my large order (10 drinks). The prices are great! I'm always shocked when they give me my total. 2 drinks and a pastry under $10?! My wife always gets the Sweet Tooth with soy milk. I either get a Dirty Chai or a Sweet Tooth or a Shot In The Dark. I wish they had more merch. I would definitely buy a black tumbler or even stickers. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. read more

Love being able to order via the phone. Great little coffee shop, the girls are always super friendly and accommodating. They also really try to clarify to make sure they get your order correct, which I really appreciate. My boyfriend and I used to go to Starbucks every morning before work prior to moving to Lake County, so it's nice to have found a spot that is just as good! While I do wish they had breakfast sandwiches or bagels or something, I appreciate them sticking to what works for them as a business. I'd rather have a great cup of coffee and no bagel than mediocre coffee and service and a bagel! read more

I have to say the owner has great service and is very nice, friendly and knows how to make some great coffee. I have enjoyed coming here from time to time and usually order "cold brew" Ice Coffee. It's my favorite, I have them add some 1/2 & 1/2 and vanilla flavoring too. The atmosphere is very chill and the facilities tidy and clean. Great coffee, usually great service. Today was different. Called in an order of two drinks while on the way to drop my daughter off at school. When I arrived nobody was in the shop, but they explained they were really busy earlier and hadn't started the drinks; no big deal. One of the two drinks was a 16oz blended frappe with an added shot, I noticed that the color was a bit light for a triple, and that the blender still had over 40oz of beverage in it, so I had the barista confirm that my drink was indeed a triple, she said yes. I left it at that both because I needed to still drop my daughter off and who am I to argue when I hadn't even tried the drink. After getting back in the car, I tried the drink, and sure enough it tasted very weak, and I was unsatisfied. Now that my daughter was safely at school I decided to stop back by to pick up a coffee for my wife and let them know I was unsatisfied with my drink from earlier. The barista responded to my dissatisfaction by telling me she makes whatever drink is on the sticker, when I mentioned that I thought it may have tasted diluted due to the amount left in the blender, I was told that Linda orders the same beverage as me.. so Linda, lmk if your 40oz frappe tasted diluted. Would have been cool to have my concerns addressed in a better way, especially because I was in the cafe when they pulled the shots, which didn't seem to be nearly enough to accommodate the order. This coffee shop is the most disgusting place I've bought coffee at in my life! I ordered a specialty hot white mocha. The girl preparing the coffee was a little slow. So, the cashier jumped in to help. Usually I instantly frown on folks taking money and preparing food. But, because we were in a hurry and the line was long, I convinced myself that this may be ok. So, the girl taking money prepared my drink. From the money I sipped the coffee to about 10 minutes later, I started to feel immensely ill. Abdominal pains, nausea and lymph nodes on both sides of my throat immediately responded. My first thoughts were she poisoned me. Then I thought, no, maybe she just had nasty hands. By midday, I was so ill with a bad sore throat and flu symptoms. I stayed sick for two weeks! They are nasty, don't wash their hands, and I believe this woman poisoned me. Just be careful with what you put in your body. THIS place has unclean workers and a $4.50 cup of coffee isn't worth the illness. Plus, whatever germ this woman was and is passing around is so strong, it makes Anthrax child's place. My advice, "steer away." Never in my life have I encountered an illness that effected me so instantly. I've never been so ill in my life. They much change their name to "POISON." SINCERELY SUBMITTING! Super dissatisfied I love Grinders steep but after going in there and watching how rude they were to an elderly woman for no reason I definitely won't be going back for awhile. Not only that the woman ended up leaving and the two employees sat there talking bad about her and other customers that annoyed them while I sat there waiting for my coffee. I was super uncomfortable and couldn't believe the lack of customer service this girl and guy had. The way they treated that woman was awful. read more

Good place, and surprisingly good coffee, and nice gal working there. Limited funky seating and now a $2 charge for internet takes off a star, but if you need that java this is your joint in town.
