The woman that worked there was OK not super friendly, but she was OK. I always like when I go into a place and I get greeted with a big smile, but that's OK. There's not much ambience in the place because you can't sit inside. It's just a small walk up with a big bakery part because they bake their own pastries. Their really nice thing is when you walk in it smells so good! I read one of the reviews on Yelp that said the sticky bun was out of this world so I got that and the chocolate chip cookie and a coffee. Sadly, I spilled the coffee right away, so I never got to try it. The chocolate chip cookie, and the sticky bun were both very dry. I went around 1 o'clock so maybe they had just been sitting out too long and if I had gotten it fresh. it would would've tasted better. I could tell that it was made well, but both were too dried out. I will definitely try again. I was very intrigued by the ham and cheese croissant. It looks so good so I'll get that next time as well, but I'm going to make sure to go early and to not drop my coffee as I walk out.

Seemed like I waited a LONG time in the lobby, at least long enough to hear about one of the customers upcoming travels, budgeting, family, etc. etc. There was I person working and when she finally came out and saw me waiting she was very apologetic for the long wait and lack of items to choose from. I was hoping to try their croissant which is different than your normal croissant, but they didn't have any available. Learned the pastries and breads are made at their other location and brought in which makes sense because the place is just slightly bigger than a shoebox, Ended up with a couple of ciabatta loaves, pecan bar and a lemon bar. The bread was the best, the bars weren't anything to write home about. We're planning to go back out in a couple of months and will give them another try earlier in the day.

I didn't listen to the reviews and missed out but the rest of their items were delicious. We ordered: A lemon pound cake - light flavor of lemon which is preferred in my family. A pink concha - fresh and I loved how much sugar topping it had! I always feel places don't put enough (it's my fav part) so this one is one of my favorites. Pecan coffee cake - my family could not get enough of this. Kalamata Olive bread - how could we not try their fresh bread! And trust, it did not disappoint. Mississippi pot roast sandwich - "spectacular! Gimmie 14 of 'em"....was a little skeptical about the pepperoncini part of it but it actually gives it such a good flavor and little heat that was just right. But a super cute, quaint, and well run one. The people working there are so nice, and the saltwater taffy is to DIE for. And the store itself is adorable.
