This place is a little gem in clearlake. My friends were craving coffee so we stopped here. This place has a drive through but also inside seating/ ordering. We chose to order/ sit inside. They have a few parking spaces available. The inside was super cute! A few different areas to sit, very comforting and relaxed vibe, with good tunes playing in the background. The service was excellent - kind and they brought out our drinks to us as well. We had such a good time here we came back the next day! They had some food options available but we only were in the mood for drinks at the time. I got a: Smoothie (mango + blueberry) with apple juice and yogurt, with whipped cream on top. The overwhelming flavor was the apple juice, but the smoothie was still refreshing and cheap. No complaints. This coffee shop also borders the lake so we sat for awhile inside, but then took our drinks out to overlook the water. It was so beautiful. read more

Five stars for the incredible staff! Don't worry, the coffee drinks we had were amazing as well. This little sit down and drive through place won me over when the barista offered me a multitude of options when they ran out of my first choice. Small but cozy and decorated with kitschy and cute decor, this coffee house/cafe offers coffee, tea, matcha, boba drinks, smoothies and fresh juices. They also have breakfast goodies and other items like muffins, burritos and frittatas. Everything is fresh and served quick. You can sit inside or there are also some outside benches overlooking the lake in the back. I was able to order a sugar-free blended mocha with sugar-free whipped cream. Ahem, REAL whipped cream. Yes it was fantastic and a great price as well. They have a huge variety of flavored syrups and options, protein bases and vegan milks and can create drinks on par with a certain windmill chain...ONLY better! Shoutout and thank you to the wonderful staff and especially to the sweetest barista ever, who helped me customize my drink to fit my dietary needs. When Paula and I headed into town for a five-day visit to Clear Lake, the first thing I saw was this lovely mural. A bit unsettled, my statement at the police station about a druggie who had been harassing me at four in the morning, and I unfortunately unleashed a problem . This morning (i love to dance), I needed some distraction, so it was time to go to Catfish Coffee. The interior is just as quirky as the outside, and the employees were lovely. They let me dance around and be a general goofball. I got the salted caramel latte and Paula, got an iced Vietnamese coffee I left the employees with a wonderful musical tip: Dwight Yoakam's cover of Princesses' "Purple Rain." My husband and I stopped by on a weekday mid-morning to give Catfish Coffee House a try! We were excited to try a local shop and were pleased with the overall experience. The parking lot is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking (though they also have a drive-thru window) and the building was easily accessed. There was a short line and the service was attentive, though a tad slow. The staff were friendly and accommodated our questions and custom order for breakfast and drinks. We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and drinks, along with the chill coffee shop vibe. There was local art work on the wall for sale, along with local message boards and items for purchase. I gotta give this place a low review for several reasons...a really bad stomachache and super long wait times. The breakfast sandwiches here seem like a Jimmy Dean's. Service here was also ridiculously slow. It took 30 minutes to get the order and there were hardly any customers. read more

Always wondered why I needed to go to Starbucks when we have such a wonderful local coffee house. They have everything They have and more

Plenty of parking. The door on the side is the entrance, it may not seem like it but it is. It's also a drive thru coffee shop. I need to come back for coffee next time. For being a deli coffee shop in Clearlake which is a small town, this place is surely a gem. It is an old place but the employees make it up for you. I ordered the Turkey sandwich with a side salad and my partner ordered the Turkey pesto sandwich. We both loved our sandwiches. My sandwich was perfectly toasted. It has green ancho chiles with a southwestern sauce. Yummmmm the salad looks like your normal salad but it was upped with arugula. I'm not a fan of arugula but it was so yummy with the sandwich. My partner ordered a mangoneada, a mango smoothie with chamoy and tajin and he said it was perfect!!! I asked the cashier if he could fill up my water bottle and he didn't even think about it twice. Little things go long ways. I appreciate those small things. I'll definitely be back. read more

Came here for some caffeine and breakfast and they have so many options! I got an iced hazelnut latte (usually I sub with oat milk but they didn't have oat, there were other milk alternatives however), mini breakfast panini, and pesto croissant. All were quite good! They also have lots of books so it's not a bad spot to chill and read over a coffee for a bit. Baristas were really nice when I asked about activities in the area. read more

Cute little coffee shop on the south end of Clearlake. They have long lines at their drive-through, but move cars through pretty quick. I'm not giving them five stars because their breakfast burritos are premade and not that great. read more

I absolutely love this place. They used to be in a different location and now they moved. Their new location is a bird watching haven. There are benches and seats outside by the lake. The inside is very eclectic and warm. The staff is very friendly and they have something on their coffee menu for everyone. Kudos to the owner for making the move. read more

My friend Leslie and I met at the catfish Coffee house each of us having driven a long way. We both love Chai. We ordered their chai spicy and extra hot and it was fantastic. I'm not from the area but wish this place was near me. Plenty of seating on the inside, a large variety of drinks, food and friendly service. I can't by for a quick afternoon coffee to go. Location is easy to access off a Main Street. Drive through is highly utilized though there is parking and space to eat indoors or two person tables outside (tables and chairs are chained to one another and the building to prevent you from moving them). Food is decent, not great. We got the Pesto chicken sandwich (3/5), Hawaiian (3/5), Southwest turkey (4/5) and Roast beef. Most were not terribly flavorful but they were consumed. The white chocolate raspberry malt was amazing. The brown sugar boba was decent, through clearly they do not specialize in bubble tea.
