We went there for breakfast. Food was ok, nothing special. We had to wipe our table. Waitstaff was friendly.

Friendly staff. Selection is limited. All orders are cooked to order. The Huevos Rancheros were a little different, but very good.

They stop serving breakfast at 11 and are overpriced anyways. Came into town looking for another option for breakfast food. They were crowded. I asked the server if I could sit at the counter. She said "you can but it'll be a while before I get to you just be warned." It took about five minutes, no big deal at all. I ordered steak and eggs, steak extra rare and eggs over medium. They fucking nailed it. Most places won't serve you a steak red in the middle unless you send it back. They did it perfectly. Same with the eggs. Most places you ask for over medium eggs and the yolks are either too cooked or the whites still have runny mucus. They did it perfectly. The portion was VERY generous for the price, too. Latte was great too. Server kept very sweetly apologizing for being slow even though they were completely reasonable especially for how backed up they were. I'm never eating breakfast at Harbin again lol. This is the sort of place that gives diners a good name. Very happy to have found it here.

The entire restaurant is unorganized and an unwelcoming place to visit. Not a great option for the price. Will not go back. UPDATE for Angela, To clarify: when we arrived, no one acknowledged or seated us, so we walked through the restaurant ourselves to find someone and ask where we should sit. By "nowhere to sit," I meant there was no direction or organization regarding seating. Our food was brought out on serving trays/boards, but we were not provided plates, utensils, or napkins for our family, including our children. We ended up eating with our hands because no one checked back with us aside from removing seasoning shakers from another table to place on ours. The experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming because we consistently felt overlooked throughout the visit despite being polite and patient the entire time. I understand small businesses rely on reviews, which is why I only described our experience honestly rather than exaggerating it. I have also sent you an email to shed more light on our experience during our visit.

It's the only place I know that has white sharp cheddar cheese, which I love on sandwiches, and I always get their Guini juice on the side. That said, I was a bit taken aback by the pricing on my most recent visit. I completely understand that prices go up, but my veggie sandwich was listed at $13.75 and I was charged $17.75. It turns out certain breads are an upcharge, but that wasn't communicated--I only realized after I had already paid. I also asked for pepperoncini and was charged $3, even though it's supposed to be $1.75. On top of that, it looks like I was charged for cucumbers, even though they're listed as part of the vegetarian sandwich, which feels a bit misleading. I've never had this issue before, so next time I'll definitely double-check pricing or order online since that's always been accurate for me. I still enjoy the food, just wish pricing and add-ons were more clearly communicated.

He did say the garlic fries could have more garlic and would have liked to have had parsley included without so much parm but still good. My friend got the pesto pizza and a pup patty for her doggo. She had planned on saving half but couldn't resist eating the whole thing because it was that good! Our server, Karie was knowledgeable about the menu and showed us all the GF options for beers and spirits with great patience and a friendly demeanor. Overall, with service, food, price, and environment we all agreed it was a knock outta the park! See ya next time guys!
