Worst chinese food of my life! I had liquid diarrhea shortly after eating from here. The pad Thai is ketchupy and gross. The cashew chicken did not taste like cashew chicken. Do not waste your time or money. Go to happy garden or Lakeport for better quality chinese food. read more

So I've been to this location a couple of times. Every time has been a great experience. It's at the point where if I'm passing through town, I'll call ahead and order a pickup. My favorite dishes are "house chow-fun, house chow-mien and the house fried rice." As you can see, I choose "house" items because I enjoy the different meats in the dishes. We went in with low expectations, but the service was very friendly, prices were reasonable, portions were big, and the food was fairly tasty. One of the better places to get a meal in Middletown. Standard Chinese food on their bill of fare, everything is served hot and quickly. Owner operators give great service with a smile. They always act like they're happy to see you and that they appreciate your business. Never had a bad experience there. If you dine in, the restaurant is a little dark, but seems pretty clean and service is efficient. Definitely recommend if you're looking for Chinese food for dinner in Middletown. read more

Pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place is! I'm from the Bay Area and was visiting middle town on vacation. My family stumbled on Su Garden. We got chow mein and wonton soup. The wontons are homemade, and really quite good. Next time we are in town I'll try other dishes. read more

omg this is hands down one of the best Chinese places we've ever eaten at! Serving sizes are *large* so be aware! The egg foo yung came with 3 very large patties and the gravy was excellent. All the vegetables in all dishes were well-cooked and crisp, not soggy. The potstickers were also very large and could've been a meal in themselves. Honey walnut prawns came with many large glazed walnuts are were so good. The breaded and fried tofu in the sweet-sour tofu was the best we've ever had anywhere. If you are in Middletown either to visit Harbin Hot Springs as we were, or just passing through, you *must* check out this local treasure! Will definitely be returning the next time we're down in Lake County! read more

Something has happened which is not in the plus category. In the past year, we have ordered take out....and it has been awful. Something is wrong with whatever they are using to cook it in...or the sauce..it is just not good. This is now the second chance take out meal....and the only thing that was edible was the sweet & sour pork...the steamed rice and the fried prawns. The Deluxe vegetables and Pork....had a bad taste....the vegetable chow mein had a bad taste. I can't pin point this flavor problem...but who ever is doing the cooking is not good. The sauces or dirty pans with burned sauce ....is all I can think.... I am just so unhappy to see this happen to a restaurant that I had such high hopes for.........I will not return. read more

We really enjoy the different variety of food that is here. Chow mein, kungpao, chicken appetizer, orange chicken to name a few. It's conveniently located soon after entering or leaving lake county. The staff is super sweet and treat us really well. They're always very friendly even when they're slammed. read more

The food is quite good! I'm happy we have Su Garden as an option in our small town. I also want to say that during this shelter-in/quarantine they are open for take-out! I picked up my food yesterday and they are doing an EXCELLENT job keeping our community safe by not letting people into the restaurant. They accepted my cc payment over the phone and had a table outside where I waited for my order to come out. They even had tissues so I didn't even have to touch the pen to sign (or bring your own pen) and they had hand sanitizer. I gave them a great tip. Even though it's take out please tip them generously! read more
