Visited March 17 2026..see my receipt. After having lunch 2 doors down at Roccos we decided to get a take out order because it's getting too warm to cook! I ordered the lunch special which was Mongolian beef (spicy) that came with noodles. Nothing special. I think it had too much sauce packed in a small container. I tasted the beef and liked they made it spicy! The meat itself was alittle too chewey for me. Note this is Take Out ONLY! They have indoor seating but allegedly stopped serving inside after Covid hit. I think this is the only Chinese food in this town according to my girlfriend. Wallet friendly. No frills food. They forgot my chili oil but that's OK. I probably won't be back unless visiting in this area and craving Chinese food. The lady that took my order was nice so thats a plus! read more

If you're looking for good Chinese food, the Dragon Island is the place. All the items in the Dinner B menu were outstanding. Quality food at great prices. I highly recommend Dragon Island in Colusa. read more

Excellent! Had the chicken with garlic sauce and it was a rainbow of veggies on my plate. Not full of bamboo shoots and celery like most places but squash, onions, bell peppers in a somewhat sweet sauce that was not spicy at all but had lots of flavor. This is a great place to eat! Just beware it's a family owned/operated business. Hours may vary. Their yelp page said they where open till 20:30 hours and we got there at 19:55 hrs. This is a great place to eat if you're craving Chinese food & are in Colusa. They have a lunch special from 11:00-3:00 for only $8.99 and the portions are huge. Their Hunan Beef and fried rice are really good and they are my usual go to. They have 26 specials to choose from for their lunch specials, and have an even bigger menu for dinner. This place has been in our community for years... let me tell you this I drive 12 miles from my home town of Colusa to Williams if I want Chinese food. The place in Colusa looks dirty... Not to mention smells like a dirty aquarium cause the have one in there that I don't think has been cleaned since 1992... now to the food.. the food is just not good at all I find better Chinese food at the mall... Okay. So here's the deal - delicious, never disappointing Chinese food. Highlights are the pork fried rice, lemon chicken and vegetable delight. There is ONE complaint only - this is a Mom and Pop establishment to the core and they are like NEVERRRRRRR open during posted business hours. Ok, maybe not "never" but definitely enough to notice. This is the best Chinese restaurant to come to within this area for sure. It was my first time coming here a few days ago. I actually showed up as they were closing and they were still very kind. Im very picky about chinese food and this is the only place ive liked. My family and i love there food and my daughters are always asking for it but they give you so much food we cant eat it more than a 2 or 3 times a month. We'll have left overs for like 3 days and be sick of chinese food by the time its gone. Love the cheese wontons and the soup.
