After 4 afternoon visits I had to post, I've come in the afternoons and ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and all 4 times I've gotten it without or with very little pumpkin Cream, it's very frustrating that the afternoon crew can't make the beverages the same way the morning crew. Worst customer service. Door is locked and it's 8:25pm. Store hours say open until 9pm. Liars. Don't waste your time coming here. Ukiah has way better customer service and better hours. Oh and by the way, they had just serviced another customer then locked the door in my face and used hand gestures that they were now closed. I'm rating the poor customer service of staff members and not just that they closed early. She could have spoke to me while the door was still slightly open and could have apologized for closing the door on me informing me of their "new hours". Usually we stop on our frequent trips across northern CA and find the Starbucks here ok but today it was worse than a typical gas station, with dirty restrooms, no toilet paper, napkins and toilet seat covers on the floor. I went out to talk to staff but they were busy. I went to get a napkin and the napkin dispensers were empty. There wAs only one trash receptacle, inside main door, and it was overflowing. No outdoor trash can to put wrappers from the last Starbucks in. This was one of the worst possible examples of a place to buy food. read more

The employee who took our order (just a regular coffee) went on break and the other employees did not want to help when we asked why it was taking so long for the one coffee. Based on my travels, I stop here 3 times a week and order inside via my mobile app. I am also a frequent Starbucks visitor to other Starbucks, so I know the stores well. This store is my favorite, by far, and my service has always been excellent and consistent--and fast. I'm always greeted with smiles and always welcomed by name. How this store got some poor reviews is beyond me. Take it from a consistent Starbucks' customer, this store is well run and the employees are friendly and enjoying themselves. We have been going to this Starbucks for years on our way to and from Anderson Valley. Service and quality has been going consistently downhill since they remodeled the place a few months ago. You cannot get a decaf after 7:30 am without waiting ten minutes for a pour over. The quality of their baked goods has gone down, and they are often out of items. We have had to consistently remind staff that we are waiting for items we ordered. The bathrooms are routinely out of toilet paper. Staff are often rude or unprofessional. Often they do not ask for a name on the order, so it is a guessing game on what items on the counter are yours. There seems to be a high turnover rate with staff, which may be partially the reason for these issues-ugh!! Need a new system!!! read more

I frequently stop here when I'm in town, because the drive from Marin to Willits is long! Cloverdale is the perfect in-between spot to stop, move around a bit, use the restroom, and get something caffeinated. The layout is typical for a Starbucks, and this place is surprisingly crowded considering how tiny Cloverdale itself is- it seems to be frequented mostly by travelers, not by locals. The line for the drive-through in particular can be extremely long (as in, you might be waiting 15 minutes for an espresso drink), so I would recommend going inside- you'll be in and out faster that way! read more

We pulled off to grab gas on our trip back home to the bay. Never been through this town before, did not even know it existed. When we exited for gas, I thought to myself "I wish I had a starbucks" Looking around I then thought "You are S$%^ out of luck" Once I reached the light what do I see but the green and white sign and my dreams came true. We went inside and were greeted with friendly and welcoming service. They even filled our old Starbucks paper coffee cup (not supposed to) and applied the discount for when your bring your own cup. We were very appreciative because we were on a road trip and felt bad wasting non-recyclable cups after two hours of our last starbucks visit. The worse cup of coffee I've ever had. I ordered a grande half caf, low fat latte. The coffee tasted burnt (not their fault) but it tasted like it was brewed not espresso and there was no milk foam at all. I wouldn't go back and I can't recommend them at all. read more

I have been going for years, normal a really solid place. Lately they have been selling the berry Hibiscus with out the berries. It's basically a 5 dollar Capri Sun. I was one day and has been a regular thing. So I am done with going in. I will try them out again next year and see if they have there act together. read more

I ordered a toasted white Mocha, as i was drinking it a yellow, small mucus BOOGER like clump came up through my straw, I spit it out and examined it, definitely looked like a booger. Next, i took off the lid and there was purple coloring on the inside of the lid. i ordered a TOASTED WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA, there shouldn't be any purple color in my cup. Next I went to snapchat and posted where people commented they have had similar experiences. Never going here again. Wish I would have taken photo proof but I was so disgusted and in shock I forgot. read more

We stopped in for a coffee on our trip down to Oakland and i ordered a grande ice coffee in a venti cup with extra ice and extra heavy cream. I asked her to repeat my order and she read to me a venti iced coffee extra ice extra cream. I said no, and repeated my primal order and she says "yes okay" It was made as a venti ice coffee. The sticker said venti iced coffee. She didn't change my order or ask for help if she didn't know how to instead she submitted it and let it be madde wrong. They remade it after i told her whaat i wanted again. I've worked at Starbucks, it's common for people to order drinks in a larger cup than they want when they are requesting extra ice. It's not a difficult order. Kyndl was the baristas name. My advice to her is that she take orders and really take pride in getting them correct even if she has to ask for help. The guy before me ordered a iced coffee with heavy cream. When the barista gave it to him he said "it's suppose to be hot" You can't make a iced coffee hot. Kyndl is taking orders and submitting them however she wants without making sure the customer is aware that you can't make iced coffee hot or putting my order in. It's not a hard job. Takes common sense and effort. There was no effort to do her best in these situations. Very frustrating as a customer! read more

Nice stop along the coastal highway, in a cute little town. I drove up to the gas station next-door, started filling up my tank, and strolled on over to the Starbucks from an Orange Refresher (or as I like to call it: "Fancy Tang"). I didn't feel rushed, it was a very relaxing stop along the road, and you can sit outside if you need a longer break! Definitely one of the best places to stop for gas and a cup of coffee if you're driving by. read more

Ok stop thru drive thru ordered my typical venti light iced dirty chai latte with soy and Carmel sauce. Got the drink looked at the bottom and there was like curdled it look like milk. So I took it inside asked them what it was. they said it was the soy and its always like that. I told them no. If they could please remake. Now when I got it back the shots taste burnt hardly any Carmel sauce and packed with ice. Not lightly iced at all. So in the end I did not have them remake it again. We go to Starbucks to have a good experience and we know that the coffee is going to be great. But when you have snotty teenagers working and can't even make it to begin with maybe it's time for some more training or just a new profession. I love my coffee everyday maybe twice a day. Stopped by here on the way to Eureka and tried the new PSL! I can definitely taste the change in the recipe - not sure if they added a lot of the spice flavor to my drink but it sure is strong. When drinking the whipped cream from the top mixed with the flavor of the drink, it mostly tasted like a strong spice flavor than a pumpkin flavor but I guess I'll have to try it again at another location to be sure. read more

When you're camping nearby and really need a Starbucks fix, this place is it! The staff is very pleasant and make a great cup of Joe.

I was glad to find this easy off the road while driving along 101. The service was very slow; I stood there several minutes before even being acknowledged. They made a mistake on the order as well. Granted it was giving a larger size than I ordered, but it still made me wonder how attentive they word. Not as good as your typical Starbucks. Hopefully it was a bad day, but still I gave just two stars. read more
