This Starbucks is unlike many of the other bougie locations. People here tend to be down to earth and exceptionally nonchalant. Ive been here a number of times and have gotten familiar with management and the baristas. The manager always seems to be enthusiastic and vibrant and gives this place a pleasant personality. For Halloween some of the baristas dressed up in costumes!This is a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of work. Just grab a drink meet up with a friend and enjoy the rest of your day! They offer complimentary wireless phone charging stations for both iPhones (5 and up) and Androids so don't worry about bringing your charger. This location also has a large joint parking lot. Go to this drive-thru all the time. Pretty good! Went inside to pee once and there was no toilet paper though, which I see someone else mentioned as well. Drive thru is pretty quick even with the long lines it can get sometimes. Never had an order wrong. Drive thru is a pain in the ass to drive through though, loops around really weird. read more

My absolute favorite starbucks!!! Every so often i splurge on a hot chocolate and a danish from starbucks, and this place puts a smile on my face every time. The staff is so friendly and they have yet to run out of my favorite cheese danishes. AND THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU!! The only bummer is that the drive up window can be a drag, but even that seems worth it sometimes because the baristas are so funny. Keep it up guys, keep brewin what you brew! read more

Worst starbucks i ever had service!! Specially some staffs are not friendly and They DO NOT LIKE refill for gold members!! What i am seeing is. Please don't put sugar without asking. Too damn sweet! Got a grande latte with whole milk, they put sugar in it. Didn't drink until I was a couple of miles away. I can't have too much sugar per day. This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks, and I've been to many, good and bad! The location here is great, 10 min from home and has it's shared parking lot in a nice plaza with my bank amongst other stores. It also has a drive thru which is convenient for those time consuming nights. But what my boyfriend and i have found is best to do is order through our app and go in to pick up our drinks because of Randy. He is the epitome of what an employee excelling in customer service should be. He reflects such a positive energy and is the most genuinely kind person you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. He will help you out if you're stuck on what drink to get, he gives great suggestions! And his kindness, again is one of a kind. He is what brings us here now every single time. I'd like to give this place a 3.5 stars to be fair because the people are amazing and very friendly. They make the orders efficiently. The only complaint I have of this place involves the management, not the workers. It's FREEZING in here! We all have our jackets on because it's 55 degrees Farenheit outside and the air conditioning is on! This is not the first time that we have all been freezing inside of a Starbucks. It would make the environment more comfortable and also decrease environmental effects of air conditioning to make the environment a little more comfortable. Thank you! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Went to the drive thru and this lady name Rosie was so freaking rude!! Worst attitude and this is not the first that has happened!! It's a beautiful day out and all I wanted was my refresher and a bagel. My order took about 15 minutes and when I received my pink drink, it was not even full to the top. My bagel was not given to me until I asked about it, and when I asked they said "I think the cashier forgot to tell you that we don't have that kind of bagel" ....20 minutes into my starbucks "run." They have a drive thru, which is a perk. However, all good about this starbucks stops there. Ive been to many Starbucks in the middle of rush time, near school locations, right when kids are off off school and crowding, in the mornings when people are coming in for work, but ive NEVER seen as slow service as i have at this starbucks. I was the only one in the drive thru, and there werent many people inside, as it was near 9pm. The reason it took so long for the order to be completed is beyond me. this isnt an isolated experience; there have been several times where I have visited this location, and every single time, it takes somewhere between 7-10 minutes for the order to be completed. The most recent time i visited, the frappuccinos we ordered were completely melted, with only milk remaining. The mocha frapp tasted like slightly warm milk with ovaltine. On top of that, we asked for no whip on several orders, and many of them had whip on them, which the barista scraped off and put chocolate syrup over to cover it. Their service is INCREDIBLY slow and they often get orders wrong. read more

If you enjoy slow walk in service, being asked 3 times what your drink is, being charged for someone else's drink on your tab, then I highly recommend this Starbucks. Because this location has a very busy drive thru, they tend to focus more heavily on the drive thru orders.
