This is the Starbucks across the street from Buffalo Airport. It was easy to walk to after walking off the airport property. It has all the same menu items as any other location in America, but it had a better sense of hospitality! I felt truly welcomed at this location. I left the airport on a cold March afternoon. Waited more than 30 minutes for my order. Very slow service and a disappointing experience. This is the worst Starbucks I have visited. If you have any scheduled plans, avoid this location as the long wait times may disrupt them. I hope Starbucks improves its efficiency and customer service. read more

Came on a sleepy Monday late afternoon since I was way early for my flight out. Speedway is down the street so easy to refill the rental and chill out for a few. No other in-store customers sitting around. Only found an outlet in the corner by a table. Drive thru seemed more busy. Service was excellent and with a smile. read more

Very efficient drive-thru with polite staff, keeping the line moving smoothly. Our breakfast sandwiches were perfectly warmed and delicious and my son was thrilled with anything with the words "mocha" and "whip" in the name. While I don't prefer Starbucks coffee (next time I'll order iced tea), only praise for this well-run store. read more

It's a shame when I have to give a less than stellar review of a place because I usually use this platform to encourage people to get out to socialize and enjoy making every day a little special. Today I went through the drive-through like many other days and ordered the same thing I typically get. I've ordered many times at this location, but today, my simple and typical order was a giant NO. After several "we don't do that" And "No that's never been a thing", along with the worst under-the-bus throwing "whoever did that for you shouldn't have" (mind you, for YEARS this is our order) I didn't feel good about ordering anything anymore, and excused myself. The staff member really must have been having a bad day bc she seemed pretty happy to say goodbye. If I was being nasty or even punky, ok fine, but I was just being nice as always. I don't do nasty & I typically don't ever even complain. And my special request was to place my two $9 each drinks in a size larger cup bc the cold foam takes up over 1/3 of the cup then there's even less drink. They are always fine to change the cup (not more drink) and it was an employee that actually taught me to order it this way years ago. I was taking these to share with my Mom and I was so excited to bring them to her bc she really needed a pick-me-up that day. I ended up going to a different location who was happy to up-the-cup size for my two drinks. I spent almost $20 on two drinks and while that's a ridiculous price, I'm willing to do once in a while as long as we have the bigger cup so the toppings fit without losing any coffee in the process. Everyone at Starbucks is usually so nice. I hope this person just had a bad day bc they didn't seem at all bothered to share their bad vibe. No thanks. This Starbucks is the closest one to the airport. It has a frustrating setup, especially the drive thru and the parking lot. There is a lot of parking but you can only follow the signs for the enter and exit. Plus the enter is also the exit of the drive thru so it's annoying to navigate. Drinks have been consistent every time I've been here. My biggest complaint is how freakin cold they keep it in this store. I swear they keep the temperature at 60 degrees. I always have goosebumps and today I wanted to sit and enjoy my coffee but had to leave after 5 minutes because I was freezing! read more

Most days the drive thru line goes quickly. There are some days though where you are inching along and it is a miserable wait. I ordered food on this particular order. I tried the impossible breakfast sandwich and a grade blonde roast. The breakfast sandwich was good for being use warmed up. I dont like sausage, but impossible sausage is delicious. read more

I was seated at the tables next to Starbucks Galleria and at the table used by Starbucks employees the manager or owner was sitting with an employee, talking and using a laptop computer and trying to hide his E-cigarette that he was smoking in the mall. I have a picture of him smoking it. Is this allowed in the middle of the mall if you own or manage a business ? Is this healthy for children sitting in the area? Talk about thinking he's entitled. Kind staff and decent wifi. No other coffeeshops that are easily accessible near the Buffalo Airport at the moment. They were giving away free samples of their new blond espresso-based drinks today. As far as I go, I wish Starbucks perfected the art of a Cortado. I tried to get them to make me an espresso shot with equal parts milk, but it was an abomination to the Cortado/Gibraltar which is unfortunate. Can't fault them for what they are not trained to do though. I parked and worked here for a while and the wifi never gave me any trouble, so for the $2.XX, I spent on coffee; I cannot complain for the Starbucks office in those times when it's the only coffeeshop around! read more

The website says that they open at 5:30am. Ordered from my mobile app at 5:38, saying the order would be ready at 5:44. They finally opened the door at 6:03am. Went in and got my drink-no usual good morning or any acknowledgment of my being there. And definitely no apology for being late or making me wait outside. I dunno. I love Starbucks. It don't matter where it is located, or how good of a mood the cashier is in, I just smile, thank the barista and move on my way. If the cashier is not having a good day, don't let it ruin yours. Maybe your smile to them and a small compliment will turn their frown upside down. Be a positive light in this dark world. Call it Kharma, pay it forward, or whatever, just be glad you are drinking Starbucks coffee, Tazo tea or one of the many delicious items the have on the menu. Basic S'bucks on Genesee St near the Buffalo-Niagara Int'l Airport. Upon landing, I wanted a Protein Box but learned these are available only in Fresh Market designated stores. I learned that there are none in the Buffalo area. Dark or bold roast coffee was good, as always. The Chipotle Chicken sandwich was flavorful enough, but there's something about the texture of microwaved sandwiches that doesn't do it for me. read more

Well I happen to be a big fan of Starbucks, however not this store. Normally I use the app to order and pay, but today I had forgotten my phone and only had a 100 dollar bill that I keep in the car for emergencies so no worries, cash is king right, wrong. I went in ordered my usual drink that happens to cost 4.60 or thereabouts and when I said sorry I only have a 100 dollar bill, the cashier looked to her manager/supervisor who told her she couldn't change it. Really, there was plenty of customers and staff, yet they couldn't be bothered to find the change. Needless to say I left without a coffee or the feeling that they cared. Shame on Starbucks and the attitude they they seem to be adopting when dealing with customer service. read more

Staff is Always friendly but today and it seems lately I sit in the drive thru line for a minimum of ten minutes. Sometimes it's the people who don't know what they want but there needs to be a resolution for the busy mornings when everyone needs to get to work. I've been late twice due to being stuck between cars in this drive thru due to longer than expected wait times. If a customer has a food order that isn't ready they should pull to a parking spot and staff should bring it out so others can grab their drinks and go. read more

Terrible service, cashier is brain dead and I think she has short term memory loss. Ordered 1 frap and chumly forgot to make it and we had to get our money back, not only that there was a cook that did her job for 1 hour and decided to quit it and go eat a banana so ya don't go to this Starbucks, I would recommend driving 5 miles to the other one maybe there's not a chumly over there. read more
