The best Starbucks with the best staff!!! They greet me by name, are always friendly and fast (on occasion I've had my drink handed to me before I've even finished paying!) I've been going here for years and, because it's the best, even after I moved out of the area, I will still drive the 20 minutes to come here instead going to a closer location. There is a decent amount of indoor seating and the outdoor seating is a huge bonus. Personally I find the few reviews complaining about the parking ridiculous because, while their private lot has about 15 parking spots, they are located in the middle of a shopping center so there are about 500 more spots available if you're willing to walk about 30 more feet. read more

First off nice staff here. Always have enjoyed how friendly they are. You will feel welcomed. This one isn't crazy busy as some. Therefore you might be able to relax. Okay at least to a degree. The food items are overrated and overpriced. Most of their coffees are a bitter smoke flavor I'm not fond of. A lot of people like them, and I do like the Christmas blend. That one is delicious. This is a small Starbucks location with an even tinier parking lot. It wasn't busy on a Thursday morning when I stopped in after getting an oil change. There is limited seating,all of which was occupied with people on laptops. The baristas were both very nice and provided quick service. I rarely get anything other than black coffee so I can't comment much on quality here,but they did have the Turkey bacon/egg white breakfast sandwich which I can't always find so that was a nice plus of this visit! read more

This is the only Starbucks location I go to, and to be completely honest it is the best one! Every staff member shows an incredible amount of respect and they are ALL so kind and gentle with the customers. My coffee is always perfect, the conversations are delightful, and the vibe of the store is amazing. Plenty of seating, the bathrooms are always clean, and same with the lobby. I think ALL of the workers at this Starbucks deserve raises and recognition for the hard work they do, and the consistency of their product that they provide. When you asked a cheerleader if she wants anything before competition and you end up with 4 orders. Today I experience a super fast service with quality taste as well. I always order my morning drink from this Starbucks because it's on my way to work. Most of the time I order through the app, and it's ready to go when I get there...or they are just about finished making it. The staff always greets me when I pick it up, if they are near. They always get the order correct. If I order there, it takes a little longer but it's still always the correct order. The atmosphere is nice, and there are plenty of seats. read more

It's a lot more open, with lighter colored furniture, a long community table, and a nice, peaceful vibe. I dig it! The staff is as friendly as ever, they seem to recognize a bunch of regulars and sometimes pass out free samples to those of us parking it with our laptops. This is certainly one of the nicer and cleaner Starbucks I have been to recently. I came in simply to order a doppio espresso. Other patrons were enjoying this sunny and cooler day inside. This is a great and relatively quiet place to study or get work done. The floor was spotless and so was the restroom. The barista Elliott was very polite as he greeted me when I came in. He took my order and it was ready in a flash. He was quick to supply me with half and half when I asked for it and he even told me to have a nice day. read more

Met with a sub contractor in the area here to review the details of some work, they suggested since I think it was near their other job site. The store is small and has a few tables and chairs. I ordered a hot green tea, was serviced quickly and the person behind the counter was very nice and helpful We stayed for a bit to review the contract and details of how to proceed Over all fairly clean, and understanding they don't want big comfortable chairs as it keeps people hanging out, but the stools and chair weren't very comfortable As a standard they are in line with other locations, parking lot right and employees helpful and tea is the same If you need your Starbucks fix, certainly worth going read more

I'm not a Starbucks fanatic but I can tell you that this location is decent and lives up to what you'd expect out of Starbucks. It's smaller than most Starbuck's and designed to be more of a express store. It does feel a bit cramped. They are generally pretty fast but maybe they could be faster. There's some seating inside and outside but this wouldn't be my location of choice if I'm going to be productive. For hanging out, it's not bad. Free Wifi. Also, around the same complex you will find other places to eat like Cava, Chipotle, & Subway. Came in and got some teavana; barista had to remake my drink because apparently they are using cane sugar instead of regular sugar now. No problems about remaking my drink, great customer service. One thing I admire about Starbucks is they will always make it right. Ask for them to make teavana drinks the regular way if you don't like cane sugar; it has a bit of a weird taste. Be aware that the parking here is limited and messy but they do still have their own designated Starbucks lot, so it's never really a issue. read more

Ok visit here. Walked right in and was able to order right away which was a plus. Gave the barista at the register my drink order and my name and proceeded to the other end of the bar to retrieve my beverage. Please note he asked me my name as I paid for my drink, however upon standing at the other end for a few minutes, I see a drink grace the counter that looks like mine, however my name was never called and my drink was not even called out. I eventually lock eyes with the barista making the drinks to eye ask, is this one mine? She responds, I hope so, its the only drink and there is no name on it. Oh okay......... the major drawback is the 12 space parking lot with compact car size spaces so unfortunately I had to take up a space and a half just to go inside. Small, friendly, and detached store with an urban feel in the midst of the sterile suburban desert outside DC. Gets very busy in the mornings as the pre-dawn crowds begin their hour-and-a-half commute into DC, and then another rush during the mass-transit crowds, as the store is on the way to the VRE. Still, the employees are fast and efficient. I'd give it three stars but they are puppy friendly on the outside seating so that automatically upgrades them. read more

The employees here are usually very nice. They get the drinks right, and they make them quickly. What more could you ask for?! The seating is great! (YAY!) -Although it's often dirty, but a napkin cleans that up easily.- There are comfy arm-chairs, tables and chairs, and tables against the windows. Lots of places to sit, whether you want to stay for a while or just really quick. The parking lot is not ideal - one way in/out, with not an easy way to turn around. The seating is somewhat limited, and the immediate parking is limited and slightly awkward. There is ample parking in the shopping center but not as convenient as the Starbucks parking area. I've lived in VA for 2 years so I remembered to ask for HOT tea when I ordered tea, so that I don't get an iced tea. I forgot how difficult it is to get a decent cup of coffee in VA and I guess I got used to all SBUXs being alike in CA so I assumed my latte would be OKayish at least. It wasn't. There was no foam and the milk was steaming hot. How difficult is it for a national coffee shop chain to train their employees on making coffee? I love coming to this Starbucks because it's close to me. So I ordered a simple "Strawberry Açaí" and waited for my order. Great drink by the way When getting my drink, the guy who had made it said, " be careful of the lid it's weird." Clearly you can see that it's weird and didn't fit right. Here's where it got the WTF moment. Yes, it's just a lid and who would get mad? Because I know that the lid that I had was not the only one I proceeded to ask, "can't I just get another one?" Then the guy changes it but only to throw the old lid with an attitude. -.- Um no. If you clearly know that just simply using a different lid is better then why didn't you? Then a couple days before I had went in, a barista with pink hair had given an attitude and makes it seem that her time was more valuable. Rolling her eyes and giving snappy short answers. I've been going to this Starbucks since it's opened, and I've seen my fair share of baristas in it's time. That being said, the group they have working now is both attentive and polite, something that's rare these days. Every morning I come in I have at least one person great me by name and remind me to pick up a yogurt for breakfast to eat at work (I'm a creature of habit). I was just here and the girl who was working the front desk I thought was helping another customer. So I waited for a few mins then she looked up and finally said I will be with you in a minute. After a few more moments I realized she was talking with her friend and making me wait for their conversation to be over. At that point I decided to leave since she felt that I was not an important customer. I wouldn't normally be annoyed with this but today I am working a double and extremely tired so on my only break today I decided to go get some coffee to help through the last part of my day. I've been coming to this Starbucks for long time and feel a bit attached. The cashiers and baristas have changed but this place still feels like home. If they mess up your drink, they will remake it. They treat their regulars well. There are a few young guys in there who are super nice, laid back and always joking around. They are always being goofy and lightening the mood. Really kind group of employees at this location. Always looking out for their customers and they really care about them. My husband went to pick me up an iced coffee after having oral surgery, he returned with a cup decked out in hearts, get well wishes and the Starbucks lady wearing a crown of hearts and a peace sign necklace. It was very sweet and thoughtful. It may not sound like a lot, but it made my day. They are always a cheerful bunch whenever we go in to get our drinks. Clean store, great environment and great drinks. There are a couple other Starbucks closer to us, but we go out of our way to this location to see the employees and receive their very well made drinks. read more

Got an iced coffee with 75% ice and 25% already watered down coffee. They remade my coffee, but didn't seem to think there was actually a problem. I also ordered a Lemon coffee cake, which was so stale I could not believe they tried to serve it to me. When I complained they gave me a different one, which was great! Quite possibly the absolute WORST Starbucks anyone could go to. It is never busy here, and I can see why. I was literally the second person in a 3 person line and it took 19 minutes to get my drink. All the baristas were too busy cleaning at 5 pm on a Friday night. Secondly, my simple drink was so watery, it tasted awful. Okay, so I've been going to this starbucks for years. It's nice and the baristas usually make the drinks perfectly; there's a starbucks nearby near the giant and they constantly make my drink taste weird. Every barista I have come across are really nice and chill, however, there is a Vietnamese girl who I have bad encounters with constantly, to the point where I want to give an actual complaint. (I don't remember her name, but she's the only Vietnamese girl I have seen working at the Starbucks.) I come to this Starbucks often because I like doing my homework here and have a nice drink with it. I am a gold star member and I can get free refills. However, each time I tried to get a refill with that girl, it's always a hassle. Okay, so I get that the drinks with lemonade, for some reason, can't get refills (which in my opinion is stupid), so I've been getting a Very Berry Hib. and I get refills on that no problem with other Starbucks baristas. This girl however constantly has an unwelcoming attitude and I catch her giving me glares occasionally. I usually try to be nice about the situation, especially when refills come around, but today, I didn't want to hear it. I didn't understand why every barista I came across gave me a refill, no problem, but with this Vietnamese girl, everything is "no no no". I finally was like "I don't understand why. Every barista, other than you, gives me a refill no problem." And they all have been working before this girl, so I'll trust that they know a lot more than her (a couple of them have been working here for at least over two-three years). She told me that whatever types of drinks can't get a refill but I wonder why EVERY SINGLE barista I came across never said ANYTHING of not being able to get a refill of my Very Berry drink. I understand that the girl is trying to follow directions but I don't understand why it's a constant no for her and I mainly don't appreciate her constant attitude. It's honestly to the point where I'd rather go to the Starbucks near the Giant. In conclusion, This starbucks is great... just that girl isn't. read more
