Chestnut Praline frappucino made in my Starbucks tumbler cup. Looked so good I didn't put the lid on b/c I didn't wanna ruin it.

A lot has changed since my last review ~10 years ago. I do still come to this Starbucks a lot in the summer and fall. The service is friendly but on the slower side. The cost for everything is crazy now so I don't go as much as I used to. The food has become noticeably worse over time. The bathrooms need to be redone for sure. On the positive side, plenty of seating. I'll be back but only once in a while now.

Typical Starbucks. I had no issues here. Put in my mobile order and it was ready in a timely manner. My drink was delicious and I had no complaints.

Serves the standard drinks in a larger than usual space. They don't have the new espresso machines yet. I guess they replaced all the furniture. Seats are all padded and tables are a light oak. Little things light hooks to hang your stuff are hidden delights.

Maggie is amazing there she always makes my mornings better wonderful customer service

Remains of a plasgic-wrapped, factory product designed to imitate the visual qualities of a scone with none of the flavor or texture.

AMAZING staff. Amazing coffee but that is a given. I had such a horrible experience at the starbucks that is run by Barnes & Nobles, and was given a pumpkin cream latte that cannot even be called one. So I was obviously very frustrated when I had to throw that away and come buy a new one at this location. I let them know about my experience, and they were so understanding and accommodating and made sure that they made the BEST pumpkin cream cold brew for me and just the energy and vibe they give was so refreshing and warming. Looooove the staff at this location and recommend that you make this your starbucks go-to spot. I'd give ten stars if I could.

The cup with the ice. Lol. I'm still baffled by it. lol

This by far is one of my favorite Starbucks. They've switched the tables and chair around quite a bit to find the best possible way to reduce the long lines and people waiting to get a seat perhaps. Mostly the staff here are cool. They seem genuinely nice and almost always with a smile. I usually come here later on the day because this place is open until 10:30pm daily which totally rocks when you don't like cars and clubs but just want to sit and have a little chat with friends. The only recommendation is perhaps the bathroom needs to be cleaned up a little more frequently. Today, I'm a little ticked with the cashier Marcus. I ordered a Chinatown green tea like I usually do. Normally the cashier hair put the yea bag in full it with water and hang it over to you like every other Starbucks I've ever been and there has been quite a few. Instead he range up and told me to go wait at the end. Also I asked for a cup of ice. I walk to the end where the baristas were where he placed the cup of the on the counter to retrieve my drink. No ice. He is now already back at the cashier. I asked him about the ice. He said once again I need to be at the other end and when the barista gets to it, I'll get it there. It's a cup of ice!! Why would anyone in their right mind would have the barista just put some ice in the cup when here already busy as is and there was only 1 barista but 2 cashiers?!?! And on top of that why would you want your customers to wait for a cup of ice when it takes two seconds to put the ice in the cup and handover to them with their tea. Unbelievable. But I guess it is because it just happened. I'd give this mace a 4 star if it wasn't for this and the cleanliness of the bathroom. One positive thing they.. I do see improvements here and generally other stuff members are pretty cool and fun to see later in the evening.

Wow what an experience I had this morning here. ya Ordered via app my order at 5:41am as the store opens at 5:30. App indicates they were open and it would take them 4-8 minutes for my order. I arrived tat this store in 6 minutes, the store was closed. I knocked on the door as I saw 2 associates and the female that was working was trying to shoo me away. I called and called no one was answering. It's one this for them no be running late but to have your registers on to allow people to still order ahead is another. I then decided it wasn't ok to yet again to treat your customers with disrespect so I pounded on the window until someone came to the door. All this time wasted an additional 6-7 minutes before I was assisted and they refund my order to my card. The baristas this morning could have easily handled the situation differently, even if you were 20+ minutes late opening the store.

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. Also, I am not eating flour until March but my wife said the ham and cheese croissant was incredible: generous portion of ham and cheese, baked to perfection, and not too bread(y). Our party of 9 chose this cafe as a convenient midpoint location and had a terrible experience recently, which is why I'm updating my prior review. When about 2/3 of the group had arrived, we asked if we could be seated. The woman we asked said yes and started putting two tables together. While another woman was bringing chairs over, an angry male server who was not involved at all, suddenly began having an aggressive outburst that made very little sense to us. Even if we didn't fully understand what he was saying, the nonverbal communication was clear enough. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, so we left immediately. I don't know what their internal rules are about seating, but offending customers should not be one of them. Thankfully we were able to salvage the evening elsewhere, but service here could be a challenge, especially for larger groups. I'm fortunate that the cafes in my own neighborhood are always kind and welcoming, which makes them a joy to support. I'd hope Vittoria could do better in the future, but personally, we are unlikely to try them again.
