    I am so sorry but this is still the worst SB EVER!! So they stick a new person to take orders, she can't even use the register correctly. She must ask and then wait for the other workers to come to her aide. Took 15 minutes for a Christmas blend coffee also she had to restart orders over and over as she did not know how to enter customized drink orders. There were about 15 people waiting and then they started leaving as it was taking to long. Finally after about 30 minutes the manager comes out from the back to help.

    I just went to this location on a Saturday. The drive through looked like it was moving a little slow so I went in and there was no wait at the register. Placed my order with the nice cashier. Waited about 5 minutes and they made my drink perfectly. I am not sure if they are any faster during the week but if you have time to wait for a perfect Starbucks drinks stop here!

    Probably the most unorganized Starbucks I've ever been to. Even the inside layout is dumb. I usually just get a dark roast coffee, had to wait for them to make some because at 10am they didn't have any made. The register girl was really slow at understanding everyone, but her eyebrows were on point. The biggest issue: no freaking sugar, like regular sugar. Not sweetener. The other girl that I asked about the sugar didn't realize there was a difference between sugar and sweetener, idiot. Also, the bathrooms blocked by boxes. See pic.

    WAS my favorite Starbucks, had not been there for quite sometime & was extremely disappointed. - where is a manager or supervisor? The outside sitting area was in disarray & tables were dirty. There was part of a homemade sandwich in a plastic bag on one of the tables, that looked like it had been there longer than today. Watched staff leaving shift, so glad they like to park in prime customer parking next to the entrance. First our sandwiches "got stolen", then half the order was correct. No point try for a third try, done with drink & my friend was done with her sandwich. Staff is definitely working without supervision or direction. Something is going wrong at this Starbucks.

    Worst Starbucks in ever. Rude and can't even scan the Starbucks card at the window. They TAKE YOUR PHONE away for sometime to scan it.

I saw the employee all alone make the drink when I got to the window. Which is fine. I've worked in understaffed places before.     I ordered a Baskin Robbin's birthday ice cream cake at this Dunkin/Baskin store a week before. I…read moreshowed them from their website which cake I wanted. When I showed up yesterday, it was a totally different cake that I had not ordered. I asked for my money $45 back that I had paid in advance, as the order was incorrect. They said it would be a couple of days for them to get around to it after they spoke to the owner. I should have gotten my money back on the spot. The refund still has not shown up on my bank account. We went to the Baskin Robbin's on Southern Blvd. And got a different cake entirely. Ugh! Better give me my money back soon. So this afternoon I went back to Baskin Robbin's to get my $45 refund for the cake that they did not make what I ordered. The manager, Megan had to contact the owner who said because I ordered in the store, she was not going to refund me. I was told the owner was in church. I said it was not a very Christian thing to do to a customer from the Christian owner. I explained that I was not going to leave until I got my full refund. After about 20 minutes, they decided to give me back my full refund in cash. What a despicable way to run a business and treat a customer. They had my cash for over a week and thought I would just go away. No way. I had to fight for them to do what was right.
