This location was clean, the staff was very nice, the drinks were made quickly, and the RESTROOM WAS CLEAN

Every time I have come here it is disappointing. They are slow, very slow, even though they have 5 workers making drinks. It is nice inside but I really need to find a different place. Today my experience was great the lady working at the drive thru went above and beyond she was super friendly as well!

Haven't been to this location in a while and was driving by. Placed an app order. I have never had my order ready that quickly. Super friendly staff. The guy at the window was hilarious with his jokes. Very pleasant visit. Will definitely return. Oh... And the coffee and breakfast sandwich were good also! read more

employee Jaron is a jerk and is super rude to every customer who comes in. He gives attitude and gives very dirty looks to people. The food is good, but the service is horrible. Jaron has talked back to customers and is especially rude to kids. This is the closest Starbucks to my place, so I come here fairly regularly (especially trying to win lifetime Starbucks at Christmas). The staff are friendly, and drinks/food are prepared in a reasonable amount of time. My big gripe is that I have never had to contact Starbucks customer service as much as I have since moving to the area because of incorrect orders from this particular store. It seems every other time I come my order (not really that complicated -- usually a venti tea with one tea bag and a little milk aka a tall tea in a venti cup I don't understand how so many incorrect variations of tea with milk can exist -- or today, a non-heated blueberry muffin which was given to me heated). It's getting very frustrating. I've basically stopped using the drive-thru because I want to watch the baristas prepare my drink to ensure it's correct. And when I've called customer service, it's usually from going through the drive-thru because in the store, if I catch it before I leave, the baristas can usually rectify the situation. read more

This has been the best Starbucks service I've ever had and I have been a patron of Starbucks in China, Philippines, Thailand, Switzerland and Mexico and in many US states. Been here a couple of times and so excited about salted Carmel frap season. Second time here and they still don't have the salt. Seems to be a problem with a few of the stores here last year and this one. Not sure if the managers don't order or if Starbucks doesn't send it out or doesn't have enough for the demand. If you advertise the drink have all the components of it. Wanted to tip but they cannot give change. Overall I don't mind coming here once in a while, twice in a year. Came to this location for my regular drink of choice before work. Tonie greeted me with a smile, which cheered me up before heading into a 12-hour shift. I was impressed with her sincere attitude. The drink was great, as per usual. I recommend getting the caramel macchiato with soy, adds some mild sweetness and thickness to the coffee. read more

I live 5 minutes from here and used to go every day, spending usually 10$ or so for drinks and food. As a daily customer they know me and I also tip everytime I go. Therefore I am a familiar customer who is gracious YET 5 days ago when all I had was a 50$ bill they would not accept it. I could understand this if this was a small independent shop but not a national chain store at which I am a daily customer who tips. So I am no longer a customer at all. That is a 10$ a day loss for most days they are open plus the loss of daily tips to the staff. So it's a few thousand dollars over a 50$ bill. read more

Worst service ever provided by Delicia. Not once did she make eye contact say Hello or anything else. She charged my total without even giving us a balance. Location was busy however as a manager you should be better equipped to handle a busy situation. She was flustered, very overwhelmed, rushed us through our order and even was bothered when asked questions. Yes I get it it's fast food service but come on really. I always ask myself the same question after I come here, "why did I come here?!" The service is not uber friendly and I always feel like in not being listened to when I'm ordering. I'm tired of being corrected about my order - don't tell me that kids hot chocolate always comes kids temperature and then proceed to hand me a scalding cup of hot chocolate. My local Starbucks. It is not the closest to my house, but I usually stop here after I drop my kids off at school for a celebratory cup of coffee. Yeah! Everyone got to school today! Of course, the coffee is good. The food is also fresh despite being pricey sometimes. The workers here are consistantly friendly - even over the course of the five or six years that I have been a regular. But the thing that keeps me coming back to Starbucks is their rewards program. If you don't use it you should become a member immediately. I buy standard coffee all of the time. After buying only twelve of them, I get something, just about anything off of the beverage menu for free. Hello Frappucino - and make that venti! My purchases are spread out just enough so that about the time I am craving more than just a Pike Place - bingo! read more

I always come to this location early in the morning because it is on my way to work and the gym. This morning drive thru service was not as friendly as it normally is. Normally I am greeted with a smile and good morning and today I was only greeted with attitude. New location just opened up near me that would make me back track a little bit from my normal route but the service might be worth it if I can get good service. read more

Ok. My last and final straw was yesterday. I know there is Covid-19, but I'm consistently receiving wrong orders. Ordinarily I say nothing, because in the scheme of things I should be grateful I can afford a coffee or blueberry oatmeal. But, getting the wrong order, time and time again is really frustrating. Please, please, please listen to the customers' orders. Forgetting a spoon, or napkin or the blueberries one time is ok. Each and every single day, is not an excuse. I wish a manager was there to oversee how things are being handled inside. It's a circus. SLOW down to go fast. Remember a bag, remember a green swivel stick, remember the blueberries, remember a spoon. And the cold coffee is not cutting it. Nothing is worse than getting my coffee and driving off and it's tepid or cold. I hope things improve with this one. Panera is next to this location and will be getting my business going forward. Hope the GM of this Starbucks makes some much needed improvements and offers training. read more

This Starbucks location is closest to my home. I have come to this location quite often (6-7 times weekly) and I order the exact same tea (peach citrus white tea infusion with no sweetener/sugar). The only consistent thing about this location is that 6 of 7 times they get my order wrong!! I've been given only white tea, no peach or citrus. I been given green tea, no peach or citrus. I been given white tea with peach but no citrus and vice versa. I been given white tea with lemonade--another drink at Starbucks, but certainly not what I ordered. I've left the location and gotten home or to work in ABQ and found that my drink was wrong. I've stopped before leaving the parking lot and let them know my drink was wrong and was asked if I ever had that drink before and if I was sure. That's frustrating, considering the fact that the peach citrus white tea drink is the ONLY thing I've ordered at Starbucks since I began going there about a year ago!! So, yes, I've ordered it before. I know what it is suppose to taste like, and I know what is suppose to be in it. Give me what I ordered and stop questioning whether I'm right or wrong, or if I know what I ordered. I'm the customer!! Needless to say, I avoid this Starbucks at all costs! read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks stores to go to. The staff is super friendly and they always know what drink I like. It's a very clean and relaxing environment, and I love the comfy couches. They insist on serving burnt coffee to drive through customers. I've had to return about a half a dozen cups for being burned and undrinkable, and I'm getting sick of having to return to the drive through or go inside for undrinkable regular coffee! Today I went in to return my coffee (gotten through the drive through again) so I went inside and requested a new cup. The young lady was rude, inattentive about it and argued with me. I finally told her to replace the cup or get the manager. She did, but continued to argue. The 2nd cup was obviously fresher and different than the first. In case management cares, the employee who served the burnt coffee AND argued about it was a young brunette. read more

In late March 2015, my wife and I stopped at this location during a long trip home. As a long time Starbucks patron, this was the worst location I have ever encountered. The moment I walked in, an odd, unkempt employee in a beard wearing a tank top interrupted the order I was giving to a young blonde woman in a loud effete voice. She became suddenly silent, making me have to give the order to someone else. This was bizarre and awkward, making me believe that the interruptor was some kind of fruitcake that had conveyed an ignorant impression (perhaps due to the US Army hoodie I was wearing) without the slightest idea of who he was judging. If so, both he and the blonde need to be fired immediately, as they are obviously are too stupid to know that one cannot make fact-free snap judgements on customers and competently provide decent customer service. After taking my order, the bizarre employee made two coffees - a Mocha and Carmel Macchiata - that were half full and tasted terrible. They were so bad that we threw them out and had to stop again about 2 miles up the road to purchase the decent coffees we should have gotten at this location. As a sidenote, I mentioned this experience to the manager of the second store and he knew exactly which location I was talking about. I guess he had had that conversation before. If you want to be treated disrespectfully by dysfunctional staff members operating with teenager/high school-level stupidity and get cheated on your coffee, I would recommend this location. However, if you want what Starbucks usually excels in - good service and courteous staff - avoid this location at all costs. read more
