Had to repeat my order a couple times before it stuck -- but hey, maybe I interrupted the drive-thru football game the broistas had going on. I ordered my usual iced Americano and it was honestly disappointing. The coffee tasted bitter and the flavor fell flat. First time I've had a coffee from Dutch Bros that missed the mark this much. On the other hand, the green tea was actually really good. Flavors were balanced perfectly and it definitely saved the visit. The line moved fast and both drinks were nice and cold, so points for speed and consistency there.

This time I had a really nice college student from an American Afghani family. Her name escapes me but begins w an "H." She deserves a High 5 for her Customer Service. Another new chain coffee shop just opened across the street from this place but I'm staying loyal to the Human Bean. Their staff, drinks, food is awesome so no need to switch for me.

They have tons of flavor options that come in sugar free options as well. The customer service is awesome the line goes really fast. The area is pretty nice the line is functional for cars to come in and out which is helpful. Their landscape is nice and clean no trash. I will say the iced chai was really good but the iced toffee nut coffee was not what we expected. I thought it would've been a little sweeter drink, but it was a bitter. Also ordered a frosted lemon bread on the recommendation of the nice lady that waited on me. It was really good, but the icing was overly sweet so next time I may try the cinnamon coffee cake one. I think their largest coffee size is 12 ounces, but for the purchase price, you can get a free refill. For me, 24 ounces of coffee per sitting is enough so I appreciated the free refill. The donuts are also pretty great and make a great complement to the coffee. I enjoyed the place so much that I even bought two of the cute coffee mugs, one for me and one for my friend who loves it. Entered into a spacious area and friendly staff. It was early Saturday morning and there were many people in the drive through. I really thought it was something else and not a coffee shop. I'm glad I got a chance to try it out. Their menu is very simplistic. But it was definitely worth trying. I had an iced chai lavender tea latte, yummy. And my husband tried their sugar free hazelnut hot latte. So amazingly delicious!! We were definitely impressed and we will definitely be back to try it again.
