The refund still has not shown up on my bank account. We went to the Baskin Robbin's on Southern Blvd. And got a different cake entirely. Ugh! Better give me my money back soon. So this afternoon I went back to Baskin Robbin's to get my $45 refund for the cake that they did not make what I ordered. The manager, Megan had to contact the owner who said because I ordered in the store, she was not going to refund me. I was told the owner was in church. I said it was not a very Christian thing to do to a customer from the Christian owner. I explained that I was not going to leave until I got my full refund. After about 20 minutes, they decided to give me back my full refund in cash. What a despicable way to run a business and treat a customer. They had my cash for over a week and thought I would just go away. No way. I had to fight for them to do what was right.
