Always quick friendly service. They are normally swamped due to close proximity to office buildings, hotels, the gym and movie theater. Despite the amount of people who cycle through here on a daily basis, they manage to get through the abundance of grande non-fat non-whip iced mocha skim caramel double espresso macchiatos that are ordered here. I stick with their selection of low calorie teas and refreshers personally. Seasonally they switch up the menu both of drinks and in the cafe. I'm only giving 4 stars because they do tend to run out of snacks when I've been here later at night. Hey, it's probably good to save the calories anyways! read more

Starbucks - Average Joe. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Did I hear the barista correctly? Did she actually just mutter "learn to speak English" under her breath??!!? Did she forget that she was working at a Starbucks? Where people are hovering around her and can HEAR her? Did she think it was okay to say that about a customer??? I couldn't tell if this comment was directed at me, at someone who just ordered, or someone else altogether... who knows? Regardless, it was UNACCEPTABLE, RUDE, and IGNORANT. And I think maybe my last trip to this horrible little Starbucks, until they can correct their customer service issues. read more

The location is great- right in the middle of the international circle. However, there is not much room to sit or study at all and it's super tiny inside. For the most part, the baristas here are all incredibly friendly and sweet, but the one man with curly hair is just plain rude. He saw my service dog and yelled at me from across the room that dogs were not welcomed here. read more

Love this Starbucks! The people here are so nice and they definitely make you feel welcomed there. I've been to a million starbucks and this place by far outweighs all of them because of the service. I came when it wasn't busy so I thought the guy giving me the coffee was just nice because he wasn't rushed. But I was here for a while and the place did get busy, and he continued to be nice to all of the customers as he was giving them their coffee. If I'm ever in Baltimore and need a pick me up... this starbucks is the place to go =) read more

I stopped in for a quick drink after leaving the MAC. Well, I stopped in for a drink that is... it wasn't exactly "quick." However, the staff was very friendly and my drink was made correctly. No complaints! Yes, it's a little smaller in terms of space when compared to other locations, but I can see how this space accommodates a lot of the 9-5 clientele in the Harbor East/Inner Harbor area. (Sidenote: I collect Starbucks "you-are-here" mugs from cities I visit and unfortunately this location only has Washington DC mugs). read more

Since most starbucks are pretty similar, this is purely for service. It's great! workers are friendly, and since I sat and studied for a while I got to see a lot of people come through, many of which seemed to be regulars that the workers all knew by name, etc. As a study spot: they only have one large square table, 3 smaller 2-person tables, and a bar by the window that seats about 3 or 4. Get there early to camp out! read more

Super friendly staff, but long lines by 715a. It just gets lot of foot traffic. Been drinking the Thanksgiving roast it's quite enjoyable. Their cooler seems to be well-stocked with pre-made cold selections and they always have a lot of pastries read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

It's a great Thursday morning!! This Starbucks welcomes me and everyone in here with smiles. It's all positive vibes, networking, and people just happy to be alive and get there days started. I got my favorites - classic chai tea latte and the roasted Ham and Swiss sandwich, yummy in my tummy! Also this location and many other locations are looking for cool partners so apply! Everyone could use more money and good Starbucks lol read more

I love this starbucks as it is huge, nicely decorated, confy etc you can definitely work from there. Last time I came I ordered 18 croissants and they served me 16... They just need to pay attention to orders and everything will be better! But everyone at work loved it, especially as they warm them up before serving! read more

This is a new location for Starbucks, having taken over the space Talara used to inhabit. It's roomy and upscale, with leather couches and ottomans and a huuuuuge bar for the baristas. With such a huge bar, you would think they could make drinks in a timely fashion, but apparently not. The folks working the register when I ordered were very obviously awkward introverts who could not interact with customers other than to take orders. Good hiring decisions are clearly being made here. You would think they would be able to spell a common name properly, or at least 70% correctly. You would also think the barista would figure out that no one named "Christine" had ordered a drink after she called it out 10 times and no one answered....but it's not like they do this for 8 hours a day or anything. Look, the people who make your coffee are setting an example of how to behave in the morning. They should be caffeinated, cheerful, and pleasant. The employees at this Starbucks are the complete opposite. read more

It's pretty silly to review a Starbucks, but this one is CREAM OF THE CROP. Clean, well-lit, and open late. They let me buy a single scoop of ice cream off-menu. They were packed, and their main door was confusing broken, but staff was still incredibly friendly to me. read more

Good starbucks near the harbour - I spent a few hours here and internet did not disappoint. (Got to love starbucks wifi) I got the skinny vanilla latte and it did not disappoint. So the barista here must be good. Service was quick and efficient. Only drawback is as others have pointed out, there is not much work space or comfy chairs. There are some bar seats and 2 small tables - that's it. The place was busy throughout the day due to it's location! Solid steady starbucks! read more

Very polite and great service; fast and swift with getting people in and out. Really clean and great location. So glad anytime I need a coffee, there's randomly a stet bunks around like this which came out of nowhere. read more

I am a fan of the rich, strong flavor of Starbucks coffee. I have been to this location on many occasions and drinks have been consistently good. Service for the most part has been good, but they often struggle to keep up with crowds. One night, 2 hours before closing, they even ran out of coffee and simply said "we are out right now." What? I'll take a pour-over or anything... Overall, I will still stop in after a movie or when I am walking by. However, I would not go out of my way to stop at this location. As an aside, there is also very limited seating which is mostly counter height. read more

Jazzy Starbucks with varied offerings. They have quite an extensive reserve menu. They even have a demonstration bar. Plenty of room for gathering, reading, sipping or whatever. If parking wasn't such a beast, this would be my go to Starbucks when in the city. read more

I come here at least once/week because I work right near it. The staff is very friendly and are good at getting you what you need in a timely manner so you can get back to work ASAP. The lattes are always good too. My usual order is a "skinny" chai tea latte which always tastes just as good as the "fat" ones. Note to readers that this particular Starbucks location has limited seating. There's like 2 or 3 small tables and a bar seating area. At most about 15 people can be seated at once. read more

I have to say I have two starbucks I visit quit a bit and I love the staff I seem to always get when I arrive. I this location was only visited because it was on my way into fells point. It was like I should stop in here and try it out. I had three but the one in towson mall has killed two of my orders I refuse to go through that again. So I stick with the one downtown next to ...connected to a office building. and the other next to smoothie king in towson. So how was my visit. Okay sure lets go down this road. time for a break down. walking in through the revolving doors? i really don't like them only cause if you have two full hands and no one with you you have to figure out a way to push or use another part of your body. (if i missed or over looked the pull or push door please tell me) The room space was absolutely used to it's full standing. I mean tables around well placed and spread out. I think this was well done, but the line as a first time walking in person there were three lines and as it turned out there was only two. One to order and one to pick up your order. This is normal people tend to spread out and move and somehow always know who was ahead of them. So this was normal. the visual look at what they had to pick from was nice. The vibe was a little different then the others I have been to it was literally like everyone was looking at each other to say oh your new. your damn right i am. but the menu was big enough and this location seems to be more of the one where you can get the full sit down comfortably and just chill kind of vibe. I do like this one but at a certain time the masses flow in big time, compared to the other baltimore locations I've been to. But would I come back here again? yes only at a good time though. and they even got my order right. unlike some places. first time coming in and they nailed it perfectly. read more

Very low standards for a starbucks. Seemed to be a miscommunication between the baristas and the register which led to a 20 minute wait for a matcha frap. I understand, it happens. What I knock points for is the apathy from the baristas. No acknowledgment of my wasted time let alone an elevator-voiced apology. read more

Currently 230 on Wednesday a holiday it's Veterans Day. Speed for my drink considering there was five people in line in front of me was very quick - I waited maybe five minutes with one barista. All the seating area was definitely packed at this time, but still very open air feel rather than cramped. Super pumped that they still had pumpkin scones ( many other stores don't I guess pumpkin season is already over). My gingerbread latte I'd give 3.5 though, it's what I needed but it's got a slight bitter aftertaste as if the espresso was burned when pulled. So fast service, happy to find my rare pumpkin scones at the end of the season for them, and average made drink. read more

First of all, there are good barista in this store. But there are also "interesting" one. I love the blueberry oatmeal in Starbucks and for a week I ordered it everyday. Every time I got what I want ant except for today. I get the bag and there is no blueberry in it......So I paid the price of "blueberry oatmeal" to get "oatmeal without blueberry". Actually I was OK at that time cause everyone could make mistake. Maybe the girl has just forget to put in. Then I asked her "Sorry, but there is no....", I did not even finish the sentence before she said "yes, blueberry". WHAT IS GOING ON? You know you did not put blueberry in my bag and you said nothing when giving that to me????? If I just grab and go who will give me the blueberry? Do you really want that blueberry that much? Then she returned to the back of the store and went scavenger hunting there looking for blueberry. At last she gave me 7 blueberries with two already rotten. Anyone who have had blueberry oatmeal should know there are usually about 20 blueberries in that box and they should all be fresh. That's how they treat me in a great weather day. Then I throw the whole bag away. read more

HARBOR EAST Starbucks.....yup, begins with an "S," but should end with U-C-K-S. It sucks. The staff 8 times out of 10 gets a simple order incorrect....this morning, "oops, it happened again." Although 0 acknowledgment, just as eyeroll. I didn't order nor WANT an eyeroll w/ my coffee....first thing on a Sunday morning....thank you very much. Plus.....there were 5 employees, 1 taking orders........2 processing orders (cashier was at fault for incorrect order...not barista)...& the other 2 walking back & forth. Parking is very, very limited out front so the orders should be taken without hesitation. Also....its not 8:30 a.m. & place looks dirty. They need to WIPE the counters & DRINK area constantly read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Solid Starbucks. A lot of space and seems upper-end. Must be the Baltimore city / Inner Harbor thing. They have a number of Starbucks reserve coffees that I did not sample, but may offer something to the coffee enthusiasts. Service was very fast even though it was "breakfast rush hour". I'm intrigued by the cold brew nitro reserve - if it's anything like the service here, I'm sure it's great. read more

Came in last week and had the barista not acknowledge or help me when the customer behind me in line with standing so close to me without a mask on. I turned and had to ask this young man to move away from me several times then looked back to the barista hoping that he would help me and tell the young man to back up and maintain 6 feet or at least ask him to put a mask on. The barista did nothing he just sat there and made it awkward for me. In Baltimore County masks are now mandatory again and this is an eating establishment. This man was so close to me that he was breathing on me and my food when I asked him to move away he told me to stop talking to him and actually moved closer to me. I don't understand why you have signs on the door requiring people to wear masks if you're not going to enforce the rule. I was on my 15 trying to get my lunch and I left Starbucks feeling completely uncomfortable and going back to explain to my fellow employees what had just happened to me. Needless to say I made sure they all knew about how I was treated and what had happened in that store. The senior gentleman who works there in the petty cab was the barista who did not defend or help or reinforce the rules. Luckily enough one of your barista's happened to see what happened and apologized to me and asked the young man to finally put his mask on and I was given a gift card for my purchase when I left. Now the second employee handled the situation extremely better than the first one. I'm a little concerned considering the fact that this person was twice his age and clearly a manager and did nothing to create a safe environment. Please train your employees to respect Covid mandates and to maintain the 5 feet in the line specially when serving food and drink products it is unsafe and unsanitary to have people without masks breathing down the next of your custom read more

The wifi here honestly sucks which I could understand why there's no seating area, people are barely able to do work here! Anywho, I had the old fashion donut, almond croissant, asiago pretzel and carrot cake muffin with pecans. My favorite was definitely the almond croissant, the rest were kind of eh. The almond croissant was more like a danish pastry kind of texture. It's not flakey or buttery but soft and thick. read more

It's a Starbucks. Pretty expected. That being said it's a good Starbucks. I work downtown and sometimes drop in before my shift for a coffee. Not much space to sit, but overall a good Starbucks. read more

Fast and accurate, connected to lobby of Hilton Hotel which is nice. Very friendly staff.

What a freaky weird Starbucks!! Went in there on a Saturday night, 30 minutes before close, and they were out of everything! Ended up with a tall vanilla bean frap that was terrible. I used to be a partner a moon ago, and vanilla bean fraps are soooooo good. This tasted like a scoop of powder mixed with ice. Maybe she forgot the milk?? Something about it was undrinkable. The dude at the register, and the barista were hyper focused on the people there before us, who argued about the proper name for tea + milk. Also, the store looked like a bomb went off; opened boxes everywhere, half filled pastry case, strange sort of 'moving day' vibe. What a sh*t show. Tried to give two stars, but I don't want to mislead. read more

Very disappointed as always. Ordered a chai latte extra dirty (2 espresso shots) and instead got a watered down chai. $6 down the drain.

I was in town for a conference and went to this Starbucks frequently for a week. They were usually pretty busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt (although considering how many hotels are near them I figure this is their normal speed). They were not friendly, which is basically the problem. I need receipt for work, I wasn't offered one, the cashier went to the next person in line directly after me and didn't offer a receipt. I had to go back and ask for one and boy did that piss her off. Did it hold up the line? Yes. But a receipt should have been offered in the first place, but again they were busy. However, the last day we went here they were not busy at all. We walked right up to the registered and ordered. My colleague again didn't get a receipt and had to go back, luckily less of a problem because they were slow. But they were constantly rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by us in every interaction we had with them this whole week. Lastly we were given out venti sized iced coffees with the frappe dome lids on them. Not normally a problem, however, the normal sized straws are too small don't stick out the top causing you to fish out to grab your straw in order to take a drink. When asked for a different lid or different straw they became frustrated and said they didn't have any. No apology no offer of another container for the drink, nothing but a hostile response. Maybe our expectations are too high being from the Midwest where people are overly friendly but what an uncomfortable experience this was. Walk a few more blocks to Jabali coffee, wonderful two dollar iced coffee, baked goods and a pet bird named Birdie. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a Frappuccino and after 20 minutes they still hadn't finished my order. When I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be, the employees looked confused. They hadn't started it and didn't even know to make it. I would advise to go anywhere else for coffee if you actually want to get your drink because the employees here don't care at all. read more

As nice of a Starbucks as you will ever find. The downside is that it is so busy there are always lines, always a long wait for your drinks, and with that the inevitable mistakes. They could use a few more hands each shift to help move things along, but at least the ambiance is nice. read more

This is a great location and the ambiance is nicer than most Starbucks locations ive been to. Although everything past that led to be fairly disappointing. The staff seemed clueless as to what they were doing, they even charged me twice on my one drink order. They corrected it but it took two of them to figure it out. My drink was also very watered down tasting. Won't be ordering anything from this place again any time soon. read more
