I come to this Starbucks all the time as it's closes to me. It's spacious and the staff are always friendly. They recently did a renovation inside and it was finally open to come back to again. It's more updated with screens for the menu instead of written chalk boards amongst other aesthetic changes. My drinks are always consistent and just Starbucks worth tasty. A great location and better looking now with the new look!

This location is not quite a true Reserve Roastery, it's closer to a Reserve Lite. The menu includes some of the Reserve brews but otherwise is the same as other locations. The interior is large and spacious and typically has plenty of seating available. Wait times can vary even if it's not busy. The quality of drinks are on par with other locations and the staff are always very friendly!

I'm not a Starbucks girl, but I was staying nearby, so figured I'd check out this, since it's a Reserve location. It was a bigger than most locations and it had some additional brew options. I ordered the Reserve nitro cold brew via the app and it was ready at the stated time. Friendly staff was managing the online orders. If I do Starbucks, I generally do the nitro cold brew. The Reserve version was smoother and richer than the regular one and I definitely recommend it. If I had a Starbucks Reserve near me, I'd probably visit more often.

Love to come here to try their reserve drinks! Service is nice and fast and I'm usually out with a coffee in hand within 5 minutes. I'm an iced coffee girl so if I'm not feeling my usual order of a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, I like to get the melrose (cold brew shaken w cherry bitters and finished w a maraschino cherry) as it's a drink only found in Starbucks Reserve. I would definitely come here to just try limited drinks that aren't served at all Starbucks locations!

I love starbucks but some of the locations are iffy. Not this one at least not during the times that I go. I love their friendly batistas they are so welcoming plus they always get my drink right. The only problem is that they no longer do reserve which I'm very bummed about.

Spacious and good customer service, the baristas were quick getting my order. I wish there were more products to purchase as in tumblers, mugs, collectibles. I ordered the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew and it tasted great!!!

Truly, half of the appeal about his location is the wonderful staff attitude. I've never come in to less than a hello and smile. The staff are efficient and work quickly in a location that can be extremely busy during hight point hours. The location has ample seating and many take advantage of this. Daily, you'll see people camping out on their laptops more than I have other locations. They do have a Clover machine, so specialty coffees are the norm here.

The Starbucks Reserve in Harbor East along the chic & famed "Charm'tastic Mile" is a fabulous store in a great location. I get a cappuccino from there on a weekly basis. The staff is always friendly and professional.

This review is written in the perspective of a student trying to find a place to work. Pros: - lovely space, big windows for natural light - plenty of seating with outlets. There are also outdoor tables. - good wifi - clean restroom that doesn't require the annoying codes at other Starbucks - pretty clean in general Cons: - always busy from people shopping and working in Harbor East - music is too loud at times (bring ear phones) but at least the music is pretty good - baristas are also shouting out orders pretty loudly as well So in short, it has a nice, soothing ambiance and atmosphere for doing work but you might not be able to do work that requires intense focusing unless you are really zoned in.

Great Starbucks! I'm a Starbucks fanatic so it's nice to finally visit the reserve version. The server here was so nice. He told me all their brews special to these/this location. It's a big Starbucks so lots of room, and the coffee was great

I enjoy visiting Starbucks when I travel and this one was really close to the hotel. I got to try the Reserve Dark Chocolate Mocha (which I've never seen on any menu) and it was divine. The line moved quickly and my only issue was that they didn't take my name so while the barista was calling out names for ready drinks mine was never called. I realized, after seeing people that ordered after me getting their drinks, that mine had been sitting on the bar with no name to call. Also, when they called out the drink, they called it Reserve number 21 so I had no clue it was mine. Regardless, I'll be back in the morning to try another!

Had a great experience at the Starbucks Reserve trying unique drinks not available at other Starbucks! Some of the drinks are a little pricy, so I wouldn't go every day, but it's a great experience to treat yourself and try something new. The hazelnut bianco latte was very light and didn't have a strong flavor. The house affogato was delicious, and the vanilla ice cream complimented the espresso well. The cold brew malt was also very good and had a milkshake/Frappuccino consistency. Would love to try the flights available. They also had Starbucks Reserve special merchandise. Staff was super friendly and upgraded the malt to a grande because of the wait.

Matriarch Coffee lived up to every bit of the hype -- and then some…read more I'd been hearing about Matriarch Coffee for a while from friends near me in the DMV, and I finally made the drive up to Baltimore to see what all the hype was about. Short answer: absolutely worth it!Long answer: I'm already thinking about my next excuse to come back. Walking in, the space immediately delivers. The aesthetic is awesome-- the kind of intentional, beautifully designed interior that feels warm and curated rather than staged. It's trendy without being cold, and the Inner Harbor location makes it that much more special. I know there is a huge renovation planned "down the harbor" , this Matriarch is ALREADY READY! You get all the energy of the waterfront with a cozy, tucked-in feel once you're inside. Now, the coffee. I got a latte that was genuinely one of the better cups I've had in a long time -- smooth, rich, perfectly pulled. I also had a Chai and paired it with a cherry & cheese danish that was fresh and delicious, the ideal complement to the drink. I asked for it heated and it was hot all the way through. Hate it when I get it and it is cold in the middle...the barista understood the assignment and got us right! Everything felt thoughtful, like someone in that kitchen actually cares about what they're putting out -- because they do. Speaking of which -- I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and it all made sense. Warm, passionate, and clearly proud of what they've built. Shirts, cups, napkins, and merch that says "I love my Matriarch" is a reminder of the "Why" behind this spot I think. That kind of energy flows through the entire space and staff. You feel it the moment you walk in. The Matriarch isn't just a coffee shop. It's a destination. If you're in Baltimore, this is a must. If you're outside the city -- make the drive. Trust me. See you soon, Matriarch!

We had the matcha latte, and a menu special: solar eclipse which was chai with expresso macadamia nut milk and lavender syrup. Matcha was good flavor and quality. The drink special I pass, I gave it a fair try but it didn't taste good- there was a very acidic taste at the end. My first time in was after calling to see if they had gift cards, went without an answer . So I went there and nope. Waisted my time going there.

I went on a Saturday morning around 9:45 and waited about 25 minutes for a table for 2. The menu is EXTENSIVE and they have an option for pretty much anything you're in the mood for! I got the Mexican egg scramble and the pumpkin pancakes to share. The prices might seem slightly on the higher side for a breakfast place, but once you get your food you'll understand why. The portions are generous and the food is delicious! I ended up taking half of the food home and I genuinely looked forward to eating it as leftovers - which fed me for multiple meals. 12/10 would recommend the pumpkin pancakes no matter what season it is. It's a large space, with walls covered with art. There's around 52 seats at tables of mostly 4 and 2, with one for around 12. There was a 2-seat-table set up outside, and a bunch more available down the side of the restaurant that could be set up. We chose a table for the two of us, and server immediately offered us hot coffee in big steaming mugs. The menu, available online and by QR code, is huge! We ordered Veggie Scramble: 3-eggs lusciously full of mushrooms onions green peppers and tomatoes. They let us choose feta cheese! And the hash browns were epic! A mountain of creamy shredded potatoes, well-done to a crispy crunchy surface! And we got their Huevos Rancheros: open-faced 2-egg tacos, flavorful medium-spicy Mexican chorizo sausage and salsa verde under melted cheddar-cheese, over warm soft corn tortillas, with a side of those amazing hashbrown shredded potatoes. We got the eggs scrambled. Both breakfast servings were ample and delicious. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. A few flaws: They have no espresso! Waah! The strong black coffee tasted a little bit bitter, maybe brewing for too long, but it was fine with milk and sugar. We each had two cups, which tells you the bottom-line :-). And, we made a point of choosing a two-person table, while one person waiting for a date was asked rather sternly by the manager to leave their only 12-person-table for a larger group. Makes sense, but it might have come-across a little too harshly. While I'm fussing, i didnt see any food photos on the QR menu. Sigh. We loved our generous breakfast and the whole friendly artsy atmosphere. Everyone, even the switched-table, seemed comfortable, with friendly chatter filling the high-ceilinged hall. Their sandwichboard sign out front says "Best Breakfast Ever!" Pretty darn close!
