Well, it's a Starbucks attached to a downtown hotel. No surprises at what you get here. It has the standard menu shared across the brand, service is reasonably fast and very friendly, and it is among the cleanest public places you're likely to go. This one feels especially open, which may be partly because of the need to work around large columns in the middle of the floor plan, but I'm not an architect so am just guessing. They seem to be very dog friendly inside, with a few different people having very quiet and well-behaved dogs at their tables. I come to this Starbucks all the time as it's closes to me. It's spacious and the staff are always friendly. They recently did a renovation inside and it was finally open to come back to again. It's more updated with screens for the menu instead of written chalk boards amongst other aesthetic changes. My drinks are always consistent and just Starbucks worth tasty. This location is not quite a true Reserve Roastery, it's closer to a Reserve Lite. The menu includes some of the Reserve brews but otherwise is the same as other locations. The interior is large and spacious and typically has plenty of seating available. Wait times can vary even if it's not busy. I'm not a Starbucks girl, but I was staying nearby, so figured I'd check out this, since it's a Reserve location. It was a bigger than most locations and it had some additional brew options. I ordered the Reserve nitro cold brew via the app and it was ready at the stated time. Friendly staff was managing the online orders. If I do Starbucks, I generally do the nitro cold brew. The Reserve version was smoother and richer than the regular one and I definitely recommend it. If I had a Starbucks Reserve near me, I'd probably visit more often. read more

Truly, half of the appeal about his location is the wonderful staff attitude. I've never come in to less than a hello and smile. The staff are efficient and work quickly in a location that can be extremely busy during hight point hours. The location has ample seating and many take advantage of this. Daily, you'll see people camping out on their laptops more than I have other locations. They do have a Clover machine, so specialty coffees are the norm here. read more

In normal times, I ask the Starbucks employee to leave plenty of room in the cup for half and half, and I'd go to the self-serve counter to fill up on half and half, stevia, and vanilla powder. HOWEVER, we're in the times of Covid, so I wasn't able to handle ANY of my add-ins. But I was able to tell the attentive Starbucks employee exactly what I wanted, and he more or less did everything while I looked on. The workers here are always very nice, and the establishment is clean/had nice seating, but their app is always out of date as to what they do and don't have, and numerous times that I have ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich, both on the app and in person, I am informed AFTER i pay that they are out of it. This would be no problem except I don't eat meat, and I end up being given one of the bacon ones w the meat taken off, which is basically a $6 egg and cheese. I enjoy visiting Starbucks when I travel and this one was really close to the hotel. I got to try the Reserve Dark Chocolate Mocha (which I've never seen on any menu) and it was divine. The line moved quickly and my only issue was that they didn't take my name so while the barista was calling out names for ready drinks mine was never called. I realized, after seeing people that ordered after me getting their drinks, that mine had been sitting on the bar with no name to call. Also, when they called out the drink, they called it Reserve number 21 so I had no clue it was mine. Regardless, I'll be back in the morning to try another! read more

Had a great experience at the Starbucks Reserve trying unique drinks not available at other Starbucks! Some of the drinks are a little pricy, so I wouldn't go every day, but it's a great experience to treat yourself and try something new. The hazelnut bianco latte was very light and didn't have a strong flavor. The house affogato was delicious, and the vanilla ice cream complimented the espresso well. The cold brew malt was also very good and had a milkshake/Frappuccino consistency. Would love to try the flights available. They also had Starbucks Reserve special merchandise. I walked in with my baby on a particularly windy afternoon. It was pretty empty and no seating due to covid. I waited by the door as my partner brought the car around. It was taking particularly long for him to come so I bought a coffee in the meantime. Didn't want the staff to think I was idly standing there. Even after getting a coffee one of the employees comes to me and says I can't wait here. I politely tell him that I'm about to leave, just waiting for my husband. He could see I had a baby in a stroller and how insanely cold and windy it was outside. He told me I needed to leave in such a rude manner. Shaking his head and rolling his eyes in disgust. I couldn't believe at how I was being treated. He walked away before I could respond, not that I could..I was left speechless at how rude he was. I understand covid comes with a lot of restrictions but it doesn't mean you can treat your paying customers in such a rude manner. To the manager of this Starbucks, please train your employees to treat their customers with kindness, patience and respect. read more

What an amazing experience! A barista named Dylan was super helpful and explained the reserve drinks. He gave us a lot of good recommendations on what to get. We got the house affogato with vanilla bean syrup, microblend cold brew, nitro dirty chai, and the melrose. All of them were delicious and different from our normal drinks. Starbucks is an establishment I frequent often. I do not normally review as I find them to be about the same everywhere I go. However, I found this one to be incredibly dirty as far as a chain goes. They were fairly busy so I try to be forgiving of mess. This store seemed completely unconcerned with the food crumbs and straw wrappers littering the floor. I was appalled to see the amount of toilet paper and tampon wrappers strewn across the floor of the women's bathroom. With this store in a fantastic location and attached to a Hilton hotel it's surprising that everything was in such a state. read more

This guy... who i don't know his name but I will get his name and update this post so everyone can stay clear of him. This guy just looked at me with a "your annoying me look" and gave me my oatmeal. Didn't say a word, just slide it to me and that was it. Which is fine. Nice clean starbucks in the same building as the movie theater and a hotel. It has the full assortment (including snacks and sandwiches) that you'll find at any starbucks. The staff is pretty quick and friendly. The odd thing with this particular location is that it doesn't have a bathroom. However, you can go through the back door into the hotel and find a set of bathrooms there - so a bit odd, but not a real problem. read more

This Starbucks is in a very prime location right in the middle of Harbor East. Nothing really but the location sets it apart and it is always pretty busy here. Busy to the point where I think the people making your drink do not take too much care in it. I've seen many people complain or tell the people there they they missed something or got the order wrong. This location is pretty cramped, busy, and loud, so do not plan on bring your 17" mac book pro and working on your screen play.
