I stop at this Starbucks every time I make the trip up north to visit my parents. It always takes way too long for my drink to be made, this time it took over twenty minutes. After a long wait, my drink was hot instead of iced like I'd asked, and it then took over ten minutes for her to remake that drink. They kept making drinks for the drive through customers instead of mine, and at one point a manager came to help me because she had noticed that I'd been in there way too long. After she got involved, I received my drink within a minute. I have a 5-6 hour long drive and rely on Starbucks for a quick drink and bathroom break, but it's always a let down. I have pets in the car and I always have to go check on them 3+ times when I order a drink because this Starbucks is so slow that I get concerned about them even with the windows cracked open. Hopefully this location can improve their time management skills and be more attentive to in person orders and their wait times in comparison to drive through orders. On top of everything, I had asked what flavor the fox cake pop was and the barista said pumpkin so I gave it a try only to find out it was vanilla upon tasting it. A quick google search confirmed it was indeed vanilla. Perhaps the employees could use a refresher of the menu so they don't spread misinformation about their products to more customers. read more

I don't usually frequent this particular Starbucks. I was surprised that there wasn't a long line (like most Starbucks). And also because it's right off the freeway. Once I got home, and took a sip of my drink, I knew then why they weren't busy. They botched my simple order. I ordered a white chocolate mocha (which the label stated it was). But, what I got was hot chocolate. I called my son over and had him take a sip, just in case my taste buds were off. He confirmed it was indeed hot chocolate. So disappointed. Recently moving to work off of Pegasus, this has been the closest 'bucks for my coffee needs. I go there daily, and I have to say, the staff is always quick and so pleasant. Great drinks but the drive though took a long time. The drive thru wasn't busy either. Only two cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window we noticed almost no one on the floor and the ones that were on the floor were serving the inside customers. I came through the drive through at an off-peak time, so there was no line. I ordered a pineapple black tea and also asked for an extra cup with ice. The tea was as ordered and I was satisfied. Great staff, fast service most of the time, mornings can get hectic. One time they ran out of a breakfast item and didn't tell me for 10 minutes, but I forgave them because they have great baristas. Whenever I drive to and from between Fresno and the High Desert, I always pay a visit here. I like this location. I can exit on 7th Standard Road or Porterville Highway 65 off from Highway 99. Both exits are less busy and easy to get around compared to other Starbucks on Olive Drive. Front store parking spaces are tight, unless you park next to Denny's or the front parking by the mall main entrance. Bathroom's are are clean, and staff are cool. read more

The place is clean and they always get my order correct but I begin work at 11 pm down the road as do many of my coworkers. It is often that I will stop at this starbucks before my night shift begins and they have closed early. I get there at about 1030 and many times the door has been locked on me. The drive through is open sometimes still but I like to go in and get something to eat as well because everything around my job will be closed by midnight. We stopped at this Starbucks in the morning before getting on the road for our last day on our trip from Texas to California. We actually bought coffee from there twice that morning. First, after waking up, we walked over and each ordered hot drinks: decaf coffee for me, and an Americano for the hubby. I have to say my decaf was *horrible*. We are used to having bad coffee from Starbucks from time to time; it's as if they are conspiring to force people to order the $4 specialty coffees -- that's the only way to get it fresh. I could tell it wasn't right because no matter how much cream I added to it, it didn't get any lighter; and no matter how much sugar I seemed to put, it didn't get any less bitter. My husband said his was OK. He also ordered an iced Americano before we left for good that morning. It's hard to screw up Americanos, though, so they are a good standard to go for, but a bit more caffeine than regular coffee, which is why I passed. I have to say though, that the staff was really friendly, and that goes a long way. The young lady behind the counter, had a great attitude and a genuine smile, which is hard to come by that early in the morning. That goes a long way. The Verdict: OK. I've never been to this one before and I probably will never come back. Two out of the three girls working were absolutely rude. The Hispanic with dark brown hair working the window got my order wrong. I kindly explained what I requested and her demeanor came off very annoyed. She then turned to the second rude girl (the one with natural color hair. Not the one with pink hair) held the drink up and obviously annoyed explained it was wrong. I'm sorry but as someone who has worked in the customer service industry for almost 15 years this is not how you act. I would understand if I came off rude and confrontational but I didn't. Once I got my corrected drink I left and soon realized that my corrected drink wasn't correct at all. I then came back and kindly told the girl with colored hair that it was wrong again. She was super nice about it and said she'll get it fixed. When the second rude girl noticed I came back, she insisted she made the drink the correct way and AGAIN was making it obvious that I was inconveniencing her. This type of service has me not wanting to come to this location ever again. I strongly suggest having ANOTHER training on customer service with your employees because it takes A LOT to get me upset when it comes to customer service. read more
