A well kept location. Connie was very helpful when I asked for espresso drink recommendations. The eating area is a good size and there is extra seating outside. An extra plus for travelers is the drive thru.

Close to the highway. Every soul said "welcome to Starbucks!" when we walked in. Nice! Service was great. Coffee was nice. Tidy cafe. Bathroom was tidy too.

Look how much coffee is missing.

Ha, seven months later and still horrible. It's a shame as it's a good location and the building itself is nice. A horrible spot to go during the Covid conundrum. And they even jipped me not filling up coffee cup to the top - see photo. Guess this won't be a Starbucks location to stop at until 2025, which is when the new plan for Covid to end has been extended until.

Welp we can go ahead and add this location to the list of the ones NOT to stop at along your travels down I95. This location popped up when I was looking for the next closest location so I could use the restroom and grab a Medicine Ball and a snack. They were a tad bit busy which is understandable, yet there was no greeting when you walked in and they took their time coming to the register to assist you. Oddly enough it was like a scene out of a slow motion movie.... you know the ones where the words are supppppperrrrr slowww and the movement is even slower. That sums up this experience. After placing my order, paid and proceeded for the barista to heat up my Pumpkin Loaf, needless to say this was the fastest part of the visit. I think the overall wait for my drink was close to 15 minutes and that is being generous, I swear I lost track of time at one point. Sad thing was al the customers waiting on drinks were commenting to each other on how slow the service was. As if that is not all the icing this slow baked visit needed, you could barely hear the names of the drinks as they called them. The location and visit was lack luster and left so much to be desired.

Passing through town on business and needed a snack and caffeine. Starbucks is always a reliable bet. I used the app to order ahead and by the time I got there my order was ready and waiting. The baristas were friendly and the shop is big enough for eating in with social distancing in place of course. Everything was clean including the bathroom. Definitely will stop by again next time I'm in town.

If I can give this place 5 stars I would but I haven't finished my coffee or my review yet. What a team and a great group of gals! Definitely made me feel welcomed and gave me coffee as i somehow walked in there almost asleep. Definitely wanted to spend more money or give them a tip but I spent my money on a new Flintlock days prior. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcomed! Definitely not this friendly in LOS ANGELES!!!!! Absolutely love my experience and now I'll press the 5 stars as I'm almost done with my coffee and more awake . Thank you ladies again!!

A small, low key but efficient Starbucks. One thing that stood out were the friendly, welcoming employees. They greeted us, took our orders and promptly prepared our drinks. Another staff member was cleaning and tidying the place. The beverages we ordered were consistent and delicious. We had visited a Panera nearby and had to pass, and came here! My daughter was like, "I guess I'm a coffee snob, because I know what I like." If you're spending money for convenience and for java on the go, you might as well stick with the best!!

I'm a die-hard loyal Starbucks customer through and through, and can always be counted on to get my mandatory SBX fix when I'm on the road. One of the things I typically count on is not just in having my loyalty affirmed but the consistency one should receive when going to a franchise, *especially* a company-managed franchise. Well, so here are the nice aspects of this location warranting the two stars: nice, bright layout and plenty of space to work or lounge, both inside and outside. Decent display areas, logical flow, and a drive-through (which I didn't experience). The barista making the drinks was a bit slow but super friendly. Here's where I wasn't so pleased and where this location almost got one (only because you can't give a zero) star: I was driving south on a road trip, so needed to use the rest room. This Starbucks has its restrooms clearly marked for gender, so there was only one bathroom for women. I went in, and the door simply would not lock. I pressed it nearly 30 times, jiggled the doorknob, opened and closed the door, etc trying to figure out how to make it lock - no dice. In the end, I took a chance (luckily no one walked in on me). When I walked up to order, I thought I'd tell the cashier that the women's restroom door wasn't locking (so maybe they could just write up a note to say please knock first and tape it to the door or something), and the guy *literally* cut me short and started arguing with me. I mean, seriously arguing in an aggressive manner. As in telling me "yes, it does" repeatedly. With the full tilt expression and attitude of "you, lady, are obviously an idiot that doesn't know how to push a stupid button on the door handle which is all it would have taken to prove that I - a guy - obviously know that you're an idiot and the door to the only women's bathroom clearly locks." Now, dear readers, I can think of only two situations that would engender this response, neither of which put this guy in a good light. One, other women have mentioned it and he personally checked and found out that the lock is finicky so despite my multiple repeated attempts to lock it, I missed some specific combination of actions to get the lock to catch. Or two, he honestly didn't give a crap and figured if he made the woman feel stupid she'd shut up and realize she was just too dumb to know how to operate the lock. Either way, his rapid rejection of my trying to let him know about the lock really took me aback. I thought about taking him on but honestly, folks, it wasn't worth it. I just shut up and ordered my coffee, and mentally said sorry to the women that might be using the restroom afterwards. I wish I'd caught his name but I don't think he was wearing a name tag. I've been in a LOT of Starbucks locations and met my share of disengaged, sometimes cold Starbucks employees, but this guy was over the top. Unbelievably rude, obnoxious and a jackass with no sense of customer service at all. I honestly hope the regional manager reads Yelp reviews and counsels the employee. The cashier was working in the mid-afternoon (between 2 and 4) of Thursday, April 4.

Coffee great, bathroom bad. Abundance of pee and poo distributed evenly amongst the bathroom floor and walls.

Unfortunately, the cup…read morewas filled mostly with ice and contained significantly less of the usual chocolate topping. At $4.59 plus tax, this felt unacceptable for what amounted to a small cup of ice. Please refer to the pictures. I returned to the counter to show the discrepancy between the amount of ice and the beverage itself. Rather than acknowledging the issue promptly, the employee engaged in an argument before ultimately replacing the drink. Additionally, the young lady who initially took our order appeared disengaged. There was no greeting or smile, and her demeanor suggested she did not want to be there. I sincerely hope the level of service improves in the future. Kenny, if you see this, I encourage you to check in with your staff. Poor service can negatively impact your business, as evidenced by several other customer reviews that appear to be dissatisfied. This establishment used to be my preferred place to purchase dozens of donuts for my children's school events, and I would like to see it return to the level of service it once provided. Great customer service makes a big difference. .40 cents extra for bulk specialty donuts??????? For the 2 brownie batter donuts.

I ordered curbside pickup at this Wawa and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had…read more I have two young children, ages 2 and 3, one of whom was sleeping in the car. I specifically chose curbside pickup over a nearby drive-through because I thought it would be quicker and easier. I was completely wrong. I placed my order at 6:50 PM and was told it would be ready by 7:00. At 7:06, 16 minutes later with no order in sight, I called to ask where it was. The person who answered simply said "I'll check" and hung up. At 7:10, they finally called me back to ask me to repeat my parking spot. Apparently, they had no idea I was even there waiting for a curbside order. The smoothies finally came out at 7:17. That's 27 minutes for three smoothies, with two small kids in the car. While they did apologize for the wait, the apology felt hollow. Nobody was friendly throughout the entire process, and there was no real acknowledgment of how seriously inconvenient this was for someone sitting outside with two young children. To top it off, they forgot to include straws for one of the smoothies and didn't include any napkins. If you're considering curbside pickup at this location, don't. Go to the drive-through somewhere else. You'll save yourself the frustration.
