Great service. We appreciated it! Everything was hot and fresh. Manager is especially good at his job.

Did what it was suppose to do! Stopped by headed north for a quick coffee break and decided to order a breakfast sandwich. It was adequate. I must mention that the kids working in the back talked very inappropriately. None the less, I'm back on the road with a full stomach. read more

My daughter ordered a small Chocolate Covered Strawberry Daydream Refresher. Unfortunately, the cup was filled mostly with ice and contained significantly less of the usual chocolate topping. At $4.59 plus tax, this felt unacceptable for what amounted to a small cup of ice. Please refer to the pictures. I returned to the counter to show the discrepancy between the amount of ice and the beverage itself. Rather than acknowledging the issue promptly, the employee engaged in an argument before ultimately replacing the drink. Additionally, the young lady who initially took our order appeared disengaged. There was no greeting or smile, and her demeanor suggested she did not want to be there. I sincerely hope the level of service improves in the future. Kenny, if you see this, I encourage you to check in with your staff. Poor service can negatively impact your business, as evidenced by several other customer reviews that appear to be dissatisfied. This establishment used to be my preferred place to purchase dozens of donuts for my children's school events, and I would like to see it return to the level of service it once provided. Great customer service makes a big difference. .40 cents extra for bulk specialty donuts??????? For the 2 brownie batter donuts. read more

This is unacceptable--I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was completely burnt. The croissant and the cheese were both charred. I purchased this at the Dunkin' Donuts on England Street in Ashland, VA, and I would like a refund. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is an absolute disaster. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The filthy floors, disgusting smell, and grime everywhere. It was genuinely stomach turning. The service? Beyond slow. You could watch an entire episode of a show before anyone even acknowledges you. The whole place runs like no one cares at all. The tables and counters were greasy. Honestly, the whole store felt like it was coated in a layer of neglect. And somehow they made things even worse by not having a single organized spot for straws, sugar packets, anything. Customers were wandering around confused, digging through random areas just to fix their drinks. It felt chaotic and gross from start to finish. If you value your time, your coffee, or your basic sense of cleanliness, avoid this location like the plague. It's a complete embarrassment to the Dunkin' name. Wish I could give them no stars. You have customers paying and walking out eating their own money just because the service is so slow, good thing Starbucks is right across the street. read more

While driving home from a vacation, we decided to stop at this Dunkin for breakfast. I would rate them 1 star on all categories! We went inside and the menus were turned off. All the screens were black. The Dunkin was definitely outdated for nowadays but that wasn't really an issue for us. The bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper or soap. The food quality was awful here! I asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side and received a bagel with butter. We also ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and got a mango pineapple one. I was missing a plastic knife for my cream cheese as well. The service was so slow and I stood at the counter for at least a few minutes being stared at before even being approached. Do not stop here and find a different Dunkin because that was not a good experience!! Overall service is slow, food quality sucks, and employees are not very personable! Do not recommended! read more

Recently visited the lakeside location to purchase a few dozen doughnuts as a gift to a business we deal with locally- we ordered a dozen plain glazed and half doz of mixed--There were only 6 glazed left on the rack and no others on the way at 5 pm--(they close at 7) we took the six and made a combo of others to complete our 1. 1/2 dozen. As we were looking at the inside of the box- we noticed hair-- the "server" gave use a new box when we noticed hair on the glazed doughnuts-- he removed those - said sorry about that- and replaced them with more mixed-- he then took on a phone call and left us hanging so, we put gloves on and re organIzed the doughnuts ourselves in what we thought were clean boxes while he stepped away for the phone call--nothing more was offered by this server-- upon arriving to our gift receiptant destination-- we were totally grossed out with the doughnuts -- noticing too the remaining glazed doughnuts were very dry and old looking--the store and the whole mess-- we decided to return to the store and ask for a refund 17$ for the dozen (now higher because so many mixed) and 11 some odd for half-- the two "servers" could not grant our request as a manager was not on duty-- UNBELIEVABLE! They gave the manager cell number-- we said we would call the next day at the business The phone number listed on the site online for this lakeside location is NOT A WORKING NUMBER!!!- the manager cell we were given is not a working number!!!! This location is 40 minutes from the house and it was a special trips and event that prompted our visit.. The location is not well kept and has gone downhill since opening and to not have a manager on duty is NO GOOD for the safety of customers and for staff-- not to mention OSHA AND HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS- EXPENSIVE LESSON NOT WILLING to risk NO MANAGER IN DUTY AGAIN to ride the 40 minutes to the place to discuss our customer issues-- DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS - your representatives in this location and your product quality in this location BLOWS! WE WILL NEVER SHOP A DUNKIN AGAIN -- read more

Same awful service, long waits, and a bad smell. Nothing new to add. We should have known better than to stop here. Clearly the owner doesn't care about this location. Just don't go! read more

Wow. Well, we stopped to get coffees and to use the bathroom. We ran in and after many hours in the car needed to use the bathroom. We were behind a woman and man. They ordered a few donuts. They were literally so slow I wanted to scream but then as they went to ring up the woman asked for her actual coffee! I was behind these people 8 mins when my sons were done with bathroom and then I went in to use the bathroom. I came out of bathroom and they still hadn't taken our order. Forget it! We left without ordering anything bc it can't take this long to serve coffee and donuts!!!!! By the way the entire place smelt like a toilet. And the bathrooms were absolutely hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts bathroom I've ever seen read more

Manager/owner hides the trash cans, turns off the AC and uses a fan to cool the lobby. No toilet paper in the ladies room. Turned away 2 customers because of it. Another family just walked in looking for trash can I just updated them how this place is running. "This place is too filthy"!were the words as they walked out. Two teenaged looking employees seemed to hide in the back. The dining area looks as if not cleaned all morning, it is now 2:17 pm. They are doing a disservice to Dunkin Donuts, this establishment is. The employees chillin in the dining room during my :30 minute visit, apparently doing an interview. read more

We went in the morning, and there was a good selection of donuts. Our donuts and coffee were fine. The service was friendly but very slow with long lines. The dining area was dirty and didn't seem to have AC on. We took everything to go since it was nasty in there. Air vents were filthy making me question cleanliness in all areas. read more

This is a poor example of a Dunkin franchise. The store only accepted cash on Monday, August 12th; the card machines were not in service. Both male and female bathrooms had no toilet paper; folks used napkins for toilet paper, often leaving the soiled napkins on the bathroom floor. The Men's room had no lock. Only an empty hole where the lock should've been. The Home Office needs to look into this 'dump' and at least report the location to the Health Department. read more

This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had. Me and 2 other people went into order 1 breakfast item each and a drink each it took 11 minutes for 1 person to order while she was asked 5 times to repeat r her order. The toast was burn and she wasn't giving the right order. I went to order a caramel iced coffee and I was told they were out of coffee it took a total of 50 minutes to get 3 drinks while there was no one else there and no one in the drive theough. read more

I keep trying this location since it is close to where I live, but I keep getting let down. Atleast 3 times I've attempted to get doughnuts here and they have been completely out. so I'm coming to a doughnut store and you don't have doughnuts? today I went in one last time and the drive through had a sign that said "card only" and we sat there and had to yell at the speaker to get someone's attention. once someone answered they said "drive thru is closed but we are open inside". Went inside, bathrooms are out of service. it was about 230p and they were almost completely out of doughnuts and there were only a few munchkins left. Someone needs to make an effort at this location or just close it. it's very disappointing. read more

Worse Dunkin ever!!!! Placed an order on the app 30 minutes before and nothing was prepared. Also an item was missing.

Disgusting dirty and rude. Not worth the stop off the Highway, drive a bit more They also don't bother to update their online system so ordering from app will be wrong read more

Employees here do not care about you. They're rude. Take forever and just keeping talking amongst themselves when there's a line that needs assisted. I don't know if you need a new manager or all new employees. Worst Dunkin ever and takes forever. Please don't make yourself late to work for this place. Arrive an hour early to get 2 donuts and a sweet tea. Wow. read more

So disappointed. First time they got my order wrong and added sugar. So I politely sent it back. Drive Thru workers decided to mess with me and put probably 10+ pumps of vanilla syrup in the new one--one sip was absolutely vile. I gave them a few dollars before tip for their troubles because I didn't take the first sip until I drove away. May their consciences be troubled. read more

Don't buy too many of their Donuts, otherwise you'll be Dumpin' Donuts. This is a typical Dunkin Donuts, shiny and spanking brand new and right next to my friend's place about an hour south of Washington DC, halfway to Richmond or so. They were nice enough inside, the lady serving me was more than happy to let me use the bathroom even before she knew I was going to buy a hot chocolate, which, while tiny and overpriced, was still absolutely thick and creamy delicious much like the best Dunkin Hot Chocolates are. My companion got coffee and thought it was OK. read more

I am usually a big dunkin coffee fan. However, we stopped in here early on Thanksgiving morning(yes I know it is a holiday, but if you are going to open be open) It was definitely the B or C team. They were out of donuts and pastries, the machines were dirty and they couldn't serve cappuccino and they did not have the right size cups for orders and the iced coffee was gritty. I am sure places like this can be hit and miss... this was definitely a miss. However, we will probably give it another shot because it is right next to a hotel we stay in a few times a year. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for my Shot of Espresso. There were only 2 other cars in the lane and at least 3 employees there all looking around like they had no idea what they were doing. Dunkin' Corporate should take away this franchise from the current owner as its tarnishes the brand. I now swear to never visit another Dunkin Donuts ever again as long as I'm making my own conscious decision read more

Arrived after 9 am and they had no food, limited donuts, a broken espresso machine, and 1 employee working. Vents over the counter and food prep areas caked with dust. Normally Dunkin is in point, it seems this one, is not close to the norm. read more

Slowest service ever. Can't even say "I'll be with you in a minute." I would recommend going to another coffee shop.

I tried to go through the drive-thru about 11:30 a.m. this morning. There was one car in front of me. After waiting about 5 minutes, they pulled up to the window. After waiting another5 minutes, someone came to the speaker. There was this horrible squealing sound coming out of the speaker. When someone began talking, I couldn't hear what they had said. So I waited and waited and waited at least 5-10 minutes hoping they'd come back to take my order. It never happened so I pulled up. The car that had been in front of me was still sitting at the window so I waited some more. They eventually got their order and pulled away. I pulled up thinking I could place my order at the window. It was open but there was no one there. When I saw that, I pulled away. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN!!! read more

The best Dunkin experience. The worker, Rachel, was doing such a spectacular job, it was busy and there were many rude people in there but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied. If you are looking for frozen coffee's don't come to this location they advertise them but will not make them per Dunkin Donuts Corp?

This is possibly the most foul restaurant that I have ever been to. The trash was overflowing in every direction. Trash outside. Trash on the floor. Trash on top of every trash can. Bathrooms smelled and looked dismal. The men's bathroom literally had flies swarming the tipped over trash can. They were out of bagels and pretty much every single pastry other than like 7 types of donuts. Customer service wasn't awful but I'm just trying to cut those two girls some slack because they clearly don't have the time to be cleaning when they're making the donuts that they don't have. I knew from the foul condition of the restaurant that they wouldn't have a frozen coffee machine (which happens at a lot of dunkin's) but that just added onto the depressing nature. I hope that I never have to be anywhere near that dump ever again. read more

The location is great, new feel inside. However the management I have witnessed berate their employees, make them cry and through tears still serve you. Nothing says poor customer service like seeing adults take pleasure in feeding their egos by mistreating teenage kids. Maybe management here should be in other fields of work, like prison guards... Otherwise, the donuts are consistent to any other franchise of DD. read more

They were out of everything and screwed my order up they were slow and heavily understaffed

Slowest service ever...we waited 10 minutes at the drive through as the only car before someone even spoke to us. Could've just said be with you in a moment. The lady literally told us to go to Starbucks if we want sandwiches. read more

What is going on? Service has become unacceptable if not non-existent. Drive through speaker often does not work.
