This was my second visit over the past three years. The space is larger than you might think and allows for some chill time if you need it at a table. Everything at open was clean and staff was prepared for customers entering the park. They offer FREE WiFi. The operation looks authentic enough, but a few subtle differences. They do support the app for payment, however do not accept gift cards. Other than this the products are genuine Starbucks. The staff was young and not as energetic as I would hope. My Frappuccino order was processed without incident. The strawberry cream was good. Check them out, I think this may be the only Starbucks in Kings Dominion.

I got orange juice and it came in a giant glass and it was clearly from concentrate. Maybe that works in Iowa but at a specialty restaurant in a fashionable town I want fresh squeeze orange juice. I don't need 10 gallons of it. I would rather have a little juice glass full of fresh orange juice than a gallon of concentrated crap. I just don't think these people understand their clientele and they don't do anything special like blueberries for your pancakes.... There's so many things you can do with breakfast and they just did the bare minimum. It's so disappointing to have the restaurant with the absolute best geography in our community barely trying to make decent food or make customers comfortable in a clean environment. I was charitable when I gave them two stars because I actually felt bad. I want them to succeed, but they really need to rethink what they're doing and try a lot harder.
