I heard great things about Dunkin's PSL and PSL adjacent drinks, so I thought I would stop by for a try during my travels. It's colocated with the Exxon gas station and it has a drive thru. There is also a decent amount of parking. Inside seemed pretty clean. I mobile ordered a large Pumpkin Oatmilk Shaken Expresso with light ice for walk in pick up.I went directly to the pick up counter, but my drink wasn't there even after two people got their orders after ordering at the register. After I got their staff's attention, it turned out my drink had already been made and was behind the counter. I was surprised by how much room was left in my drink. In addition, I couldn't taste the pumpkin at all - not really any taste at all. For the volume, taste, and service, this definitely was not worth the price. Next time, I'll probably get my caffeine fix at McDonalds or the neighboring gas stations. read more

Just stopped here for breakfast on the way to Kings Dominion and it was such a great choice! We've been to a lot of Dunkin's all over Virginia but this one is one of our favorites. The coffee and matcha latte we ordered were made perfectly, the avocado toast had more roasted tomatoes on it than I usually get elsewhere and was very generously seasoned and service was fast and friendly. Cole and his team are beyond awful. All the orders were wrong; all had bad attitudes, and receipts were not available. It's perfectly fine that there was NOTHING in stock because of Covid but try to do the minimum, like warm food, drinks that are right and have the right flavors in them. They turned their back to us while they attempted to put the paper in their machine. Three people had to put the receipt in the machine while they laughed at us in the drive-thru. Horrible service! With the exception of one conscientious young lady, everyone behind the counter which busy socializing. They took orders, then would shoot the breeze and not start to build a product. Most orders a mess or unnecessarily slow. For example, they forgot to put eggs on a customer's breakfast wraps. Then, they added the eggs and cooked it again, turning it into a burnt cheese brick! The individual who made my wraps did all of the above, AND handled everything in the store with her glove hand while returning to play with my food! She scratched her face, her arms, and even took the dirty clipboard from the individual making deliveries to the store! I suppose I should feel fortunate that she didn't actually pick her nose! Where do I start; 1) went inside and was RUDELY told lobby was closed like I was suppose to know that....meanwhile all 3 female staff members were on their phones.... 2) pull up to the drive through with ONE car ahead of us, took 5mins just to get them to take the order ahead of us, then another few minutes after we pulled up to the mic for someone to answer. We were told there was a line..... 3) we order 2 cold coffees and 2 HOT coffees. We pull up to the window watching the staff literally just standing there talking taking their sweet ole time. 4) 3 of our coffees that we ordered come out, they put one of our HOT coffees in a PLASTIC cup stating "we are out of hot cups"; meanwhile the hot cups are right behind the lady. We asked for the 4th coffee which is the 2nd hot coffee and the girl says "there was 3 ordered" we showed receipt saying otherwise......took another few minutes to get my hot coffee made. Guess what it came in....a plastic cup!! 5) my brother expressed our concerns and thoughts on the customer service, well the lack of customer service. We were then cussed out and flipped off by the larger staff member. Meanwhile I look at the taller one and she was laughing as if they did this all on purpose. 6) we pull around front, I go inside to find the larger staff member cussing, saying she "I don't f*** care about my customer service skills, I work for a f*** chain, a f*** franchise." I walk up and kindly say nice customer service (don't think they recognized me since I was sitting in middle seat of my vehicle). The shorter of the 3 staff, who seemed quite pleasant and in my opinion was probably being pressured by the other two people to be rude and slow; asked how she could help me and I asked for a hot cup....she said sure thing and gave me a hot cup. The other two girls were still complaining about their job and cussing while other potential customers are near. I don't typically do this kind of thing but I was utterly shocked. Upon entering the restaurant I was told that the lobby was closed because their p.o.s system was inoperable and I would have to enter the drive thru. I advise the employee that I was truck driver and couldn't utilize the drive thru. He suggested that I walked around to the window and place my order. I again ask if he could take my order in store and was yet again denied. It's absurd to think that he'd rather someone walk thru a drive thru amongst cars than to take the order in store. The worst dunkin' i've ever been too! First we wait over 30 min to order when I had already done a mobile order. When we get to the pick up window the guy says he lost my order and needs to see my phone to make the coffee. I do make sure to tell him i'm pregnant and can only drink decaf so to make sure one is a normal latte and the other decaf. We wait 15 minutes and when he comes back with our coffee he states he doesn't know which one is the decaf!! He said he asked the girl in the back which one it was because he didn't make it and he basically guessed which one it was. So I taste the coffee and the order is not even the flavor or add ins I ordered. My husband and I get off to at least get a refund and we see he is the only one working the coffee station. Therefore he lied to us that someone else made the coffee and didn't even bother to make the correct coffee and tell us the truth that he didn't even make a decaf in the first place. We waited in line for another 25 minutes just waiting and watching him mess up on every single order he made watching as others complained about their order too. He called a girl in the back for help one time the whole time we were there and this girl would not come out and help us. When I finally spoke up and said I just wanted a refund after being there for over an hour and half for two lattes she finally came out the back to help us. This place needs to hire people who want to work in customer service and who know how to make coffee. Staff should not be working alone or with people who refuse to help, lie to their customers about their order because they can have some type of allergy or health problem just to rush them out and get to the next customer. While well known for their delicious coffee and donuts, I have become addicted to their specialty black pepper maple bacon egg sandwich. It has an awesome combination of flavors and I find myself eating it at least once a week! Not sure how long this specialty sandwich will be on their menu but I'm hoping forever! read more

Absolutely horrible. I have never used Yelp before but I joined just to write this review. Today is the second time I've been to this Dunkin'. The first time, I waited about 10 minutes to order and then about 20 minutes for my coffees. When I got them, they were supposed to be hot but were ice cold. I asked them to make them hot and they were great. Wasn't too bad. But today I returned and waited about 15 minutes in line. I ordered two coffees, nothing fancy, and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. There were two young men working there today and they were polite but they were dilly dallying and didn't seem to take anything seriously at all. Went here with some friends while coming back from a trip and it was wrong from the start. Handled an extreme wait time and no one was giving me confirmation that someone would get to me soon, they all just ignored me until finally someone asked me what I would like to order. Very rude attitude, as if I was holding her up, and could not comprehend me giving someone responses. Ended up not giving me a receipt for my order, and when I inquired where a part of my order was, was rudely questioned if I had my receipt, when replying no I had to locate and ask the cashier MYSELF if she could prove my honesty. After giving a blank look and honestly not paying attention, she admitted she had forgotten to give me it. Honestly the attitude of the workers was not worth the food, despite it being the best part of the experience.
