I like this location. The staff are polite and super patient. They also have recommendations if you don't know what you want. They are also knowledgeable about new menu items and willing to let you know what most customers say about them. It usually helps when deciding if you want to spend money to try them! They have a few tables and chairs inside, and the time I actually decided to do some work in there, there were also quite a bit of people in there. Overall, still a pretty good place to have a coffee date or do some work! I ordered a strawberry acai refresher without lemonade and the cookie croissant swirl. The refresher is my go to drink, but the cookie croissant swirl is a fairly new menu item I think. It tastes just like an Oreo cookie croissant. It's pretty good, but a bit too sweet for me. I think it'd be good for people with a sweet tooth or someone with a sweets craving! read more

5 Stars - Blown Away by Exceptional Service from Amie! I usually walk into Starbucks expecting a pretty standard experience--get my drink, maybe a polite smile, and I'm on my way. Nothing bad, but nothing remarkable either. But today? Today was different--all thanks to Amie. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Amie greeted me with such genuine warmth and energy that it immediately brightened my mood. She didn't just take my order--she connected. She asked how my day was going, made great suggestions when I looked unsure, and somehow made the whole process feel personal and effortless. It wasn't just customer service--it was hospitality. My drink was perfect, but honestly, even if it hadn't been, I still would've walked out with a smile. Amie completely transformed an ordinary coffee run into a memorable, uplifting moment. Starbucks, if you're reading this: Amie is a gem. Give that woman a raise, a medal, a parade--something! She reminded me why people fall in love with this brand in the first place. Thank you, Amie. You made my day. read more

Rude disrespectful upon walking in the door I was not greeted, but ask if I had made a purchase before I could be allowed to use the restroom I told the employee I would like to wash my hands first before making a purchase I was then rudely provided with a code Upon making my purchase, the assistant manager stated this was policy and If I had a problem to take a card and contact the district manager! Which prompt this review and probably an email later today due to the nasty response received from him! Bathroom policy I understand Rude and disrespectful I don't have to tolerate! Everyone should be treated with decency and respect Period! Unacceptable! read more

I just happened to be in the area and I wanted an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with a pump of sugar free vanilla syrup. The last location I went to messed of up and it was so bitter. The barista at this location made it just the way I wanted. I placed my order on the app and it was ready when I got there. I highly recommend doing that to avoid the always long drive thru lines. read more

Maya at this location is very rude and unprofessional, Talks bad about customers and mocks them right in front of them. Not welcoming. What's up with customer service these days? Seems like they don't train staff on that. read more

Went here again today, for my same usual, mango dragon fruit lemonade. This time I went inside to avoid the drive thru, and a lady named Mary took my order and she had the nastiest attitude. Idk why all the people here everytime I go have such bad attitudes. They need to have consequences for this and I know I'm not the only one who has this same issue. Smh. GET IT TOGETHER. read more

I love some of the staff here. So the 2 stars is for them The wait has become crazy here. I waited a half hour for a drink I mobile ordered because the lobby was closed and we had to do drive through. I thought, no biggie, there are only 6 cars. It took them a half hour to get through 6 cars. I'm not joking. When I finally got to the order screen I told them I had a Mobile ordered but it would probably need to be remade because I had ordered in 20 minutes ago. They assured me jr would be fresh. By the time I got to it it was super watered down and gross. I was so annoyed in waiting I just drank it read more

If you are looking for a filthy Starbucks run by disgruntled management, this location delivers. Test your patience on the Midlothian Turnpike. This Starbucks is a complete afterthought in terms of layout and efficiency. I have 30 minutes for lunch. I mobile ordered at noon. I waited in the store for 20 minutes and my food was ready but my drink was not. The manager was making cold brew and didn't greet me. The poor barista was training and in the weeds. The manager asked if I had been helped. I explained this and they were offended by statements of fact. They then proceeded to give me a refund. It would have taken just as long to make the dirty chai I ordered. I left empty handed and will not return. read more

This location is super slow. The employees are not always that friendly either. When you walk into the store they do no greet you like other locations. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building. And the food!!!!! The food!!!! Disgusting. They always have to check if something is "in stock" and when you receive it, you can tell why! Every food item I have got here is super dry and old!!! You can tell the food is not fresh at ALL read more

Extremely rude employee/cashier at this location! I have made purchases on multiple occasions and experienced her attitude. She complains about having to count change if you don't use your card, and she laughs at customers. It also took over 20 minutes past the expected pickup time for my mobile order to get prepared, which was only two drinks. People came in and ordered while I was waiting and had their drinks way before me. I will never return to this store again! read more

f you're looking for consistency... well they are consistent alright... consistently making things wrong. I have ordered the Dragon Drink from this a Starbucks quite a few times and they ALWAYS mess up the drink... no coconut milk, a refresher.... and today no dragon fruit. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I got the most flippant employee. She told me there was a National shortage on th dragon fruit pieces. She tried to tell me it WAS a dragon drink just not fruit. I said it's not the dragon drink because it had no fruit. She argued that it was. I asked if you went to a restaurant and they didn't give you one of your items, then you would not have your order'. She stated we are not a restaurant. Now my husband will is there and MIRACULOUSLY- another restaurant (during a National shortage) delivered some dragon fruit pieces in the fifteen minutes since we were there. My advice, keep driving to the next Starbucks. read more

The only reason I have given this Starbucks 3 stars is because the staff has consistently been friendly and my drink is made correctly. However, I actively go out of my way to the Forest Hills Starbucks due to the harassment I receive from the individuals loitering outside of this Starbucks location. Every single time I have gone there, there is at least one person taking up the entire patio with their backpack/things and asking for money. You have to physically walk past them to get through the door. On multiple occasions I have been cursed out/ yelled at when I either ignore them or say no. I understand people are in need now more than ever, however, if I am on my lunch break trying to pick up my order I don't want to be accosted by the individuals sitting right by the only entrance to the place. read more

Ive been waiting in a drive through line with 4 cars for over 20 minutes. We are all trapped. What is happening?

This is my go to Starbucks. I LOVE the staff here!! All of them are so warm and friendly. Erik is my favorite. He always knows exactly how I like my drinks. The drive thru can get long, so just go inside! These are the best workers and I love all of them so much. If you stop and get to know them, they can be the sweetest people around I promise. Just be kind. read more

I truly hate to complain but it seems lately that my order has been cold. Every time. I like my coffee hot in the mornings and on a cold day to warm me up and my coffee has been lue warm barely warm. So I had a gift card to use for a project at work and was buying for a group of people. I ordered 4 drinks and $30 worth of pastries. The baristas were all very friendly and helpful. They were extremely busy with drive thru orders and once I started placing my order a line started to form behind me. If I could leave a review for the impatient customers behind me they would all get a thumbs down except the last lady in line (older lady, I think she had a cane and she smiled, she seemed calm unlike the rest of the line). I kid you not, I checked the time on my phone and they were waiting less than three minutes before they started to get assisted yet they were rolling their eyes, heavily sighing, tapping their feet and frowning. What a bunch of sour pusses. 5 stars for everything correct 5 stars for being friendly 5 stars for keeping cool under pressure 5 stars for being helpful 5 stars for helping each other out 0 stars for the three impatient jerks behind me. read more

I'll start by saying the people here are great and always polite and friendly. A great positive on this day and time. The product is good but over priced. So why only 3 start? They seem chronically understaffed! So much so they sometimes indicate they are out of things on the app when they are not, to discourage mobile orders! Also, if you sit in the outside area in front of the store, you get waves of a sewer smell! Starbucks! Check that out and get it fixed! read more

I've only been to this location a handful of times, but the staff has been extremely friendly on each occasion! I've been here twice and I haven't been impressed either time. They have a drive thru so that's a plus, but the Starbucks in Chesterfield is much better. The customer service at the cashier was fine, but the people who prepare your order either forget about it or don't fill it up all the way (so what are you really paying for?) and I'm not the only one whose order was forgotten. read more

Who doesn't love Starbucks!!!! I am glad I got the frequent buyer gift card thing. Kind of neat how it works and the pretty card that you get alone is pretty awesome!! This location has a drive-thru --which makes it deserve the 5 stars I gave it for that alone in my opinion. Never had a problem here and I hope I don't jinx myself saying that! I can't wait for the fall for the delicious seasonal coffees. I'll have to watch my caffeine this season, but I'll just order the grande or venti and skip my usual addition of expresso shot (s). First I'd like to start off by saying I created a Yelp account just to write this review. I LOVE STARBUCKS. I go very frequently and spend a lot of money. Let me tell you, this location is fucking AWFUL. I live 5 minutes from it so it's usually my go to. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT WHEN I COME TO THIS STARBUCKS THE WAIT IS OUTRAGEOUS. 20+ minutes almost every single time. There is no sense of urgency and they always seem to have an attitude and never polite. No smiles. No hi, how are you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Normally when you walk inside the store they never acknowledge you and when they come to the register they just stare at you. Usually I would be able to deal with this; however, my order again more often then not is always wrong and or taste absolutely like shit. For instance this morning I asked for a Caramel Mocha and you know what I got... a caramel macchiato.. which might I add taste like shit. And I refuse to go back in line to wait another twenty minutes for my correct order. As a frequent customer you would think I would be treated a bit more respectfully but that's not the case. This place is garbage and if I could give it zero stars I would. Starbucks, if you see this, as a past retail worker myself, you need to retrain your staff because currently it's just not it. read more

I'm confused by other reviews. Out of all the Starbucks' that I go to, this one by far is my favorite. Granted I always order on the mobile app or in the drive thru, but the staff here is so nice. There are two or three who I swear always work (not sure of their names) but they are super nice. Every time I've ordered on the mobile app, my drink is ready and waiting for me when I get there. Once or twice there has been some issue and they replace the drink quickly. This is my standard to compare to other Starbucks stores. read more

I've now been going here for a year and I have seen a huge improvement in service at drive thru and the consistency of my morning coffee order. Missy is the best at everything she does and they are lucky to have her! She's happy and upbeat when on the drive thru window and when on the bar you best believe your drink is perfect! I enjoy the friendliness of the staff they really make my morning awesome. The manager is sweet as well. read more

Dear Starbucks, Look, I get it. I'm not much of a morning person either. But, where I work, I go in early. I mean, butt-crack early. It used to be my options at 5:30 a.m. were pretty limited. Wawa. McDonalds. Einstein Bagels. So I was pretty thrilled when I saw that you were open that early. Of course, things did not go that well on my first try. It was Monday. Someone overslept and didn't make it in time to open the store. These things happen. But then it started to be the little things. Does it take that much effort to include a napkin? Or put things in a bag? A week and a half with no black tea lemonade available. Out of oatmeal a couple of times. The oven isn't warm yet. All of which means a few things. I either go down a few lights to get something terrible from Hardees, I fight the crowd at Wawa, or my boss brings me something from her always on-the-money Starbucks. So this morning, yeah. It was awesome. Granted, I was there at 5:32 a.m.. But ... I could see you working inside. Three of you. So I waited. The guy who pulled in behind me gave it a few minutes then backed up and drove off. I drove around and waited. Then at 5:45, I tried again. And ... silence. And, I could still see you all in there. The lights were on. So I did what I hate doing--getting out of my car, because it's early and I am not a morning person and, hey, that's why you're a drive-thru, so I don't have to. But, I got out and went to the door, which was locked. And the young lady just stood there looking at me. Your customer. So I got back in my car. And, I really like the cool hat and all, but running over to unlock the door at that point was just a little too late. So, all of the art on the cups and the expanded menu and all of the woo woo, you know, it's cool and all. But ... if you can't serve your customers, they will go elsewhere. I don't really want to, because no one else has what you have that I really, really love. (Which is the iced tea lemonade.) But I doubt I will try tomorrow, maybe in a few weeks, or maybe not at all. Sincerely, Me in the white car read more

Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes just now when I go here everyday and get the same drink, and it always turns out different, it's still good. But today they put extra regular sugar rather than the syrup sugar in a cold drink and as soon as I took a sip all there was, was bits of sugar all in my mouth. They should know to either blend it enough so that doesn't happen or use the syrup sugar that I ASKED FOR. Not to mention once I got to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. I only have a 15 minute break. Will not be coming back here. read more

Great Professional Customer Service. Quick and Accurate Service from the Drive Thur. Enjoyed My Toasted White Mocha.

Went to this Starbucks earlier this morning around 9:30-10, went through the drive through. The person working drive thru was extremely disrespectful and condescending. I kept repeating my order and when she finally acknowledged what I said she was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me this is Starbucks as if I'm stupid and don't know where I am at. I'm very familiar with the company and the products they carry. I've been a gold card member for a couple years now and this was my first encounter with a rude Starbucks employee. Needless to say I left that drive thru without my order because I will not spend my money with rude workers and no telling what a person with such a nasty attitude could and would do to my order. This location is always represented Starbucks terribly. They always mess up my orders, very unfriendly, and RUDE. read more

Whether you go through the drive thru or go inside, be prepared to wait. This location is right off Chippenham, so all the morning traffic stop here. I am sitting here now surrounded by literally 14 waiting customers. If you're running late, DO NOT come here. The staff is perfectly pleasant and my orders are usually correct (albeit not complicated). Just a fair warning about wait times, about 90% of the time. read more
