AVOID THIS STARBUCKS!!! I ordered Grande Caramel Macchiato without ice and this is what I got. The woman that served this was rude and no professionalism. First, she gave me one with ice while it was clearly written NO ICE. If you see a woman who has long hair and overweight, avoid her and hopefully you will have a better experience than I had. The longest i've waited in the drive through line ever at a Starbucks. The car behind me literally back out of the line because we were waiting so long. Frankly, not sure what the problem was. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. My boyfriend, friend and I are in a road trip and wanted to get coffee for the road. It is 11:37 PM AND needed some coffee for the road. I asked LUPE for a Nitro cold brew asked to add vanilla. From the beginning , she was UPSET because we didn't know what the correct name of the cold brew was. We kept going back and forth because there are many options and couldn't remember the drink we had order last time. But it is HER job to explain it to us or answer any questions we have without being so rude. When we got to the widow, our drink was incorrect and I tried to explain it to her what we wanted and she answered with attitude "you confirmed the order" "this is how we do it here". We asked again if the drink had vanilla sweetener because the label didn't have it and she said "yes I already told you yes. And CLOSED THE WINDOW. I understand that maybe I need to know what drink I want but it is her JOB to give the best costumer service, and answer any questions! It is thanks to us coffee lovers that you have a job in the first place. Lupe , please provide better costumer service. All I wanted was a better drink for the road. Went in at about 9:30am on 10/1. Worst Starbucks experience I very had. The man at the register took my order and misunderstood my coffee order which was No biggy. When I advised him I wanted it cold, he literally huffed and sighed very disrespectfully and was rude. I called him on it so he'd have some type of accountability. We stopped here driving on the way from SLO to OC. It was pretty crowded but plenty of parking and they took our order quickly. Driving through town, haven't been this way in a few years. Pleasant surprise. The ALL FEMALE STAFF, very attentive and friendly. I was greeted right as I entered.
