The only other group there, a party of three, was already eating, yet we continued to sit there waiting for service. At that point, we decided to get up and leave. It's disappointing to spend that much time waiting without even having our order taken. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby, so unfortunately, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Good customer service starts with acknowledging your customers, and that was clearly missing during our visit.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. The drive-through menu board/kiosk was extremely dirty and foggy, to the point where it was difficult to see the item names or the pictures. This made ordering frustrating and unnecessary hard. On top of that, the employees were quite rude and came across as disrespectful, with a very "I don't care" attitude toward customers. The overall customer service was poor and unwelcoming. Lastly, being prompted to leave a tip through the drive-through is honestly ridiculous, especially when the service quality is this low. Tips should be earned through good service, not expected or pushed onto customers. This location seriously needs to address cleanliness, professionalism, and basic customer service standards. read more

I'm surprise why it's such a low rating. Here's my honest opinion. I travel every weekend to LA and I always stop by on my way there and on my way back so twice a day for the last almost 3 years. Service is always great and bathrooms are decent. That darn toilet just sucks with the flushing so you may have to hold it down or even flush a few times and it takes forever to fill otherwise it's fine. (Women restroom) The drinks are always good. I haven't gotten any burnt espresso yet. Some places have their water temperature so high it burns the coffee. I would def recommend this location. Btw the location on the west of I-5 is horrible. The drinks are never consistent so don't waste your money plus they are super slow. Just a FYI so you save time and money. Enjoy! read more

Stopped by this Starbucks on our way to Paso Robles, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is convenient, right off the highway, making it a perfect spot for a quick break. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, despite the morning rush. Our drinks were prepared perfectly and quickly. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and just what we needed to fuel our drive. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a cozy atmosphere. We appreciated the comfortable seating and ample charging stations, which allowed us to recharge both ourselves and our devices.
