Starbucks - This is the deck at the Apache Junction Starbucks. This is why I love this place. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Apache Junction, Arizona

Came to visit this cool Starbucks. Walked in and literally stood in front of the resisters for about 2 min, while a team member was doing something on the register. There were no other customers around. The manager walked past and said someone would be right with me. I kept waiting and STILL was not being acknowledged. No greeting, nothing at all. So rude. The barista noticed and asked for my order so he could get it started and he then said my drink would be on the house today. That's how bad it was. When a customer is at the counter, GREET THEM. It doesn't matter what you're doing, whether your register may have been malfunctioning or ANY reason whatsoever, GREET THEM. Acknowledge them. Don't ignore them. read more

I find that this is one of the most relaxed Starbucks on the planet. Off planet, who knows. The porch is huge and there are outdoor couches. People bring their dogs and employees walk out with dog treats. It is a great place to sit and socialize. It doesn't feel like the same old Starbucks. read more

I went to this location on my way to visit my friend out in San Tan. I got in line and immediately someone got behind me. It was then I realized, I didn't have my debit card. I got up to the spot to order and let the lady know that I forgot my debit card and that I was going to just drive through. The lady on the other end wouldn't let me do that and offered to take care of my drink. I declined but she would let me take no for an answer. To that lady working.. thank you. You have no idea how much that truly meant to me. I was having a horrible morning but just that kind gesture really changed my mood for the day. You guys have wonderful employees working for you!! read more

To be fair I am a Starbucks fan. So glad we have this store in AJ. They are friendly and try to keep up with the steady customers.

Honestly I'm not the type to complain about places. Over and over they get my drinks wrong I don't normally mind but I just found out they messed up my sons drink hes allergic to dairy and we got him a pink drink which is supposed to just be coconut milk but they mixed both diarys milk and coconut milk didnt notice till he was having diarrhea all night because of it. read more

My favorite barista is Kristan. She is awesome and remembers her customers which means a lot to me. I've been coming to this Starbucks for like 7 years now. She's my fav. The rest of the staff is awesome too. Always clean too :) read more

I visited this Starbucks five years ago and loved the huge veranda! Great service and, of course, great coffee! The weather ain't bad either! LOL read more

Take my advice, drive a little further to Signal Butte, or down to Ellsworth...trust me, it's worth it. I've gone to this Starbucks many times in hopes maybe the lack of my orders are new baristas, or busy times? Well, no. They never fill the cups to the top, sounds petty? Not really because when you order something, they will always make it right? I hate to be the one who complains, I just deal with it in hopes it'll be better the next time. Not so much, there is always something wrong with my drink... read more

Went through the drive thru about 2:58 was disappointed. First of all this drive thru was really narrow. Second of all asked for a salted caramel frappacino got and paid for a mocha frappacino. Star dash didn't load even though I bought a coffee infused drink. read more

GET YOUR DARK CARMEL BACK FOR GODS SAKE!!!!!!you waste your time on unicorn frappes ( YEAH, NASTY!!!) but you won't bring back your dark caramel to make the caramel ribbon crunch, something that's a good seller should not be seasonal......should be YEAR ROUND ...so I will continue to get my frappe from McDonald's until you come back with the dark caramel for the caramel ribbon crunch. I go through the drive through here every morning before work and am always greeted with the best customer service. The girls here usually recognize me and my order, and are always eager to chat while my drink is being made. When I visit other Starbucks I immediately notice the difference in customer service, not that the other ones are particularly bad, but the people at this location are 10x's better. Ive never had an order messed up, in fact I've gotten offered more free drinks here than anywhere else! Definetly a clean location, great customer service, and an all around good place. read more

Don't know why I go to this Starbucks. Not a warm welcome and I have yet to get a drink that's correct. Disappointed.

I've had a couple hit-and-miss experiences at this drive-thru (forgotten item or mixed up item) but they always made it right. Yesterday just before noon: they forgot the breakfast sandwich, apparently didn't heat it long enough, and it was still frozen in the middle the iced coldbrew (which came out first and quite swiftly) was warm Didn't realize either until I was down the road and already on the freeway. read more

I'm on vacation visiting and this location has been my stop in the mornings. I got an iced vanilla latte and they made me a hot one instead. When I said I wanted it iced the lady talked back and said "usually when you see me writing on a hot cup you would correct me." I'm a barista back home and I would NEVER correct someone like that. She definitely needs to check her attitude before going to work. read more

I've gone to Starbucks about every single day in this past month or so, and my experiences are touch and go. There are days I recieve my drink made perfectly and everything I order. These past few times, ive been very disappointed. My stuff gets forgotten and I always need to remind them of my orders. Also I ordered a Venti Triple Caramel Macchiato, and I recieved literally just milk and a caramel.. and barely any Caramel at that.. it was very upsetting. I highly suggest you make sure your employees learn the way of Starbucks, thanks for your excellent service. read more

I love this store! The people are on point. Courteous and happy. Quick my order and always deliver with a smile. Recommend this location for everyone. read more

I go to starbucks every morning. For the last 2 Tuesday's the women making the drinks must be saving the company some money. I order chi tea and the only thing I can taste is hot water and milk. I order 7 pumps.I guess on Tuesdays I will start going to the one on Signal Butte. The other days the girls are great. read more

Great Starbucks. Always friendly and helpful. What I don't like is how they set up this location, it seems like they care more about cars at the drive-through than pedestrians. If you want to use the entrance at the east side you have to squeeze yourself through the cars waiting at the drive through. read more

Love this Starbucks! Great drinks and the staff is always so nice. So glad I live so close! More coffee please!

One of the coolest seating arrangements I've ever seen for a Starbucks. I can't really comment on the quality because it's Starbucks and it tastes the same everywhere. But the staff is super friendly! read more

Oh how I want to love this Starbucks but giving it three stars is a bit generous. They are incredibly slow. I usually hit the drive thru and every time I am waiting FOREVER. And if I ever order more than one drink I can almost guarantee that one of them will be wrong. It is pretty frustrating when I order two drinks and one will be wrong 95% of the time. It cannot be that hard to get it right!! I have only gone inside a handful of times and not surprisingly I find myself waiting even longer. It is not all bad though. It has a great seating/patio area. When I have been inside, it is pretty clean. I have never had a bad customer service experience. The employees are friendly enough. Being so close to my house, it is a shame that they are not more consistent. read more

The wait is always so long. I will avoid this one and go to one of the other 2 locations near here.

This place is super nice and has great customer service! Called before I came In to ask about the pumpkin cheesecake frappe and although the guy I was talking with had said they don't actually make them he also said he knows the recipe and will try if I'd like. When I went in it was very clean and I was welcomed and my frappe was ready to go! It was delicious! Thank you! read more

Usually very friendly employees. Today whole new group and not friendly. Miss the old crew. Coffe is good though

Fav in Az. Love the patio with music.

I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised about this Starbucks. I had about an hour and a half to kill as I was waiting for my next appointment. So I decided to stop by to try to get some work done. From the outside I thought it was going to be a very small space with very little seating available. However I was surprised when I walked in to see that there were lots of tables with plug-ins for my laptop. Highly recommend this place if you need a few minutes to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done read more

This location is TERRIBLE!! They messed up a tea order and were completely rude when I asked them to add more sweetener. Every employee there was short and irritated at 11 am. There were no napkins out to help clean the overflow of my drink and the employee gave me one napkin. Not all Starbucks are created equal. read more

What happened to this Starbucks? A couple of years ago this was a great shop with great service. Now the quality of the service is poor over all with new staff appearing it seems weekly. This Starbucks needs to improve quickly. read more

Even the best coffee is awful when served with a shot of rudeness. One of my employees loves Starbucks so I went to buy her one for her birthday. I don't drink coffee and I wasn't sure what to get so I asked if I could have a minute. The girl in the drive through told me, "Not really, but OK." There was no one in line behind me or in front of me. The whole minute that I asked for only took me about 15 seconds, and no one ever did pull in behind me while I was there. The rudeness was completely unnecessary. And they have the nerve to have a tip jar? Starbucks charges enough for the coffee. If the wages are so low that they need to be supplemented with tips that is not my problem. A job well done? Well even though it must take years of training and the IQ of a genius to learn how to make a cup of coffee, plenty of people do their jobs well in life and they don't get tipped. The two stars are for the friendly guy at the window who saw my Bears hat and attempted to make a conversation about football. I appreciated that he at least tried to show me some service. read more
