I went to this location on my way to visit my friend out in San Tan. I got in line and immediately someone got behind me. It was then I realized, I didn't have my debit card. I got up to the spot to order and let the lady know that I forgot my debit card and that I was going to just drive through. The lady on the other end wouldn't let me do that and offered to take care of my drink. I declined but she would let me take no for an answer. To that lady working.. thank you. Came to visit this cool Starbucks. Walked in and literally stood in front of the resisters for about 2 min, while a team member was doing something on the register. There were no other customers around. The manager walked past and said someone would be right with me. I kept waiting and STILL was not being acknowledged. No greeting, nothing at all. So rude. The barista noticed and asked for my order so he could get it started and he then said my drink would be on the house today. That's how bad it was. When a customer is at the counter, GREET THEM. It doesn't matter what you're doing, whether your register may have been malfunctioning or ANY reason whatsoever, GREET THEM. Acknowledge them. Don't ignore them. read more

I find that this is one of the most relaxed Starbucks on the planet. Off planet, who knows. The porch is huge and there are outdoor couches. I've had a couple hit-and-miss experiences at this drive-thru (forgotten item or mixed up item) but they always made it right. I'm on vacation visiting and this location has been my stop in the mornings. I got an iced vanilla latte and they made me a hot one instead. When I said I wanted it iced the lady talked back and said "usually when you see me writing on a hot cup you would correct me." I'm a barista back home and I would NEVER correct someone like that. I've gone to Starbucks about every single day in this past month or so, and my experiences are touch and go. There are days I recieve my drink made perfectly and everything I order. These past few times, ive been very disappointed. My stuff gets forgotten and I always need to remind them of my orders. Also I ordered a Venti Triple Caramel Macchiato, and I recieved literally just milk and a caramel.. and barely any Caramel at that.. it was very upsetting. I go through the drive through here every morning before work and am always greeted with the best customer service. The girls here usually recognize me and my order, and are always eager to chat while my drink is being made. When I visit other Starbucks I immediately notice the difference in customer service, not that the other ones are particularly bad, but the people at this location are 10x's better. Ive never had an order messed up, in fact I've gotten offered more free drinks here than anywhere else! Definetly a clean location, great customer service, and an all around good place. read more

I go to starbucks every morning. For the last 2 Tuesday's the women making the drinks must be saving the company some money. I order chi tea and the only thing I can taste is hot water and milk. I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised about this Starbucks. I had about an hour and a half to kill as I was waiting for my next appointment. So I decided to stop by to try to get some work done. From the outside I thought it was going to be a very small space with very little seating available. However I was surprised when I walked in to see that there were lots of tables with plug-ins for my laptop. Oh how I want to love this Starbucks but giving it three stars is a bit generous. They are incredibly slow. I usually hit the drive thru and every time I am waiting FOREVER. And if I ever order more than one drink I can almost guarantee that one of them will be wrong. It is pretty frustrating when I order two drinks and one will be wrong 95% of the time. It cannot be that hard to get it right!! I have only gone inside a handful of times and not surprisingly I find myself waiting even longer. It is not all bad though. It has a great seating/patio area. When I have been inside, it is pretty clean. I have never had a bad customer service experience. The employees are friendly enough. Even the best coffee is awful when served with a shot of rudeness. One of my employees loves Starbucks so I went to buy her one for her birthday. I don't drink coffee and I wasn't sure what to get so I asked if I could have a minute. The girl in the drive through told me, "Not really, but OK." There was no one in line behind me or in front of me. The whole minute that I asked for only took me about 15 seconds, and no one ever did pull in behind me while I was there. The rudeness was completely unnecessary. And they have the nerve to have a tip jar? Starbucks charges enough for the coffee. If the wages are so low that they need to be supplemented with tips that is not my problem. A job well done? Well even though it must take years of training and the IQ of a genius to learn how to make a cup of coffee, plenty of people do their jobs well in life and they don't get tipped. The two stars are for the friendly guy at the window who saw my Bears hat and attempted to make a conversation about football. I appreciated that he at least tried to show me some service. read more
