The offered items are some of the usual Starbucks merch, but also some that are unique to the Pueblos. Ample seating; they even hv a conference room. The restrooms hv always clean when I've used them Angelica, Jay, and Lexi were all courteous, helpful, smiling. And my new to me drink was perfect, one of the Valentine's White Chocolate Strawberry. Seven days without a Starbucks beverage makes one weak. One customer before me and the store was empty and quiet prior to us walking in. Service was a little lacking. My personal cup is kinda in your face, hard to miss, with all those stickers covering the original off season enamel pattern. I was surprised that I had to tell the party taking my order a second time that I had a personal cup as it sat in the vacant space by the register. I had also requested big pup cups for a couple of my BIG (Giant breed) dogs. I did receive a couple little cups filled like an ice cream cone. Prior to her beginning to fill one I asked again for something a little bigger and she switched from tiny plastic to tiny paper. ChiHuaHua size pupcup for a Great Dane?! This is my favorite Starbucks in New Mexico. This location is special for a number of reasons. First, it is a Starbucks owned by the Pueblo indian tribes of New Mexico. Supporting this location helps support the pueblo tribe. Second, this location is very unique. It is the largest Starbucks in New Mexico. Outside and inside, it has beautiful pueblo-inspired architectural features. Inside, there is beautiful pueblo-inspired artwork. Third, the employees are just genuinely friendly. They tend to have stable employees here, so you get to know them, and they get to know you. For me, a friendly wave and nice quick conversation helps set my day off in a positive direction. Love this location!! I stop here almost every day on my commute to work. My drink is somewhat complicated and these amazing baristas go above and beyond to not only remember my drink but treat me like I am family! Love this place as it is close to my son's school. But I do not like the music level here. When it comes to Starbucks my normal review is 4 stars. Very few locations are truly "great" and very few are just "OK". I am happy to report that his location really is a cut about the rest and totally deserves 5 stars. So, what makes this location so good? First, we'll start with the basics. They have plenty of parking and seating. There is a whole parking lot behind that store that will never fill up. This location is larger than the average shop so they have all kinds of seating, in case you have a preference. There are high tops, a bar by the window, tables with booth backs, large tables for group projects and comfy chair. There is also a substantial patio which I have yet to enjoy b/c I stumbled across this show in winter. Next, we'll move onto the fancy stuff. This location has a fireplace in one corner which really lends itself to a cozy relaxed feeling. It also has a sizable conference room in case you need to hold a meeting for whatever reason. And, as mentioned before, they have a great patio section that will come into play much more as the weather warms up. Finally, to round things out, the service is decent and they've always gotten my order correct. They are fairly removed from high foot traffic areas so this cuts down on sketchy characters hanging out in the store (a common issues at other locations). To sum things up, this is my favorite location in the city. I go out of my way to hit it up. Give it a try sometime. read more

So have not been here in a while. Was in the office sir walked over. It was a nice atmosphere here and just relaxing. They have a new strawberry crème Frappuccino that is the bomb!! I waited 20 minutes for the staff to make a hot chai tea, and hand me a pumpkin loaf, after asking twice no one knew it was supposed to be made, the guy that took my order had forgotten to enter it?? Idk how that happens, I have my receipt, finally I get my stuff and hot chai is barely warm, the place has a handful of people in there not busy at all . If staff spent less time joking around with each other and more time doing their job, it would be a better place to stop by, it's a beautiful building. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks it is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It's so much larger than any other Starbucks in town. You feel like you have a run of the place. It is beautifully decorated which makes it a delight to sit down and enjoy your coffee. The outdoor seating is as nice as the inside. The staff was wonderful and very personable with customers making the experience even better. Now I'm not sure why but my drink was almost a dollar less then most any other place in town. So bonus! Finally I am pleased that this area seems to be thought through so far. With the four businesses all are unique but blend well for a traveler with a hotel, Starbucks, a dominos and finally a great local burger place. I'm a little anxious to see the area develop. This location has really gone downhill. I enjoyed this location because of the fact that it is owned by the Native American Cultural Center, which gives it a unique ambiance that has a taste of New Mexico and New Mexico pueblos. The building is absolutely beautiful and this is a really great location if you are in need of a place to study or to simply pass a Saturday morning. However, the price differences between this Starbucks and other Starbucks is not something that I agree with. It doesn't seem right that they charge more for their drinks than other Starbucks. Also, there are always baristas in training and many of them do not know how to make the drinks properly (and I say this as a former barista, myself). On three separate occasions, I have had the staff not know the drinks of their menu, the cashier be rude and discouraging and having to ask them to re make the drink because something was left out. I believe there is a lot of corner cutting at this location, unfortunately, since it didn't used to be like this when the previous store manager was in charge a couple years ago. read more

What I had forgotten was that I was supposed to use the offer on the day of my birthday and it was 4 days later. Walking into the office I noticed they took the time to write on my cup "have a good day" this actually made my day! Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino was DELICIOUS! Great atmosphere and customer service as well.

I have been to this location 3 times. All three time they are out of cold brew. Today I asked for something similar but the salted caramel foam on top. They gave me cold coffee with the foam. The coffee was way to bitter and like burnt. I out a ton of sugar I still couldn't drink it. I asked for a caramel mochiatto and maybe because I complain the other one was way to bitter this one tasted like milk only. I just don't think they have it down. A little more training with staff would help. read more

I go here on my lunch break regularly. The lady always makes recommendations to me and although I usually order a grande iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk, I tried the prickly pear frappe one time. It was amazingly delicious! Easily the best fruity drink there. I think it was only for a limited time. Although I enjoy the ambiance of this particular Starbucks, (because it is modernly tailored around the New Mexican culture) they have just two faults I've found. The first one is that the are a boutique Starbucks, so, they do not participate in the discounts or promotions on your Starbucks membership. For example if I gained enough points for a free drink I wouldn't be able to redeem it at this Starbucks. However, you can scan your Starbucks card to pay and add points toward a purchase. Another thing: I like to order Starbucks' chocolate croissants, they are so good. Usually I'm offered if I wanted heated up at any other location. Not this one, they don't do that. This Starbucks is great! It's huge inside and beautiful. They have a conference room in the back that fits about 12 people or so around a table. Very kid friendly, they have a shelf with books, crayons and coloring pages. I also appreciate the fact they have a baby changing table in the women's AND men's restroom. Great for kids, they usually bring crayons and coloring paper to my toddler. Nice for space and electric outlets, anyone who does quality control needs to swing by this pace and take notes to bring it up to par w/other locations. read more

I have been to this location a few times. It is spacious and although it tends to be busy, the large size means you won't have trouble finding a space. I do find that they are sometimes slow to make drinks. Today they were exceptionally slow, in part because one of the baristas was not making drinks in order. A group of her friends came in, so she instead made there drinks first, causing others to wait an extra five minutes. She claimed she was backed up but that was clearly not the case. If it wasn't for the wait and favoritism, I would have rated four or maybe even five stars. read more

One easy way to distinguish a "big city" from an up-and-coming-maybe-it'll-be-big-someday metro is to check out the operating hours of local cafes. Big cities are packed with great coffee shops that stay open late, it's that simple. Albuquerque, at this point, doesn't begin to qualify for this designation; aside from our only local coffee chain, Satellite, I can't think of a single cafe that keeps the doors unlocked after 6pm, and most close at 3. But the reality is directly connected to the consumer around here: if Burqueños would support evening caffeine, it would be here. This Seattlebucks location is unique not only for its hours (open till 9), but its architecture, as well. In form it has that typical modular, windowed feel, but because it was constructed on Native property (right across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and a gas station that offers a drive-thru cigarettes), it features a few nods to ancestral New Mexico: a kiva fireplace, a dark wood slatted roof, some photos from Pueblos around the state, and random travel mug pottery. It's very, very spacious -- I believe it bills itself the largest Seattlebucks in the state -- complete with a private "community room" that seats about 15 with these regulations: First come, first serve; Your group must spend at least $100 on product, and you can have it for a couple hours. Maybe it's just new, but man, the place is really clean. And while I'd love to be sitting in a local shop, I've been telling business owners for years that this area of the city, the near North Valley, is so ripe for gentrifier exploit, anyone could pick their pockets. I mean, there's a ton of money around here, and nothing to spend it on. Virtually no restaurants, one crappy grocery store and the Co-op (I have my issues with that place). No cafes. A ton of coffee drinkers, no cafes. For shame. I'm glad I can finally get my jittery late night jig on. Finally. read more

I would give this Starbucks 5-Stars if it had a drive-thru. Every time I come to this location their food is hot, they have vegetarian options available, and their drinks are made to spec. Mind you, if you come after 1pm on a weekday they may have very limited baked goods, but that is because they are the hot-spot. Typically most Starbucks offers quality customer service until today. I walked in to get my typical grande iced cold brew with extra ice until I had to repeat several times to the barista that it was a grande. She was talking with her friends and wasn't fully paying attention to what I was saying. I also ordered a venti iced water which I also had to repeat several times to her that it was a venti. I finally get my cold brew and I'm waiting for my iced water and she had the audacity to make the customers drinks that came in after me before simply putting ice in a cup along with my cold brew at the same time. Howie K is spot on in his review. I've been told this is one of the "nicest Starbucks you'll ever see." While it IS nice, I wouldn't go as far as what I was told. Never had an opportunity to stop in but an early morning meeting nearby gave me time to do that at 7am on a weekday. Most Starbucks would be jammed with folks at this hour but, ABQ isn't like most cities. I didn't mind the no wait but it would be nice to see more life breathed into the city. This location is spacious, very nicely decorated, and has ample parking. Coffee was what you would expect. No surprises. It is nice to have this here. read more
